We enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with room space and cleanliness. We were also inmpressed with how quiet and peaceful the stay at our time of stay at princess sea view. Staff were very friendly polite and always smiling.

Sengetøj blev ikke skiftet under opholdet og der var en lille blodplet på. Sengene rigtigt hårde og puder alt for høje. Personalet snakkede ikke meget engelsk men var ellers rigtig søde. Tror hotellet har 1 stjerne for meget ift. oplevelsen.

Wir hatten ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang erhalten, es ist großartig, der Pool ist riesig und wir waren oft alleine drin, da das Hotel nicht stark besucht ist. Die Zimmer sind groß, bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank der auch richtig kalte Getränke kühlt. Großes Badezimmer mit Wanne und Dusche getrennt, alles sehr sauber. Jeden Abend einen tollen Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Negativ ist, das es relativ weit vom Stand ist, es fahren aber mehrmals die Stunde kostenlose Shuttel an den Stand.

Fint hotell med otroligt trevlig personal. Frukosten förväntade vi oss bättre med tanke på hotellet. Ingen restaurang att äta lunch eller middag eller bara ta en drink var en stor besvikelse. Den skulle renoveras men tanke på att det var högsäsong så kändes det som en besvikelse. Badet var fint men poolbaren var obefintlig även den. Hotellet har stora möjligheter men det krävs att alla delar kommer igång om vi ska komma tillbaka.

Ok but needs improvement
Had to change rooms twice. Firstly because of a broken blind in the bathroom, then a leaking air conditioner in the second room. The hotel was ok but needs to be upkept and maintained more than it is. Overall, my partner and I were a bit disappointed.

As soon as I arrived I emailed you and had no response, We were all disappointed in the place as you have rated it 4.7 The staff don’t even understand what we want, I would highly tell friends not to go to that hotel, Breakfast was very disappointing, Booked a pool access room and the stairs were green.. that’s not healthy.. very disappointed, want to leave ASAP ..

Perfekt for a short stay
We enjoyed our stay in Princess Seaview. The room was really big and comfortable. The location is not really centric, but perfect to scape from the crowd and the party tourist area. Transport to the beach is always available.

Okay - uden at være prangende
Hotellet er beliggende ud til befærdet vej - og en god gåtur fra stranden. Hotellet fremtræder til "smånusset" og kunne godt tåle lid modernisering. Morgenbuffen var i alle de 14 dage vi var på hotellet ganske ens - skiveost var desværre ikke en del af buffen. Mange russere og kinesere på hotellet.

Rude Staff, Old Pillows & a Nice View.
First of all, if you like swimming, do not choose this hotel. The pool looks very nice on the images however its deathly cold. Even for a Northern Brit in the tropics. You will not enjoy swimming in this pool, it's also pretty dirty and old. Sun loungers are acceptable for sunbathing. The Sea View rooms are okay, a little tired but clean, however, the pillows are dreadful, the cotton inside them has been washed hundreds of times so they have no bounce to them at all. Most of the staff at the hotel are friendly, however reception staff, especially the two males that do the night time duty are totally and utterly useless, they take ages to make any kind of decision and let guests fix their own issues. Not only rude, they are ill-trained and selfish and should not be working at a reception desk The only positive thing about this hotel is the view, which you can get any other high floor hotel on Karon beach. Don't make my mistake and spend a little more and book the Ikon or Hilton. You will not regret it two weeks later.

Not a four star hotel at all - rundown, overpriced
If you are Russian or Chinese on a tour staying only overnight, this might be all you need, but dont book here for a week like we did - you will be disappointed. Limited breakfast, right next to diesel tour buses billowing smoke. I caught an eye infection - either from the pool or towels. View was not at all what was in the photos - that was only the very top rooms. The rest of the rooms had a terrible view of moulding roofing. The first room we were given had a broken shower door, and the second room we were given had a groaning toilet system! We ended up checking out early and staying in one of the guesthouses right next to Karon Beach, with a fresh cooked breakfast, which was way better value for money.

Arrived at the hotel and was underwhelmed. It is quite run down, however, they were repainting the outside pool area when we were there. The rooms are basic and bathrooms need updating. The beds were so hard we had to keep turning over as our back/ribs/sides got sore. No pillow protector so we had to put our own clothes around the pillows. A coach load of very loud tourists arrived, got drunk at the pool and left the beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere which weren’t cleaned up by lunch time the next day. So drunk they were trying to get into our room through the connecting door until I shouted at them to stop. The hotel is in a good spot though and you can take a nice walk through the Hilton to get to the beach (10/15 mins). I would suggest paying that little more for the pool access rooms. Plenty of places to eat/markets a 10 min walk from the hotel. Taxis available to take you into Patong/Kata. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Hotel avec une belle vue mais loin de la plage.
Trés bon séjour, mais ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Sans véhicule difficile voir dangereux d'explorer les environs. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas de bonne qualité. Cependant la vue et le balcon étaient parfait de même que le restaurant en terrasse avec une aussi belle vue qu'en chambre. La piscine ainsi que le bar étaient top aussi.

Hotellet var en del medtaget og stod ikke så rent og flot som på billederne. Det lå ud til en forholdvis stor vej, så det krævede taxa eller tuk tuk at komme hjem til hotellet om aften.

Nice hotel with a view
Mystery Deal hotel was excellent paid very less compared to all the other 4.5 star hotel, Room comfort was excellent. for the family of 4. Room were cleaned every day, bathroom was huge with a bath tub and also a balcony with the view of the sea. overall very happy with the service.

Awful. Don't associate yourself with this hotel.
Awful. Everything about this hotel is awful. Staff, cleanliness, location, room everything thumbs down! Checked out and went to the Ramada instead. Great hotel- shame the same can't be said for the Princess Seaview Resort.

房間可以看到海景，黃昏景色不錯。 但這間酒店中國團體入住比較多，房間隔音比較差。 早餐一般選擇不多，員工態度比較差沒有笑容及不會主動幫助客人。酒店位置好外出購物或吃飯就很方便。
