나름.
친절하고 방도 좋았어요. 수영장과 연결되서 좋았어요. 그런데 중국인들이 너무 많아서 푸켓인지 중국인지 모를 정도... 저희방 앞 수영장에서도 한참을 놀다 가시는. 그것만 빼면 좋아요. 큰 비중을 차지하긴 하지만.. 아, 물의 수심이 좀 깊긴 해요 1.2m정도만 되도 좋을 텐데.. 조식은 좋아요 우와~ 는 아니지만 아침으론 괜찮은 정도. 카타 비치까지는 걸어가면 20분 정도. 셔틀이 있어서 이용하기 편하긴 합니다. 주변 먹거리는 많진 않고 비치 쪽으로 걸어 나가면서 많아집니다. 전체적으로 괜찮은 곳.

딱 가격만큼 하는 리조트ㅎㅎ
정말정말 무난한 리조트. 휴양지느낌이 나는 리조트지만 객실이 조금 낡았다. 일부러 풀억세스룸으로 예약했는데, 너무 동떨어져있고 메인풀장과 이어져있지않았다. 왠지 별로 들어가고싶지않아 3박하는 동안 풀장을 한번도 이용 하지 않았다;; 카타비치까지 셔틀이 있긴 하지만, 걸어서도 갈만해서 매일 구경 겸 걸어다님.

카운터 서비스 별로입니다. 1시반에 도착했는데, 두시 안됐으니 마냥 기다려라, 2시간 됬는데도 아직 청소 안끝났다며 체크인 거의 2시15분에.. 수영장은 좋으나,(특히 pool access 방 강추) 서비스 때문에 별로 추천드리지 않으며, wifi 도 되다 안되다 연결이 약간 불안전합니다. 해변가까지 셔틀은 한시간마다 있다고는 하나 (이용은 못해봄) 어쨋든 걸어서 20분은 걸리는 거리라 수영장 괜찬은 점 빼고는 딱히 추천드리진 않습니다

중국 단체관광객이 많음
전 풀빌라를 이용했는데요, 그 가격에 그 정도의 룸 컨디션이나 크기 수영장 크기 등등은 매우 만족했습니다. 호텔 위치도 나쁘지는 않습니다. 해변이랑 살짝 멀긴 했지만, 못다닐 정도는 아니구요.. 그런데 문제는 중국 단체 관광객.. 아침에 나가서 저녁에 들어오는데, 저녁에 방에서 쉬고 있으면, 메인풀장에서 노는건지 밖에서 앉아서 노는건지... 굉장히 시끄러웠습니다. 어딜가나 중국 관광객이 많이 있었지만, 중국 단체 관광객이 오는 숙소라서 만약 조용하고, 럭셔리한 휴식을 원하신다면 추천해드리고 싶지 않습니다. 직원들도 그닥 친절하지 않고... 표정이 웃는 표정이 아니에요... 아 그리고 아침 조식은 그냥 그렇습니다. 다음번에 까따지역으로 간다면, 여긴 안 머무를 것 같습니다.

친절한 직원들!
알피나 푸켓 나리나 리조트 앤 스파로 친구와 함께 5박을 머물렀습니다. 시설이 조금 낡긴 했지만 지내는 동안 불편함을 느끼지는 못했습니다. 직원들이 친절해서 떠나는 날 아쉽기까지 하더군요. 리조트 안에 있는 스파에 대한 후기가 없어서 많이 망설였었는데, 망설일 필요 없이 강추입니다!

Really nice resort!
We stayed in the room with the pool access which was really handy and nice. Pool work only till 10 pm but you can swim in front of your door any time of the day. Breakfast was really good, lots of fruits and vegetables and any style breakfast. Rooms were always clean and stuff was friendly. The beach is 10 minutes walk away, lots of restaurants, shops and massage places on the way to the beach. We will definetely go back there when we visit Thailand again!

전체적으로 실망스러움
4성급 호텔이지만 관리가 허술합니다. 시설이 전체적으로 노후된데다 바닥과 가구 등 청소도 잘 되어 있지 않았습니다. 직원들은 겉으로 매우 친절하고 공손한 것 같으나 체크인 체크아웃 시간이 오래 걸리고 샴푸랑 샤워젤은 첫날 이후론 가져다 주지도 않았습니다. 깜박하고 팁을 안 놓긴 했지만 침대 시트에 뭐가 묻어도 갈아주지 않고 샤워젤을 가져다 달라고 적어도 두번은 전화해야 했습니다. 아침식사도 그저 그렇습니다. 수영장은 수질관리는 괜찮으나 썬베드 쿠션이 인조가죽 재질이라 곰팡이가 생긴건지 때가 낀건지 매우 지저분한 상태였습니다. 가격은 저렴했는데 그 가격도 합당치 않은 서비스와 시설이었습니다.

위치는 최악, 수영장은 최상
일주일동안 가족여행으로 머물렀는데, 이 리조트를 선택한 가장 큰 이유는 수영장 때문이다. 방도 넓고 침대,침구도 괜찮은 수준이고, 기대했던 만큼 수영장은 대단히 만족스러웠고, 풀엑세스 방으로 선택해서 발코니랑 바로 연결된 수영장 역시 대단히 만족스러웠다.일부 평에서 수영장 물이 깨끗하지 않다고 하는데.. 야외 수영장이 이정도 수질이면 깨끗한 편이라 생각한다. 다만 안좋았던건, 매일 같은 메뉴의 그다지 맛있지 않았던 조식과 주변에 맛있는 식당이 없고, 괜찮은 마사지샵도 없다. 어느 정도의 맛과 만족할 만한 마사지샵을 찾으려면 최소 1키로는 걸어야 하고(말 그대로 최소다.), 정말 맛있는 맛집들은 택시를 이용하지 않으면 가기 힘들다. 푸켓 택시비는 정말 비싸서 수영장만을 100% 생각하고 가는 것이 아니라면 위치가 정말 최악이다. 그나마 위로할 수 있는건 매시간(9시~6시) 바다로 가는 셔틀버스가 있다는 점.

가격대비 대만족입니다.18개월된 아기와함께 8박을 하였는데 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장도 깨끗한 편이고 까따비치까지 매시간 셔틀버스를 운행하여 언제든지 갈수도 있고요.. 말만잘하면 중간에 쇼핑거리에도 세워주시곤 합니다^^ 가족 휴양지로는 딱이라고 생각합니다. 다음번에 또 푸켓을 오게되면 다시 이호텔을 사용한다고해도 반대는 하지 않을듯하네요^^

기대에 부풀게 했던 알피나..
기대를 너무 했던가..딸아이와 함께 좋은 시간을 보내려 오랜시간 공들여 선택했지만 많이 실망스러웠던 곳이다/ 먼저 호텔의 얼굴인 프런트 데스크에 타이 전통복장을 입은 무뚝뚝하기 그지없는 여직원(처음이다..미소를 찿아볼 수없는 호텔 직원..), 사진처럼 깨끗하지 않은 수영장(3일 동안 불투명한 수영장 물만 힐끔거렸음..),청소상태 엉망인 객실 (이야기 하니까 담당이 청소직원 불러다 당장 확인 시켰음 먼지있는 곳을 손바닥으로 문질러서 확인하게하고 먼지 객실에 날리고~~직원 땀 흘리면서 겁먹은 눈동자로 확인하고~~그리고 그냥 가고..다음날 방을 옮겼으나 조금 나아진 정도..조식은 간단한 유럽식(?) 좋게 표현 하자면..어쨌든 어떻게해서 별을 4개 하고도 절반을 성취할 수 있었는지~..작년에 이용한 발리의 별 3개짜리 "우말라스"가 여행내내 무쟈게 그리웠슴 ㅠㅠ...

Dejligt poolområde for børn og voksne
Stort hotel med dejligt poolområde. Dog er begynder poolen at ligge i skygge fra kl 13:30. Hele poolen er i skygge kl 17:00. Vi havde et jacuzzi suite, som var dejligt stort. Dog har man ikke lyst til at bruge jacuzzien, da vandet i gulligt. Personalet var ikke gode til engelsk, hvilket kan være en smule frustrerede når man prøver at have en dialog med dem. Bus til stranden hver time mellem kl. 9-18. Denne service er rar at have, især med børn, da der er en mur som gør at man skal gå et stykke for at komme til stranden.

BEACHへ行くのに時間がかかると思っていましたが、1時間おきに送迎があり非常に便利でした。 無料のミニバーも嬉しいポイントでした。 ジャグジー付きでしたが、お湯がたまるのに時間がかかるのが、残念なポイントです。

Ett slitet hotell. Dålig Wi-Fi fungerade inte alls vissa gånger. Fin pool men väldigt få solstolar. Dom som fanns var i väldigt dåligt skick, trasiga dynor. Hotellet ligger en bit ifrån stranden men hotellet kör taxi varje timme. Ac på vårt första rum fungerade inte, fick byta till ett annat rum dagen efter. Bra frukost.

Enjoyed our stay. We had a room with swim up access which was fun. Pool area generally was good, big enough for the numbers of people without being crowded & deep enough for a decent swim. Breakfast buffet was great, wide variety of choices & good coffee. Hotel is a bit tired in places & while not dirty by any means it wasn’t cleaned as well as others we stayed in on this trip. This was a good base for our visit to Kata, the immediate area was quiet yet it was only a 10 min walk to all the beach side restaurants & bars.

If you want a hotel that is very clean, very friendly, has excellent staff, gives excellent service, a breakfast that suits all and a free hourly transfer to and from Kata beach (5 to 10 minutes level walk away), this is the hotel for you. It is also one of the hotels that organised trips pick you up from for free. (Our current hotel tours charge 2000tbh to pick you up.) Truthfully, the rooms and reception are a little tired, but within a very short time we saw past that, because everything else was so good. We've stayed in three hotels this trip, one was a 5*, the Alpina was the best of them all.

nedslidt hotel, mange mangler, vi klagede over spa der ikke virkede, safe box, ingen opredning til vores barn, dør lås defekt flere gange, pool ude af drift 1,5 dag . bar lukker 2230 selv om der står kl 2400 på hj. side. betalte 4500 ekstra for opgrade, større suite men stadig mangel fuld, så efter 1 uge måtte jeg booke nyt hotel, klagede og brokkede mig også til Hotel.com . ville flytte efter 2 dage men kunne ikke få 1 øre refunderet !!!

Expected more given the cost
Stayed for 6 nights over xmas 2019. Were given a 'free upgrade' upon arrival but were left feeling very underwhelmed at the condition of the room. Whilst clean, it was extremley outdated, tired and did not reflect the photos from Hotels.com or the price we had paid. In fairness to the hotel, they were very quick to apologise and resolve this, providing us with a suite which felt more in line with our booking costs. The restaurants at the hotel were uninspiring and despite the busy time of year were very quiet, as such didnt each in any of them. Breakfast was included with our stay and was satisfactory. Pool area was great for families, however, there were a few points such as loose tiles or broken slats which had the potential to cause accidents and should be rectified for future guests. After walking around the Kata bay, this hotel does appear to be one of the best on offer, particularly for families. The shuttle bus is both helpful and at hourly intervals throughout the day down to the beach front, however, this is a walkable distance for those wishing to. All in all, happy with our stay but may opt to look for a different bay in Phuket if we are to return.

the room was not properly cleaned each day condition of bathroom not acceptable. sometimes received clean cups other one clean one dirty, bathroom was not cleaned. beds not properly madeup. floor not always swept. sometime got two new bottles of water but not consistently. sometimes got pool towels new sometimes not. hotel did not appear to be upkept like black on walls umbrellas some broken around pool.

Good location, but outdated, bad wifi, and noises
The second hotel on our honeymoon trip was to the Alpina Phuket near Kata Beach. It was in a good location (10 min from Kata Beach), and easy to move around using tuk tuks and taxis. However, the actual room was outdated, and looked dark due to the dark furniture, drapes, and dustiness. Also, the wifi was spotty throughout the room. However, the A/C was strong. I would probably not stay again, since we were looking for a place to relax and rest from the day's activities. One great aspect: the breakfast food was really good! And the staff, both at the front desk, as well as at breakfast, were really nice, helpful, and always smiling.

パトンとはまた違う様な静かな街並みが落ち着きました。ホテルもすごくきれいでプールアクセスにしたので、部屋からすぐに入れるのも嬉しかったです。プール入れる時間をもう少し遅くまではいれたらいいなと思ったのですが、とても満足じした！

Big pool villa
Good service, we stay in pool villa, the pool is big enough for swim, fridge complimentary refill everyday. Free shuttle to Kata beach every hour upto 6pm. Many massage shops and restaurants on the street. About 10 minutes walk to Kata walking street and food market.
