I was first time in 10/2016. It was excellent. Ms.Jasmine manager was very kind and gave me upgraded room on the beach. Terrace chairs and table were dirty and sticky. I called cleaners. I wanted to make the tea in the evening. That was when I noticed that the tea tray was dirty and loaded with human hair like in the barber shop, plus the tray, tea pot and cups were dirty, too. Photo!!! The next morning I brought the tea tray to receptionist and asked for the manager to show her. She was not there at the moment. When I saw Ms. Jasmine again, I told her that I deserve I night free for the inconvenience that I experienced. During the first night I got some kind of allergy on my back, chest and upper arm. I believed it was bed bugs. Mr. Jasmine offered me some cream. She helped me and put cream on my back and chest. She even bought the new cream the next day because the previous one was expired. I declined. The breakfast was not worth the money($87/day). No many choices for breakfast. The soup was excellent. I asked for boiled eggs and the staff did it. The staff is kind, the resort has a lot of potentials, but a lot of things started to fall apart. The nice small beach was dirty. My check out was fast. Ms. Jasmine offered me 1 night free on my next stay for the inconvenience that I had. I refused and said that I would never come to Tropicana again. The site photos are not the real representative of Tropicana now. Too bad. It was once a beautiful place to stay and enjoy.

J’ai passé une semaine très agréable dans cet hôtel. L’équipe est top, accueillante, à l’écoute et vraiment sympathique. Ma chambre est spacieuse avec un balcon vue sur la mer, le rêve! La piscine est propre et la plage entretenue comparée aux autres hôtels. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. De plus, j’ai eu le plaisir de fêter le nouvel an à l’hôtel, ils avaient préparé une soirée vraiment cool, sur la plage. Bref, j’y retournerai sans hésiter!

Hotel was lovely. Would benefit from felt pads on the furniture as the room above us dragged heavy chairs across the floor during the night and from 6 am onwards. Breakfast catered for Russians and very little available for other cultures. Really nice staff and great room sizes Beach was lovely but too many sun beds crowded into small spaces. Easy walk into town.

pros - good location, not so far from shops - good view from the room (ocean view), near to the beach - good varieties for breakfast - excellent wifi connection cons - in the itinerary mentioned i am entitled for free airport service, when arrive, the receptionist mentioned the hotel FORGOT about the arrangement, and going back still cant arranged as the hotel said need to be arranged 24 hrs earlier (shouldnt they arranged for us?) - room got bug, me and my child got bitten twice in 2 days - fan in the room has a 'strange' sound - staff not really friendly

Jeg var tilfreds med beliggenheden, samt personalet i køkkenet og rengøringen. Der var lidt problemer med vores værelse, fanen i loftet virkede ikke, vores toilet løb og vores bagerste soveværelse bar præg af mug skader og lugte gener. We really loved the property we had a beach bungalow right on the beach was beautiful. short distance from town. no need to get any closer to the town not much there only night markets and you only need to go there once. heaps of food places around the hotel with great street food and small restaurants. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only complaint was we bought a tour at hotel which they offer. Says you get a private car to for the tour. on Day small taxi picked us up . no room for 5 hours of drive tour and driver did not speak any English which I can understand but a little conversation can help or make the interesting. other taxi drivers we went with spoke English he only said pepper farm honey farm pearl place. We always get caught out with tours in Vietnam .though I had this one in the bag. next time.

2泊お世話になりました。近くにコンビニや飲食店、無料シャトルのバス停も近く、観光地への移動にとても便利なホテルでした。スタッフの方々も親切で、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。ただ帰りの空港まで移動にホテルからタクシーを呼んでもらったのですが、そこでトラブルが起こりました。メーターに料金が出ているにも関わらず、ドライバーはこれは一人分の料金だと言い張るというものでした。正規料金がメーターに出ていたので完全無視で通しましたが、結構しつこく押してくるのでやはりタクシーは要注意です。

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only unfortunate thing is the construction site directly west of the resort that can be very annoying during the morning hours - especially when you are trying to sleep in after a long night.

We had a great time at the Tropicana. The beach was nice. The pool was clean and well kept in a lush garden setting. Breakfast was great with a good selection of Asian and European items. Please try the pho in the morning, changing flavours every day . If I have to criticize the place it would be for the weak air conditioning in the room. The weather was extremely hot and the air conditioning just could not keep up. WiFi was ok. Overall a great experience would recommend the place. There slogan on the T-shirt says “as we care” maybe not the best translation.

Rigtig godt og behageligt Resort
Helt kanon hotel. God service. Gode muligheder og hotellets ansatte var super gode til at hjælpe os med både snorklingture og scooterleje. De var dog ikke så gode til engelsk. Men poolen, værelset og området var helt perfekt. Og morgenmad var også rigtig lækker - stor buffet. Vi fik rigtig meget for pengene på det her hotel :-)

Gut war der allgemeine Aufbau der Anlage. Auch die Zimmer sind groß. Leider hat unser erstes Zimmer ziemlich unangenehm gerochen, sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Der Strand ist super (wenn auch klein), lediglich das Wasser ist recht trüb aber dies hat nichts mit dem Hotel, sondern der Insel zu tun. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, dem Preis angemessen wie auch der gesamte Aufenthalt.

Perfect resort!
This was my second stay at Tropicana, and what can I say, another amazing experience. The customer service is second to none, even after check out. Like an idiot I left my passport in my room and didn’t realise until I was at the airport, after a quick phone call they searched the room, found my passport and the manager of the resort personally delivered it to me at the airport in time for me to make my flight. Thank you so much. I’m looking forward to staying again.

Veldig fint hotell med perfekt beliggenhet. Rent, god mat og god service. Hotellet har eget strand område til gjestene sine. Hadde gjerne bestilt det samme hotellet igjen.

Love to return!!
The hotel is located perfect on Long Beach. It is a quit small resort with a very nice and friendly atmosphere. It is close to nice restaurants.

Mukava hotelli rannalla
Vietimme hotellin merinäkymähuoneessa 14 vuorokautta. Huone todella iso kahdelle hengelle ja patiokin todella mukavan suuri. Näkymä merelle palmun lhvien välistä mahtava. Hotellin puutarha oli mukavan viidakkoinen ja viihtyisä. Allasaluetta emme juurokaan käyttäneet, mutta näytti hyvältä. Aamupalahuone mukavasti ulkona joten ei tarvinnut palella ilmastoidussa sisätilassa. Rannalla oma baari josta sai kätevästi juotavaa kun oli ns. rantapäivä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Retkiä sai helposti tilailtua respan henkilöiden välityksellä. Periaatteessa retkiä voi tehdä itsekin sopimalla kuljettajan kanssa aikataulun ja paikat missä haluaa käydä (ja todella edullisesti) Miinuksena lähellä olevan rantadiskon kovaääninen musiikki joka ilta, joten patiolla istuskellessa ei tosiaan kuullut luonnon ääniä. Viereinen rakennustyömaa toisaalta myös aiheutti ääntä aikaisesta aamusta lähtien (ainakin meidän huoneeseen rannalla)

Heerlijk Strandresort.
Tropicana is een heerlijk strandresort met prima voorzieningen en een goede service. Wij hadden bungalow G02 die dichtbij het strand ligt. Een klein nadeel daarvan is dat je meer overlast hebt van de nabijgelegen Sunset Beach Bar (200 meter) waar de muziek heel hard staat en de manager Andy alleen maar aan zijn eigen publiek denkt en niet aan de gasten van andere strandresorts. Er wordt ook nog flink gebouwd aan de zijde van de genoemde beachbar waardoor er soms wat overlast is. Onze bungalow was verder heerlijk luxe en voorzien van een kluisje, minibar, tv met satellietkanalen en een heerlijke luxe badkamer. De Wifi werkte ook prima overal.
