The building was built in an open space. Easy to move around and out of the room at every corner. We do not need a lift. Each floor is built for easy access. The process is not very steep. This is our reason. If you are not comfortable, you can contact our reception staff .But the hotel apologizes to the customer if the customer is not satisfied. And about Pool Towel have serve our client one towel per day from morning time until 18.00 Hrs. veryday but retruned within same day due to some client not return us back, and this case hotel missing the time supply you we are sorry in our missing and apologize in this matter, hotel will do improvement and teach our staff to do all better. We are sincerely to explanined and sorry for your inconvenience in this matter and hope you kind understaning. Best regards
