Nice hotel, good vibes, staffs are very friendly and helpful in whatever you need, nice pool, free coffee, free mat for the beach, about 15-20 minutes walking distance from Kata Beach, business and restaurants ... The only con, our bed was a box spring instead of a mattress so it was kind of really hard and difficult to sleep on ...

Quiet but far from the beach
This is a nice little place on the main road but a good 30 minute walk to the beach. It’s much quieter than any place on the beach, which is nice. Staff was friendly and room was nice. Power can be tricky. Rainfall shower head was lovely and shower is large. Nice to have a separate toilet. Breakfast is served at a different hotel across the street. If you’re vegetarian or vegan there are no Thai options to eat, just cereal and fruit and toast.

Very pleasant experience
We stayed two nights here and were satisfied with our room and service. The two guys were very kind and they upgraded us to the superior room which was very nice. Big and comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The guesthouse was quiet and peaceful even though its located near busy street.

Cute little hotel
The owners were great! Anything I needed they found a way to accommodate, they even took me up to the Big Buddha on their scooter. Great experience!

Hospitable and cozy
Spacious room, quiet location, quick access to the pool, and a relaxing atmosphere with very hospitable owners. Helped us find a place to rent a scooter, when all of their scooters were rented.

L'assistenza è ridotta al minimo (non avevano neanche la mappa dell'isola) oltre alla stanza ed alla colazione il motto è "arrangiati a fare tutto"- non lo consigliamo

The best hosts you'll ever meet.
We were lucky to find this place - it's a great and comfortable hotel, with the best hosts you'll ever find. The couple who run this place is amazing, very helpful and friendly. You can also enjoy the pool - very clean and convenient. You have to walk for maybe 20 min to get to the beach, but I think it was worth it. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Order the breakfast - delicious , simples and fair price.

Best place in Phuket
Winnie and T take great care of you. Super relaxing place. Rooms are clean and modern. Nice pool and breakfast every morning. I extended my stay because I like it so much!

Best Hotel in Phuket!!! A fabulous place to stay
We stayed at the Boondaree for a total of 7 nights and then ended up extending our stay as we loved it so much. The staff are lovely nothing is too much bother, they helped us book trips and transport and gave us some great advise about where to visit in Thailand. The room is fab great aircon very clean and a good size bathroom with shampoo and shower gel. The staff even let us keep our bags with them while we went to visit the islands for a week. We will definitely return it's BRILLIANT!!!

Quiet hotel
If you want a quiet hotel with a pool and great wifi this is for you. About 20 min walk from beach of 5-10 bike ride. Extremely helpful hosts who go above and beyond to make sure you get where you need to go. Can't say enough about them

Best hotel We used in Thailand.
This was the BEST hotel we stopped in out of 8 hotels in Thailand all around the same price. The couple who run it are lovely and are more than happy to help you with anything you need. Breakfast isn't included but is really tasty and cheap so I recommend it as a good start to the day. It's a little far from the beech but it's easy to get a tuk tuk. I can see this place becoming so popular that it's difficult to get a room so book while you can. Thanks Boondaree!

Boondaree...a home away from home!
There are so many great things about this hotel, I find it hard to capture it all in this review! When I first read the other great reviews, I was skeptical, but from the moment we arrived, this place deserves the 5* ratings. Not only are the couple who run the place highly responsive to emails, they are accommodating, flexible, and always warm, friendly, helpful, and greet you as if you were a old friend they have not seen for a long time. Their attention to details was excellent, and they are always available to make your stay extra welcome and special. The hotel itself is quaint and cosy, like a boutique, which has a sense of calmness and serenity that made us feel at home. It is very safe, and conveniently located. Will definitely return.

Our stay at Boondaree
The owners are very kind and caring. They were helpful to us with transportation and directions. The pool area is very relaxing and inviting. The wifi was excellent (the best we have had in SE Asia for the last 5 weeks). We rented a motor scooter from them with no problems. We noticed they spread the guests out in the rooms so that everyone wasn't right next to each other (very nice!)

The best Hosts ever!!
I was traveling alone and staying one night in Karon beach before flying back to Singapore. The hotel is so cozy and well decorated inside but the owners are absolutely wonderful AND they have the cutest little puppy. They made feel at home and even sent me off the way Chinese families do where they stand and wave to you until you're out of sight. I hope people treat them & reciprocate the same heart-warming respect and graciousness back - you guys are amazing! I'd def go back.

Fantastisk service.
Kjempe happy med hotellet,gang avstand til stranden. Men manglet fortau på visse steder,pluss at det kunne være vanskelig og krysse veien på dagtid. Men trolig de hyggeligste to menneskene jeg har møtt i Thailand som jobbet i resepsjonen fra morgen til kveld,snakket perfekt engelsk og hjalp til med alt. Hadde tannlege time på ett av to sykehus men vi viste ikke hvilket,det fiksa de for oss med en gang pluss sjåfør. Et lite,men koselig basseng var det også der. Rett nedenfor lå det en motorsykkel klubb som hadde live musikk og servering hver kveld. Gratis grill mat fikk vi også en kveld. Tenker kanskje skumle MC folk,men det er så langt unna du kan komme,var innom hver kveld for en prat,drikke og live musikk. Dette hotellet bor jeg gledelig på igjen,får veldig mye for pengene her.

A great family run guesthouse
We had an amazingtime at the Boondaree home resort. Minnie & T could not have been more helpful and accommodating to us during our stay. The walk to the beach is about 15 - 20 minutes so bare that in mind. But its worth it at night when you want to relax and have some time away from it all. The rooms are big and spacious and the pool is great to come back to after a day at the beach, there are two 7-11's within 5 minutes walking distance. We would return if we stayed in phuket again.

A nice family owned hotel.
Overall an enjoyable stay here. The rooms are a little small and basic but acceptable. The road noise was intruding. Staff were fantastic.

Excellent choice
This is a very well run guesthouse by a friendly couple. The rooms are clean, beds are traditional Thai hard but still comfortable, bathroom well maintained and clean, TV , fridge and bench. We stayed in the 2 floor area overlooking the pool and the rooms that run 1 level along the back look nice. There is a common area by the small pool which a good place to relax. We arranged a motorbike but if you like a walk then kata beach area is relatively close ..maybe 25-30 min walk. It's on a busy road but noise was ok...the owners will suggest koi restaurant which is a great choice for cheap eats. We would stay again.

Great hosts, they will help you any way they can! Perfect little rooms for short stays. Have already booked to go back. 20 minute walk to the beach. Bit closer to restaurants!

Nice room and wonderful staff
The couple that runs the hotel is amazing. They helped us with everything that we needed (food, scooter, tours, beach, massage place). They are so friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with a great shower and quiet.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Bondaree soltanto 3 notti ma ci siamo trovati benissimo!! I proprietari sono una coppia di giovani ragazzi gentilissimi! La pulizia è ottima! La posizione è un po' scomoda, xke x arrivare al paese ci vogliono a piedi circa 20 min. se no si possono usare il taxi, il tuk tuk o noleggiare il motorino o la bicicletta!! Comunque ottimo resort!!

Wonderful, fantastic helpful owners - Great Stay
Stayed here for 4 nights and it's a wonderful place. The hotel itself is small and boutique-y, really really pretty. For what we paid I was really really pleased with the rooms - lovely clean room with a nice comfy bed and great air conditioning. Bathroom is great and just as described. The rooms and whole place is exceptionally clean, rooms cleaned every day. The best thing about this place however is the owners - Winnie and her husband are just lovely! Categorically 2 of the nicest people we met on our holiday - so helpful, literally nothing was too much trouble for them to help us with. They both speak fantastic English as well which was really helpful (the best we''ve encountered in our travels in Asia) -which really helped, particularly when we had a slight medical emergency. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone considering playing in Phuket - even though it's not on the beach it's nice to be a bit away from the action (10 minute walk-ish from the beach) and they rent really great value bikes out which we took advantage of for our stay. Thanks guys for a great stay and hope to visit you again if we are back in Phuket!

Olimme hotellissa yhden yön. Hotelli oli edullinen ja palvelu todella hyvää. Hotellin emäntä oli ystävällinen ja auttoi tarvittaessa kyydeissä yms. Sijainti hieman syrjässä (Kata, Karon). Vaikka vieressä vilkasliikenteinen tie, ei melu haitannut (huone kadulle päin). Kokonaisuudessaan viihtyisä hotelli, jota voi suositella.

Потрясающе позитивные ребята! Из плюсов не большой бассейн, номера с хорошими большими кроватями)! Из минусов расположение, довольно оживленная улица, хотя с нее удобно ехать в бую сторону острова, но до моря совсем не километр как написано, а реально 7 минимум, на скутере нет проблем 3-5 минут, цена 1000р реально завышена, его адекватная цена с учетом расположения 600р, завтрак одно название тосты и ждем, сок кофе и все((

Lovely hotel experience!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We have been backpacking for 2 months, and after seeing many hostels in Australia and New Zealand, this was a nice change of pace. The staff are absolutely lovely and will help you in every way they can. Whenever we left in a taxi or on a tour, the lady working there (Win) would see us off and make sure we got in the car/van okay - very sweet. It's a small hotel, so it's very quiet (not a party place). There is a dipping pool you can relax in after returning from the beach, which is a nice touch. The breakfast that is included in your stay is toast with butter and jam, and coffee or juice. Basic but nice. The hotel is a good 20-25 minute walk to Kata beach, but given the value we got from this hotel we didn't mind the walk one bit!

Nettes kleines Familienresort
Alles top sauber, gepflegt, freundliche Leute, das Resort ist an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse angesiedelt, wo rund um die Uhr Verkehr ist, der leider auch in den Zimmern die zur Strasse raus gehen zu hören ist. Die Zimmer im hinten raus sind wesentlich ruhiger.

Moreover, they do not that the hotel is situated right in connection with a deadly heavy traffic road ... Changed hotels because of this ! Should you not rent a moped so they work but otherwise , you should think again! Hotels.com should have all the credit for all the halp with change of hotel ...

Good value for money
Had a great stay here. Staff is very helpful and the room was clean. Location is a bit off the tourist spots (15-20) min walk to Kata beach but if you're here to see more of Phuke, the guys running the place will help you find the right day trips at a good price. You get what you pay for, would recommend for backpackers who want to save money and don't have to be on the beach. (Earplugs recommended if you're a light sleeper as the road is nearby) Enjoy and don't expect luxury!
