I was very disappointed to read of your experience. I do aplogize with sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review, especially the weak shower head and air condition system that we will fix immediately. The level of service which you noted, was not helpful to guests enough by our standards both for our staff and the external taxi service, and will be addressed with the concerned party. We highly value our customer opinion and would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention.
