The hotel staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Pool is a little small but still nice to relax in during the heat of the day.

Tolles Hotel und super Service
Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, das während der Pandemie ein und ein halbes Jahr geschlossen war und seit Anfang 2013 wieder geöffnet hat. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, ist aber durch eine Glasscheibe mit Glastür sehr gut gegen Lärm geschützt. Das Zimmer ist recht groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Balkon erstreckt sich über die komplette Zimmerlänge, was sehr angenehm ist. Der Pool ist allerdings nicht sehr groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wird täglich super gereinigt. Jeden Tag frische Bettwäsche, Badetücher und 2 Flaschen Trinkwasser. Die 28 Tage waren sehr entspannend und angenehm.

Wieder ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Ich war zum zweiten mal für 3 Wochen zu Gast im Hotel. Für mich war er wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Einrichtung sehr gut. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Frische Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte und kostenfreies Wasser wurden täglich bereitgestellt. Das Personal war in jeder Hinsicht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war, für meine Teil, mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

The hotel was situated in a wonderful area. Although an older hotel it was kept well. Very quiet at night was a definite plus for me.

Ik ben voledig teleurgesteld in bauman ville. De badkamer was beschimmeld de handoekken die we kregen was altijd bevlekt met javel vlekken etc.

God placering for dem der kan lide byliv og alligevel lidt væk fra det vilde liv. Godt udgangspunkt for at tage på oplevelser i hele Phuket på motorbike og se natur og gode badestrande. Hotellet var styret med fast hånd overfor larmende gæster og det værelse vi fik på 5. sal mod byen og bjerge var stort og godt. Morgenmaden var ret enkel. De kunne godt bruge en køledisk til at holde mælk og smør køligt, og når man havde valgt at være der en måned var udvalget ret ensformig. Men et hyggeligt hotel med en god atmosfære.

Excellent Value
Having previously lived in the same area full-time, we were very familiar with the location of this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the guestroom, and the bathroom was slightly larger and better appointed than those in other area guesthouses. The rooms facing the street seemed just a bit smaller than those facing the back, but both are good sized. The swimming pool and small bar, which is screened off from the street is a hidden gem. We found the staff and owner to be very friendly and accommodating. For the price paid, this was an excellent value.

Von 3 gebuchten Zimmern waren 2 bei Ankunft nicht fertig. Keines der Zimmer hatte einen Balkon. Ein Zimmer hatte nicht mal ein Fenster nach aussen.

Shabby hotel
I found this hotel to be in need of some love and care. It was grubby and in need of some attention. The restaurant and bar were none-existent, I was told there were plenty around, which there are but that isn’t the point. The pool was dirty and it was on a main road and very very noisy. Even with the door and curtains closed, we didn’t sleep. The one member of staff in the hotel was busy and couldn’t leave reception to find me a hairdryer. The room was a decent size and bedding clean, that’s about the only positive I can give.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer für sind relativ groß und gut eingerichtet und werden täglich gereinigt. Zum Komfort der Zimmer gehören Fön, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Jeden Tag gibt es frische Badetücher und Pflegeprodukte. 2 Flaschen Wasser sowie Kaffee, Tee, Zucker und Kaffeecreamer gibt es auch täglich gratis. Leider liegt der Pool direkt zur Straße hin. Da stört zu Teil der Lärm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich persönlich war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Stanza vecchia e buia, muri sporchi, testiera del letto con macchie e muffe di qualsiasi tipo direttamente a contatto con i cuscini, comodino con lampada da un solo lato del letto matrimoniale, l'altro creato da me con una sedia (sporchissima pure quella), bagno con rubinetto del lavandino rotto, chiusura di sicurezza della porta di ingresso rotta, stanza con affaccio sulla Nanai road in corrispondenza di una grata che ad ogni passaggio di auto/moto/bici produce un rumore assordante e ti sveglia a qualsiasi ora della notte. Vengono dati in dotazione solo 2 asciugamani grandi, che se non altro sembrano puliti. La piscina è praticamente grossa come una fontana, 2 persone ed è piena.

Hôtel très correct pour le prix. Chambre propre, lit confortable,personnel souriant et accueillant. Par contre,Patong beach est un endroit pour la fête les locataires entrent tard ce qui peut être dérangeant! A 1/2 heure de marche de la plage. Balcon à l’ombre en p.m. climatisation efficace.wifi quelque peut déficient mais ok dans l’ensemblé. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Vallue for money - don't order in advance!!
The beds are very hard to sleep on. the location is good: 7/11 store right on the front, an amazing restaurant "Chaidee food&drinks" as well in front of the hotel. The staff made a mistake with our reservation, and didn't took any resposebility: I asked for 1 double bed on the "Hotels.com" reservation, but i've been given room with 2 single beds. What my husband and i should have done?! No refund, no apologize from the lady in the reception. Really rude.

The Bauman Ville was exceptional value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful assisting us with several problemswe had contacting a tour operator we had booked. Although some paintwork was in need of touching up the room wasall we hoped for.

Great little hotel !!
I've stayed here 4 times now (maybe 5). It's about 1-2 km back from the beach. Not really walking distance, but a quick tuk tuk ride will get you to the beach / nightlife (Bangla). There are plenty of bars / restaurants within walking distance if you dont want to go any further. The rooms are spacious and clean. The lady that manages it and her daughter (bell girl) are fantastic and always friendly. There is a dive shop right next door (aussie Divers) and a lot of the guests seem to stay here because of that. We stay here because it's a decent hotel at a good price, and once you have a motorbike, it;s 2-3 minutes away from everything. Will definitely stay here again !

Great local hotel
I had a great time staying here. The hotel was extremely helpful with anything I needed. Lots of unique restaurants close by, so I got to try out a variety of cultural foods.

Nice hotel, little far from the beach but still walkable distance. Clean comfortable rooms. They have a small pool but I didnt have a chance to use it so cant say much about it.

Bauman Ville Hotel
Nice hotel to stay in. Wonderful manager who was very hospitable and caring and really helped to make it a fine place to stay. The staff were all very kind. The room was cleaned daily. Another plus was that the manager got us heavily discounted prices, often over 50% off, for several tours that we went on, which we were really grateful for. Noisy at night sometimes due to rowdy behaviour by some guests.

Nice hotel.. not close to beach.....
This is quote good hotel, very pleasant staff, they will help you in any point of direction needed. There is no STAFF working during mid-night.. their staff work on 8am - 6pm (Thai Time) only. We checked-in on 1.30 am, one of the guard help us to provide room key... No staff will be there for any help or to get any further details for the room example changing a room or what so ever... advice to check in during day time. :) Would like to add one more thing.. There are Bauman Residence & Bauman Ville Hotel. Both are different. The Mini bus drivers are so unfamiliar with those hotel. Please clearly tell them which hotel you guys are going to. Advice to bring Google Map, because the Mini Bus drivers are not so good with ENGLISH & DIRECTION.
