1. 가격이 좀 부담되는 곳입니다. 2. 분위기는 더할수 없이 좋습니다. 다만 교통이 불편하고 주위에 아무것도 없어요. 그리고 투어인 경우 픽업 비용이 많이 발생합니다. 3. 가격대비 조식은 별로입니다. 4. 모기가 생각보다 많습니다. 실내는 문제가 없으나 실외는 모기가 많습니다.

호텔 위치는 공항에서 1시간 정도의 거리로 밤늦게 도착하면 택시 바가지가 심합니다. 가능하면 미리 교통편 확보하시는게 좋고 애들이랑 풀장에서 놀기 좋았고 펜트하우스여서 경치도 좋았습니다. 편의점이 입구 길 건너편에 있어서 필요한것 조달하기 용이하고 호텔 주변은 휑합니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 패키지 상품은 가격이 좀 높은 편 입니다.

Ich habe vor meiner Anreise das Hotel kontaktiert und eine Abholung über das Hotel am Flughafen organisiert. Hat alles prima geklappt und der Preis war auch in Ordnung. Ich hatte das " Palm Cabana " gebucht. Diese ist ein kleiner Bungalow und entspricht nicht den Bildern mit die man bei der Buchung sieht. Der Bungalow ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, und sauber. Das Bad ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Der Room Service ist auch Ok. Habe mich an der Rezeption über den kleinen Bungalow beklagt und habe dann für die hälft der Aufenthaltszeit ein großes Apartment bekommen, für mich war das Ok. In der Näheren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, Thai, Italienisch. Bäckerei wo man auch Frühstücken kann. hier würde ich wieder buchen.

Le 5 étoiles où il faut faire la vaisselle...
Réservation de 4 nuits, pour 974e, villa avec piscine front de mer. Check in glacial où on nous annonce qu il n' y a ni petit déjeuner, ni room service, ni restaurant, etc., sans en avoir été informés à l avance (aucune info évidente sur leur site). La villa était sale et les équipements dysfonctionnels. Retour au lobby: le ménage ne pouvait être fait que le lendemain, parce que l'hôtel était complet...ils ont vite retiré un pot de fleur brisé et tenté de réparer la télé, sans succès(2 chaînes coréennes et thaïes). Piscine et extérieur dégoûtants. Le ménage n a jamais été fait, ni les draps changés. Literie déplorable d ailleurs. J'ai adoré devoir faire la vaisselle, le ménage dans un 5 étoiles. Les hébergements sont totalement laissés à l abandon. Pas de possibilités de rencontrer un responsable. Nous avons demandé un service laundry pour costume et robe: une véritable aventure ! Absolument aucun service dans tout l'hôtel, le covid a bon dos! Nous avons parcouru le pays durant un mois, sans aucune difficulté de ce type dans tous les autres hôtels visités. Faute de place, je noterai tous les détails dans un avis google. N.B.: informés à notre arrivée que nous allions nous marier durant notre séjour, nous avons beaucoup apprécié au final, l absence de félicitations, ne serait ce qu orales. J oubliai ! Cette phrase qui m a plus qu énervée d un employé :"au moins, vous avez la vue sur la mer.".

Ich würde diese Resort nicht mehr buchen. Der Pool ist zwar ausreichend groß und ordentlich. Das Essen ist gut. Das Haus wirkt auch erstmal gepflegt. Nicht gefallen haben mir vorallem 2 Dinge. Zum einen ist der Strand zum Baden völlig ungeeignet. Das andere Problem bestand darin, dass ich eine Cabin gebucht hatte. Diese sind sehr beengt und in meiner Cabin stank es auch aus dem Badezimmer heraus. Das Personal übertünchte das mit einem Zitronenduft. Die Ursache hat man oder konnte man nicht lösen.

Wir durften wunderschöne Tage im Serinity verbringen! Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool, das Meer zieht sich sehr weit zurück und hat eine Mondlandschaft vor sich! Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ausser dem Shuttlebus Fahrer der war immer etwas mürrisch! Schade

Very good service, super clean resort, very complete luxury suite, good bed, low noise airco, good swimming pool, nice bar, very good food. We had a great stay ! Only minor point is accessibility to the sea. Although the sea is at 10 m distance from the pool area, the sea is not ok for swimming and snorkeling. Serenity offers almost every day a free taxi to a nearby beach. Distance approx.10 km. If you want to eat outside the resort, there is only one good (Mexican) restaurant nearby. Enough dinner choice at more than 5 km distance.

Everything about this property was exceptional. Spacious rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast buffets were great and we lov d the location. Lovely and quiet but also great for kid.

I honestly DO NOT understand how this property got such good reviews.... first thing is, When I arrived at the room and sat on the bed, I found a dry and hard as a crystal contact lense on the floor next to the bed..... really...? I had to put a foot towel on the floor of the shower because I really didnt feel it was clean. Also, the room smelled like it had been closed for quite a while. It could have been a great room....we had 2 floors with swimming pool on the roof, living room and even a bathtub. however, I just felt so uncomfortable because it didnt feel clean. The restaurant by the swimming pool had old broken furniture. It would sink if you sat.... I so don't recomment this place

The rooms were spacious and staff were lovely. However, the beach was very unappealing. Breakfast was average and no transport from hotel to Rawai beach. Had to pay every time for a taxi. Not many restaurants near by as well.

Some aspects of the decor was looking tired, and there was always an unpleasant odour in the corridors around the entrance to our room. However, given the price paid, we were generally satisfied.

Really good and quiet place. Staff is helpfull and attantive. But the main disadvantage is that hotel is too far from touristy spots, no caffees and restaurants around, no beach. only swimming pool you can enjoy which is pretty small and with hot water in it:) good thing that there is family Mart store and pharmacy nearby. Hotel has shuttle some days during the week going Nai harn beach and Patong. also good library with books you can find in many languages. Rooms, Bathrooms are very good and comfortable. in case of taking Thai massage in hotel, dont pay to the person doing it as I had a problem check out time. there was nothing to prove that I paid to her as I had no receipt. so consider this:))) they tried to call and she didn’t pick up. This moment was a bit tough for me and felt so pissed off. the breakfast is combines European and Thai food as well. And it was just perfect.
