Ich war mit 3 Freunden im Hotel und muss sagen alles war TOP es gab nichts was mir sorgen gemacht hat im Urlaub. Sauberes Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter, sehr Kontakt freudig. Ich kann das Hotel mit guten gewissen weiter empfehlen.

I booked a double bed room in this property during the peak period and but when we arrived at the property, we were given a single bed. The pictures are not true to the room pictures… There was absolutely no decoration/furniture etc in the room except for a small fridge, and inbuilt wardrobe. The room and toilet was pretty spacious and clean one of the staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Another staff was not the most friendliest. They also do not accept card for car booking etc. Food was pretty decent and they have a decent amount of choices But in general, I think the the hotel does not feel like a 3 star hotel. I would give it 2 stars rather than 3. I don’t think that the hotel cost was very cheap either when we booked it since it was the peak period but nonetheless, the property shall not lie to its customers of the insides of the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is that the area is very convenient and walking distance to the Patong beach, Bangla District etc. There are also really good food options in the same district as the hotel.

Very good location just a couple minutes from Patong Beach. The motel is a little run down with rooms needing re-decorating and updating. Bedding and towels are clean but stained. The western (Russian?) woman on reception during business hours is a great asset and always able to assist. The male (Indian) is the opposite. Lied directly to me on two occasions and tried to make up for it by lying again. Very disappointing from someone in customer service. Breakfast is not inspiring with a lack of range and bacon being substituted with "chicken ham". An employee told me this was due to the "big boss is muslim". Good price, good location but a tired motel with issues that can be easily fixed.

I cant find the words I book the room last may for feb I plan this holiday last 8 months 1 st feb it was time we happy go to hotel they said no room they cancelled but we don't know 1 week before I call the hotel.com I ask everythink ok confirmed ? they say no proplem confirm go and pay on the hotel but we got a night mare they no reason cancel middle of the night we try find the stay some where bad bad bad

Huone oli erittäin epäsiisti, likaiset seinät, kalusteet, lakanatkin tuntuivat siltä kun niissä olisi jo nukuttu. Ilmanvaihto surkea, sisäilma oli koko ajan tunkkainen ja pahanhajuinen. Ulos oli vain yksi pieni ikkuna, mistä näki talojen väliin, joka oli roskia täynnä. Ainut positiivinen asia olikin hyvä sijainti, rantaan vain minuutin kävelymatka ja ympärillä oli hyviä ruokapaikkoja.

Fick fel rum första natten. Hade bokat med 2 sängar och balkong. Fick en säng och ingen balkong. Löste sig dagen efter. Det andra rummet fanns ingen hiss till och var väldigt slitet. Balkongdörren var sönder. Tv sönder men blev utbytt. Duschen var trasig.

Hotel near to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and Jungceylon market. Hotel located in a quiet street, away from hustle and bustle from the main street.

Le ménage était très mal fait c’était à la balayette même pas de balais ni de serpiere il y avait aussi des taches non enlevés... A notre arrivée on nous a donné une chambre qui n’etait pas la notre !

Eigentlich Strandnahes Hotel
Sind angeblich wegen eines Wasserschadens in ein verdrecktes zirka 2,5 KM entferntes Apartment umgebucht worden. In wirklichkeit war das Hotel einfach nur überbucht. Die Alternative war völlig verdreckt und fast 1 Stunde Fußmarsch vom Strand entfernt. Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung. Diesen gab es ausschließlich im eigentlich gebuchtem Hotel Armoni Patong Beach. Alles in allem Nie wieder!

The condition of bathroom was really terrible. Too smelly 🙄. For 4 days 3 nights stay we were provided with only one small bottle of shampoo and one small bottle of shower gel.🙄🙄

We walked into a room horrible
The wash basin was cracked there was a door missing from the shower cubical there was no fridge it took us a few hours to get this we were only here 2 days when they brought it it was stained brown could not put food in it. The place was dirty things still in bin from last person ect. The pictures you show are of a room but not the room you get when you arrive I would not recommend to any one No coffe or tea making in room at all. You had to walk to the back alley to get in where there is no security and doors open all night

Ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon und City-Blick gebucht und ein Standard-Zimmer ohne Balkon und Tageslicht bekommen. Das Badezimmer voll mit Schimmel. Der Allgemeine Zimmer Zustand - DRECKIG und abgewohnt. Einfach nur Finger weg! Ein Manager ist nie erreichbar und die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sind für nichts zuständig - wie praktisch!

ダブルブッキングか何か判らないけど、車で10分のホテルに泊まってくれと言われ、翌日の送迎も頼んであるし、友達と約束もあるのでそんなに遠くでは困る！とごねた結果、、アパートメントなら泊まれると言われ泊まることになった。部屋は広くシーツも綺麗になっているが、壊れたエアコン、水の出ない台所、壊れたソファー、むき出しのコンセント、仕方ないと思い宿泊。だけどクローゼットには誰かのシャツが大量に。。。。　いくらなんでも誰かの住んでいる部屋はないだろう。ダブルブッキングならせめて徒歩圏内にしてくれ。

酒店不誠實， 將我們的 房間出售，還說三道四，將我們安排到另一間guesthouse， 遠離中心交通極不方便， 還叫我們下次book房直接向酒店book， 希望你們能夠對呢間酒店的操守注意。今我們一行十人極不滿意。

Didn’t get room which I booked. Room they given has no fan air conditioning not working properly only one one light in room. I booked standard room, they forcefully given backpackers room for first night. Next day they changed room but there was always problem of hot water, no force to shower, terrible experience

Sufficiente a pochi passi dal mare,
Buona posizione sia come vicinanza al centro e alle varie strutture di divertimento, sia al mare, anche se la zona di mare non è il massimo. Camere ampie, pulizia mediocre, come un po' tutti gli hotel di Patong a 3 stelle. Camere con finestre, di cui una camera aveva il muro di fronte a 30 centimetri, mentre l altra camera il muro era a 3 metri. Dalla altro lato balconi con cavi elettrici al fianco, questo al 4 piano, altre camere sembrano migliori. Se non hai grandi pretese, si consiglia anche per il prezzo buono.

Allein die Lage ist gut.
Wir haben 20 Nächte reserviert. Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug bekommen, und es war sehr laut. Das kleine Fenster blickte auf einen schmutzigen Hinterhof. Im Badezimmer könnten wir die Dusche nicht einstellen, entweder kaltes, oder sehr heisses Wasser floss aus der Dusche.Wir konnten unsere Koffer nur am Boden lagern, weil es keinen anderen Platz gab.Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett, so wurde die kalte Luft direkt auf uns geblasen.Als wir diese Probleme an der Rezeption gemeldet haben, sie haben gesagt, dass sie keine andere Zimmer geben können.Ungefähr eine Woche später konnten wir mit dem Hotelmanager sprechen, und er hat uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.Das Hotel und die Zimmer auf den Fotos sehen viel besser und schőner aus, wie in Wirklichkeit. Allein die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Strand und Zentrum.
