A huge positive is the location of this hotel for families, near enough to the centre of Patong, but not too close for all the noise.
By the pool there was always a sun lounger, which is another great aspect of this hotel.
The other plus is separate bedrooms for adults and children compared to larger hotels.
Sadly the housekeeping, state of disrepair and service really lets this hotel down.
As we arrived in the middle of the night we wanted to go straight to bed, but all 3 bed sheets were dirty (lipstick, weird brown marks etc). Unfortunately even when we asked for the sheets to be changed they often weren’t or were changed for again dirty sheets.
Walls that the children’s beds were against had strange stains up them and also holes in.
None of us were able to have a hot shower the whole time, which the children hated.
The worst however was the power cut in the middle of the night which turned off the air con and the water supply.
They ‘fixed it’ around 10am only for it to go be k off at 10.10am. We were assured it would be fixed, however, when we returned after a day trip (in the dark), they simply said it wasn’t but you can move rooms. So we packed all of our stuff using the torches on our phones and moved with zero help if sympathy from the hotel.
Really not great packing and unpacking 2 days before leaving.
The hotel could be amazing but is in some serious need of renovation as currently it is definitely not 3 stars.
