만족한 숙소였어요.

전반적으로 아주 만족한 숙소였습니다. 카타 비치도 걸어갈 만한 위치였고, 주변 시설도 다양했어요. 욕실 수압이 약했던 점만 조금 아쉬워요.

옆건물은 공사중

잘관리되고 있는 호텔입니다. 직원들도 친철합니다. 다만 무료 와이파이없고 72시간 300밧받습니다.그런데,저희방 에서는 접속이 안되 불편했습니다. 호텔식당은 음식가격과 별도로 서비스봉사료와 부가가치세를 받아 첫날만 이용했고요.맛도 별롭니다. 조식부페 이용하시는 분들께는 괜찮다는 말씀전해드리고 싶네요..제일안좋았던건 방문당시 옆건물 공사중이라 많이 시끄러웠습니다.그에 대한 양해나 사전공지도 없었고요. 전체적으로 만족하지만 다시간다면 타호텔에 묻고싶군요.

가격대비 꽤 괜찮은 호텔

객실은 전체적으로 조금 오래되어 보입니다. 전반적으로 깨끗한 편이나 객실 샤워실 바닥에 쥐똥처럼 보이는 것들이 떨어져 있네요..;; 룸 청소한지 얼마 되지 않았는데.. 위치는 까타비치 까지 걸어서 10분 정도 걸리는 것 같습니다. 호텔에서 비치 까지 아침 부터 30분 간격으로 오전 11시까지 셔틀버스 운행합니다. 돌아오는 편은 없습니다. 썽태우가 지나가는 곳에 위치해 있는 점은 좋았습니다. 조식은 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 종류가 많지는 않습니다. 수영장은 3곳이 있고 한 곳은 풀 깊이가 1.5m입니다. 사람이 많지 않아 조용히 쉴 수 있습니다. 이 곳에도 비치 타월을 빌려주는 곳이 있으면 좋을것 같습니다. 비치 타월은 다른 수영장이 있는 곳에서 빌려줍니다. 이 수영장은 조식 먹는 식당 바로 앞에 위치해 있고 풀 깊이가 얕은 곳에서 부터 1.3m 까지 다양합니다. 슬라이드도 있어 아이들이 놀기에 좋습니다. 실제로 아이가 있는 가족들은 거의 이곳에서 시간을 보냅니다. 때문에 조금 시끄럽고 혼잡합니다. 가장 마음에 들었던 것은 직원들의 친절한 태도입니다. 모두 잘 웃고 먼저 인사하고 항상 친절하게 알려줍니다.

This property was very nice. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We had a garden view suite and were able to walk right out to the pool. Staff at reception were good and maintenance staff fixed our hall light which wasn't working when we checked in due to electrical issues. Our only issue was the housekeeping staff which gave inconsistent service. One day they didn't come at all and we had to phone the front desk at 5:00 and ask if we could get more water as the hotel supplies 2 bottles per day. Also towels were sometimes stained which didn't mean they weren't clean but still for an upscale place this should not happen. Pool towels were often stained as well.

Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal på restaurang och poolbaren. Bra frukost med stort utbud. Vi hade ett rum med terass, luktade illa från regn avloppet och var en hel del mygg. Städningen var inte alls bra.

Great pools

Stayed for 9 nights with our children aged 6 and 9. They loved the swimming pools which were well maintained. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, catering for a wide range of nationalities. Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

Very good location and relaxing area to stay. Pool is good 👍 and there is a gym. Its a 10 min walk to beautiful kata beach, and easy to walk to karon beach or kata noi. Lots of food options close by.

As I understand the hotel will be refurbished in a year or two so that tells you about the state of the hotel for now. Maintenance was average any fittings or fixtures loose can ask for housekeeping. Air con is a bit noisy at night. Pools could be better condition especially the quiet pool. During check out staff were much more hospitable and helpful. That's a good impression for guests leaving. Pls do the same too when guests arriving :)

The hotel needs a refurb. Bathroom towels grey, old and stiff. The light in both the bedroom and bathroom is insufficient. If you want to apply makeup you cannot see properly. The photos make the hotel look a lot nicer than it actually is. The staff are lovely

The cleaning staff for the rooms were excellent (Pancake). The Rooms were not well maintained (doors on the cupboards that would not work, draws that were not working) - fixed after a couple hours. Garden beds that were not weeded (fixed second day). Pool that was green and slimy and dangerous to swim in never fixed. Hotel agreed to check out now and full refund as they could not get maintained staff to fix after 5 days. So Ms Nancy (on site manager) did try to work it out.

Only problems we had was rooms weren’t ready and the couple changed rooms twice . There is also a broken rail on the side of pool near the swim up bar . Security and door staff very friendly and helpful . We would stay again.

Il Centara Kata Resort è situato in un posto molto comodo a tutta una serie di servizi e comodità che il turista inevitabilmente cerca. Vicino a ristoranti, cambia valute, supermercati, farmacie, bar noleggi scooter etc. La location dispone di piscine molto belle e rilassanti con bar dove bere o farsi portare un drink tranquillamente al proprio lettino. Le camere dove eravamo non son bellissime, ma spaziose e con un bel terrazzo dove sedersi la sera per un drink. La pulizia delle camere dovrebbe essere curata meglio perché c'erano formichine molto piccole in bagno, nel lavandino di servizio in camera e questo non è piacevole. Per il resto tutto OK.

I wasn't sure what to expect but Centara was a nice surprise. This is not a five-star resort but it is comfy and has the nicest staff. The room is not fancy but I slept well every night and it's clean. Breakfast had lots of options, all good. This is a place I would stay again.

Great stay

Came with my brother and my aunt and her friend. We loved our stay. This resort is very affordable but the property is excellent — three pools, a pool bar, and a restaurant on premise, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. Would 100% stay here again.

โรงแรมสะดวกสบายมาก อาหารอร่ยมาก สระว่ายน้ำ 3 สระ เหมาะสำหรับทั้งเด็กเล็ก เด็กโต และผู้ใหญ่ สิ่งที่ประทับใจที่มากที่สุดคือพนักงานทุกคนใส่ใจแขกผู้เข้าพักดีมาก..ยาม..แม่บ้าน..และคุณปอน reception ที่แนะนำและใส่ใจในรายละเอียดหลายๆเรื่องเป็นอย่างดี

Good value near beach

Large room big resort friendly staff. By request I stayed in the back for quiet so about 12 min walk to beach. Plenty of eats and music nearby. Lots of Russian guests -true of all of Karon- glad they are getting some warm water for winter. Would stay again.

As much as this resort is a beautiful hotel with a best in class atmosphere, it would be a facade if not for the outstanding staff. The staff we encountered, in particular the towel lady at the bar pool , the pool bar staff, the security staff, our room cleaning ladies and of course the very nice man at the front taxi/van entrance who always greeted us with warm friendly conversation and assistance, takes customer service to a level above expectations. We will most certainly stay here again given the chance. J wood
