Dåligt
Dåligt hotell som inte alls levde upp till mina förväntningar. Står att det ska vara ett tre-stjärnigt men det är det långt ifrån. Skulle stanna 4 nätter men blev bara 1 natt sen bytte jag. Rummet var stelt och tråkigt, täcket luktade unket och var klibbigt, badrummet var gammalt med stor fläck i duschen osv.. finns mycket mer som var dåligt men aldrig jag återvänder dit.

Decent place, well positioned.
Decent flat, a bit expensive (get one towards the hill i you want to sleep quietly. Owner and staff very nice, avoid breakfast.

The room was spacious, clean, modern and with a balcony. I could sit out on the balcony for hours just admiring the view. The staff was very nice and the owner very hospitable. Upon arrival I hadn't eaten and I was offered a complimentary breakfast free of charge. I was also offered a free breakfast upon departure. The owner even sat with me as we chatted away the morning. I would without hesitation rent here again and will recommend it to friends and family. Cheers 😁

A great hotel, was clean, great view from the balcony. Very friendly staff. Quiet at night, easy 2 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants and bars, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Would happily stay again.

Trevlig hotell med världens snällaste personal. Tyvärr extremt hård säng och kudde men personalen kunde lösa mjukare kuddar vilket hjälpte! Mysigt läge på berget om man vill ha lite lugn och ro.

Bra prisvärd hotell
Bra prisvärd hotell. Bra pool. Frukosten är helt ok men inte mer än så. Maten va oftast kall och det mesta va slut om man kom in lite senare. Hyrde vespa så lätt att komma både till kata o Karon från hotellet.

Wasn't Pleased
We stayed there for 5 nights. We had 2 rooms booked. The first room the air con did not work as we had to sweat whole night .. Made a complain but they didn't do anything on that day. The other room had the same issue as the air con didn't work and was told that it cannot be fixed. The WiFi works when it feels like .. The phone in all the rooms doesn't work so if you want to make a complain about something you have to walk down to the reception who was not friendly at all. Half the time they do not understand what I was saying ...

Не понимаю, почему у этого отеля такой высокий рейтинг. Персонал просто кошмар: за испачканное полотенце "чуть глаза не выцарапали", требовали оплатить. При бронировании в описании номера указано, что предоставляются банные халаты, которых и в помине нет. Когда их запросили, сделали круглые глаза, типа нету. Завтраки очень скудные. За такую же цену, есть намного лучше отели. До моря далековато, но не страшно. Отель рекомендовать не буду однозначно.

Dejlige 3 overnatninger. Skøn pool og fin morgen buffet. Belysningen på værelset kunne godt være bedre og opfyldning med toiletpapir + rene håndklæder manglede. Vi skulle selv hente og spørge om ekstra. Ellers et godt ophold. Meget sødt personale.

Tyvärr drog sängkvaliteten ner på betyget. Det var så hårda så sömnen lyste med sin frånvaro :( Annars var det underbart att få bo intill poolen med utsikt över bergen.

Lae Lay Suites was a good choice for us to spend the last 3 days of our 3 week holiday in Thailand - the staff was very nice and very helpfull. We can only recommend this hotel, especially if you want peace and take a break from the rush you find downtown Karon or Patong. The hotel is clean and minimalistic, comfortable as well, and the people who work at the hotel are very helpfull and kind. The breakfast is good - and the coffee is fresh brewed from roasted coffee beans (we like that) :)

Close to places to see and do
I come here in May every year for 2 nights as it it provides a room to the very Patong to visith the very large shopping center Jungceylon where you can find Robinsons a Mega Department store and BigC and very large Supermarket. There are also 1000 thands of smaller retailers in there to browse. I caan spend 3 hours in there easily without getting bored. One can also walk and shop outside on the main streets of Patong for bargains...., do not be afraid to bargain and walk away as they ask for too much. Usually they won't let you off, so start with a ridiculously low offer, if they let you walk, then you are too low, you do not loose face, if you now offer 20 Baht more. Be careful, a real genuine Ray Ban is not really the case and the asking price of 5500 Baht is inflated by 1000%. Comparing anything to Australian or European prices and you pay far too much. Back to Lae Lay, the facilities there like the shower head, towel rail , toilette paper holder have turned rusty and the shower is not the best. It works, sort off, the room is spacious and the pool just outside. There is a problem with guests from another part of the Hotel 'nesting themselves' in the pool area which should be reserved for guests with access to the pool area. They can be very noisy and stay til late at knight. Hotel Squatters come to mind. For a short term stay OK, longer term...., may be not.

Nice hotel, lovely surroundings, quiet location.
Second time of staying at this hotel, would definitely recommend it. Lovely pool side room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned everyday, clean towels every day. Breakfast included in price, very nice food.

Value for Money
Our stay was comfortable. Owner and his family members run the hotel. They are very helpful. It is in silent and peaceful area. Rooms were clean. Value for money.

Отель новый, чистый, небольшой, хозяин очень гостеприимный, добрый, готовый всегда помочь. Понравились парни из персонала-они и завтраки обслуживали, и багаж помогали носить, и отель в чистоте содержали. Мы жили на 4м этаже, вид потрясающий и на горы, и на поселок, и на море! Единственное, что не очень понравилось - это уборка номеров, полы не всегда были чистыми. И совсем мелочь, но всё же - почему-то не подавали чай ни на завтрак, ни в номер при уборке, только кофе!

Eftersom vi har bott på hotell Lae Lay tidigare visste vi precis vilket rum vi skulle ha.Svit executive så högt som möjligt är det bästa. Personalen är väldigt trevliga, fantastisk service under frukosten, hotellets ägare gör att man trivs på hotellet.

Неделя незабываемого отдыха.
Останавливали на неделю. Понравилось все. Номер соответствует описанию. Номер чистый просторный светлый. Брали в отеле новый байк напрокат без паспорта и залога. Поэтому с перемещением проблем не было. Радушный и отзывчивый персонал. Добродушные и отзывчивые хозяева отеля. Единственное маленькое неудобство находящийся постоянно на солнцепеке бассейн без тени. В остальном все прекрасно. Море спокойное и чистое, небо без облачков. Спасибо хозяевам отеля за прекрасно проведенный отдых.

incroyablement gentil et super endroit !!
Rapport qualité prix exelent , l'hotel etait à moin de 20euros la nuit dans le fond d'une rue en c*l de sac donc très calme, proche des 2 plages et des nombreux restaurants. Location de scooter sur place . Le couple de Thai qui gèrent l'hotel son les plus gentils que j'ai rencontré apres 7mois en Thaïlande. Vraiment super merci à vous !!

Отель отличный, для тех, кто не сидит в номере.
Отель отличный, новенький, чистенький, обслуживаанеие хорошее, убирали очень хорошо, еда вкусная. Единственное было немного шумно, у дороги находиться. Если ездить до пляжа, то мин 5 до каты и 10 до карона. А пешочком 15 мин до каты и 25 до карона.

Bra hotell för det priset vi betalade. Vi hade rum vid poolen. Rummet var stort och rent. Fick besök av myror i sängen en natt men detta åtgärdades direkt med nya lakan och då försvann även myrorna. Poolen är stor och perfekt om man gillar att simma längder. Negativa var dom extremt hårda sängarna och att den varma frukosten var kall ett par dagar. Saknade även restaurang eller poolbar. Ligger en liten bit från stranden men hyrde vespor så transporten var inget problem för vår del.

Could be good
Upon arriving the Hotel in general was clearly in need of a good clean. The room also was quite dirty with built up grime on everything you touch. This is very unfortunate as the hotel is quite new, the rooms are large and well designed. I contacted management on day 1 re my concerns, however they just apologised for my inconvenience, and no other action was taken. This Hotel would have received 4 stars if they took pride in there premises.

Very dirty on my visit
This is a fairly new and nice hotel, except for the obvious lack of cleaning. I sent an email to management on the 1st day hoping they would attend to the rubbish and mess around the pool area, and the unclean state of our room, but they didn't. The grime on everything was very visible, even the sliding door to our room had a thick layer of grime on it. We scrubbed it clean ourselves to make sure it came off and it did. Breakfast for us was inedible as it was covered in 100s of wasps. They were in the jam, yoghurts, and salads. I booked this hotel based on the good reviews, but something must have changed in the past few months. I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of clean hotels around at a similar price.
