Fantastic
pool Access Room 이어서 수영도 마음껏하고, 라와이 비치와 가깝고, 주변에 식당,레스토랑, 마사지, 편의점 등 모든게 가까워서 만족스런 2박을 했습니다. 조식은 SoSo 하지만 이틀이니 괜찮았어요. 추천합니다.

Like: I liked having the pool within 20 paces of my room. It was a quiet location. The bed was comfortable. Dislike: The staff were very quiet, not really providing a nice welcome. I purposely left some minor small empty wraps that I used from a different hotel in the shower. It was not collected 2 days straight. There were no - Do not disturb Tags to hang on the door.

Asienstandard ist gut aber nicht mit 4Sterne Europa zu vergleichen. Wer nicht das erste mal in Asien Ferien macht weiss das eigentlich auch. Aber für den Preis bekomme ich auch in Europa nicht mehr. Bin zufrieden, nettes freundliches Personal. Kein Problem das nächste mal wieder zu buchen für mich. Hatte eine gute Zeit dort.Danke.

Great location and the staff were all really lovely and helpful. It's a shame they don't have a restaurant onsite but plenty around. My biggest gripe was the booking says bath and shower separate but there is no bath just a toilet and shower. The bed was also incredibly hard.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL it as one of the worse stays I have ever had Pool not clean, rooms very very dated, sun beds dirty, staff not interested, no 24 reception, no drinks or dining on premises , I paid extra for pool access and the sun bed outside my room was used by four men who just came to use the pool and they drank beer very noisy outside my room Staff said they can’t control who uses the sunbeds that I paid extra for The resort is nothing like the pictures STAY AWAY I WARN YOU

Given the wrong room to start second room, everything was broken toilet didn’t function properly. No hot water remote control was broken mosquitoes would not give us a refund.

Piscine et spa à revoir . Pas de jointure et carreaux cassés ce qui a amené à avoir un maillot de bain déchiré. Nous sommes les uns sur les autres dès lors où nous sortons de la chambre. Sinon plutôt calme et très propre

The bed was too hard, really awful The pools were nice but not in good repair, I cut my finger on a tile and the reception desk didn’t even have a plaster for it. They did send someone to the store for one though.Locatins was quiet and near lots of shops. Wifi was good and rooms cleaned daily

Не указано, что требует депозит. На территории грязь, никто не убирается и не чистит бассейн. В ванной жуткая вонь, при этом сам персонал это отрицает и делает вид, что так и надо. Даже сказали, что если не нравится, то можете быть свободны. Сантехника уже просто отбившая свой срок ( На завтрак если не прийти к самому началу, то останешься голодным. Отношение персонала ужасное!( не стоит этих денег

Es ist halt ein sehr altes Resort und das sieht man . Die Zimmer sind wirklich Ok aber die Bäder und die Außenanlagen sollten dringend saniert werden . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Extrem schade war das die Liegen zumeist alle defekt waren und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand .

The hotel is in really run-down condition. The beds had stains on linens (rust-colored which usually indicates blood-sucking organisms), limited amenities (1 roll of toilet paper), shower next to the toilet, and just generally not very clean. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful which was a redeeming quality. But, we couldnt stay another night. We were not reimbursed the two subsequent nights

Great stay
This should be a 3 star at least, Staff had limited language, even English... Pool table (which was un operatable... no balls available) and Bar had no service... But if you are after a clean room, ok aircon, clean pool, a fair enough good breakfast, they will cook you omelettes if you want. Good for 2 to 3 days, it’s a short walk to the beach. But unswimable,.... massage house to the direct left of entrance, I would recommend the lady boy, she knows massage.. believee me.. she or shim is good.. speed boats are cheap to the islands, batter for a good price, there are many operators. But the local long boats to the nearest island is all a family would enjoy and need.. 20 mins and you are on an island with facilities and good food, kids can do snorkeling... Up to you, but we as a family enjoyed our day.. Best seafood restaurants and affordable, cross the road facing the beach, get a whole fish deep fried, and everything else, service is 10 outa 10 Well, it was a good stay... and taxi,s are out the front for any size families to take you where ever. Keep a close eye on your belongings
I caught the staff trying to steal from me while cleaning the room . I immediately went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager but was meet with laughter on the website it states you can pay the deposit with cash or a credit card , however they only take cash that I did not receive back instead I was called a liar in-front of my wife , once again after asking to speak to a manager I was laughed at , also the hotel is in desperate need of renovation and is nothing like the pictures indicate

Way over priced for the room. No bedside tables, Ac was terrible at the start but got fixed and the bed was rock hard. 1500 baht a night is way too much.

Rezeption schnell und unkompliziert. Personal war liebevoll, aber unqualifiziert. Zustand der ganzen Anlage ist mangelhaft. Keine 4****. Frühstück für Europäer spärlich und Essraum nicht einladend. Lamellen kaputt und verrostet, Decke verschmutzt - viele chinesische 1-Tagestouristen. Vorteile: Schwimmbassins gross und schön. Preis/Leistung akzeptabel.

Nicht empfehlend für 4* Sterne Vorstellungen
Rezeption und Check-in war sehr speditiv und freundlich. Zimmer sehr spärlich eingerichtet, aber alles Nötige vorhanden. Pool war einladend und gross. Frühstück sehr mager für Europäer. Für Chinesen optimal. Preis/Leistung ok. Gross und ganz: Absolut nicht 4* würdig. In die Jahre gekommen. Müsste dringend renoviert werden!!!

Me parece que las fotografías le ayudan muchísimo. Las habitaciones austeras, básicas, feas, pero el aire acondicionado y la cama fantástico. Literal, no es lo que parece. Mucho muy feo. No hay internet en las habitaciones, el baño de lo más deplorable y las cortinas horrorosas.

静か過ごすには最高のホテル、ロケーションも抜群です。目の前にコンビニとマッサージ。近隣にレストランが多く、歩きで全て行動できます。透明な綺麗なビーチまで車で5分。部屋の広さOK。バスルームも広くシャワーとトイレが洗面台を挟み、それぞれ充分なスペースがあるのでびちゃびちゃになることはありません。プールは毎日掃除されて綺麗でした。朝食も美味しかったです。部屋にいませんでしたがビーチサイドに蚊が沢山飛んでます。建物は古く簡単に修正した箇所が多く見られました。

A great hotel located close to the road, yet you do not feel any noise. Very pleasantly furnished room with a good bed for sleeping, as well as fully air-conditioned. Next to a great swimming pool with blue water. Everywhere clean. Morning breakfast in the form of a great buffet you can eat up to your heart's content. Phuket Sea Resort By Benya's wonderful and attentive staff. I will definitely visit this place again. I honestly recommend Darius and Agnes from Germany

Neljän päivän visiitti Rawailla.
Hotellin kuvat ovat hieman eri mitä hotellin kunto todellisuudessa tänä päivänä on. Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla. Aamiainen oli joka päivä samanlainen, ihan perusjutut löytyi. Hotellin henkilökunta ei puhu hyvin englantia.
