On our fourth night here our car was put on blocks, window smashed in and all four tires and rims gone on our suv. They had video of the guys doing it but the police have no idea who it is just that it’s happening a lot around that area. The hotel didn’t seem to care. It was very disappointing. We didn’t have anything fancy on our 2018 suv.

The facility is nice. However, housekeeping does not exist. They never came and cleaned our room or took and replaced the towels. We stayed for several days and never had housekeeping. We inquired about it and still, nothing. So, if you like living amongst accumulated garbage and used towels, this is the place for you.

It was fine, it was slightly less than you would expect for a Resident Inn. Trash cans were left in the hallway.

Bonvoy line is good choice.
Love the Bonvoy by Marriott, second one in week and a half. Fairfield had a more comfortable bed, than residence inn, which was to hard.

I had to make a last minute reservation to get out of a problem with the room at a nearby hotel. Wow the difference between the two hotels, it was like night and day. The Residence Inn in Gilbert was so much more of a good quality hotel that it saved our Thanksgiving holiday, which we were in town to celerated family. Thanks again to the top notch staff and Management! Great job!

There are four things a person looks for in a hotel: clean, good bed, TV, and staff. This hotel is wonderful. Only problem was the TV in my room this stay didn’t work and no one seemed to know how to fix it.

Stayed here with a girls soccer team playing a weekend tournament. It was a great place for the team to bond when not playing and parents to relax. We loved being able to walk to Jamba, Starbucks, fast food, and a bar/grill for dinner.

The the suite was very spacious and clean. We had a blast with our big room. I loved the complimentary body soap; it smelled like fresh flowers.

Had the best guest service at this location! We had an issue with our room and bed size and the ladies at the front desk (Savannah and Meagan) took care of it so quickly and with no issue! We will definitely use this location again!!!

All good here.
We had a great stay here, super friendly staff and the few small issues that came up were handled immediately. The room was clean and comfy , breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Very much recommend.

The room and the hotel were clean and tidy but there was burnt popcorn smell in the room. There was also a lack of usb ports in the room. Lighting was good and the location offered multiple walkable dining opportunities
