\Dear Amy, thank you for your review. Kata ocean view it's a residence and not an hotel you are right. It's really impossible that your apartment was without amenities because every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, livingroom and balcony ( table and chairs, sunbed are used only in the suites). Our apartment are well cleaned and absolutely the unit are confortable and suiteble for families, couples and single. All the pictures you can see are made also by guests that's why all the pictures are true. The residence is about 4 km far from Kata beach ( 5 minutes with the motorbike) and these details, about the position, are clearly written in our web site, that's why all peaple that booked their stay with us already know that the residence is on Kata's hill. in the residence there is a restaurant (11am-10pm), juice bar ( 7am-10pm) . The closest 7eleven is far 2 minutes with a motorbike. the view in the residence is amazing everywhere. Trust us, you spent so little time in the residence ( 1hour) a not enough to say that it is a bad place. thank you Kata ocean view

There is not a bar inside the apartment and drinks are not relaced. for sure we will improve the cleaning service.
