dear guest, strange review, you are the 1st guest have a problem with security to drop the key in the box, we never ask you to leave your key at reception box, it is a choice of a guest to leave there a key, and it is safe you are the 1st guest which may scared, my dear this is Thailand we take care our guests very serious for there safety regarding breakfast, all most all hotels are connected with reception lobby, and regarding hot water and pressure, we use our water pressure and heat water which is safe for our guests thanks for your feedback
