excellent pool and facility beautiful garden
아주 공들인 호텔이었습니다. 장식 하나하나 시설하나하나 구경하고 체험해보는데만도 반나절이 걸릴 정도로요. 매일 제공되는 웰컴프룻도 좋았고 2층의 발마사지 미니풀과 블루투스 스피커도 잘 사용하였습니다. 조식도 나쁘지 않았다고 생각해요. 무엇보다 숙소와 바로 연결되는 풀과 억세스가 환상적이었죠! 야외액티비티 예약을 많이 잡아놔서 호텔자체를 충분히 못즐긴게 아쉽네요. 다시 머물의사 100퍼센트 입니다.

단지가 생각보다 넓진 않았지만 빌라의 경우 복층으로 되어있어 매우 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 시설은 다소 오래된 느낌이 없지 않아 새로 지은 호텔에 비해 쾌적함이 조금 떨어지나 유사한 숙박업소는 찾기 힘들 정도로 자기만의 색깔이 있는 빌라였습니다.

We were disappointed about the gym condition. My spouse almost hurt himself using a machine that was in a very poor condition, pieces were falling apart. Other then that, the property is a good value for your $

We arrived 4 hours before check in and they let us in our room. Outstanding after a 34 hour flight! The property is so beautiful and quiet and the smell.is amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Always a taxi available if needed and great location for walking to Kata beach (10 min) or Karon beach (15min). Tons of shopping all around hotel and eating. The hotels spa was also a bonus. If you haven't booked a place in Phuket look.no further. You will not be disappointed!

The Baray Villa was amazing. The design and decoration was just incredible. The effort made to make everywhere smell amazing, lemon grass scent wafting with subtle music playing transported you far far away from the bustle outside the hotel. The pictures simply don't do the feeling of this hotel justice - it is genuinely amazing!

We loved the accommodations of being able to swim in our private area and go into the common area as desired. The staff were very accommodating, polite and service oriented. I would totally revisit again as we had an amazing time! We loved the aesthetics for the Thailand feel and was perfect for what we wanted in a vacation which was to celebrate my sons new marriage with him and his new wife. We thank all the staff for the wonderful hospitality they provided!

Hands down the best resort I have ever stayed in. The living quarters are unbelievably magnificent in that one gets the feeling they are in a palace. Having a jacuzzi within the unit that also leads to a stream alongside the resort is just spectacular. The decor throughout the resort is incredibly cultural and takes you back in time. If I can give an even higher rating, I would. Should I return, I would stay here without a doubt.

Beautiful resort that I regretted didn’t stay here from the beginning in Phuket. I booked pool access Villa. There is a swimming pool for Villa customers only which is clean and quiet. The other side’s swimming pool was good too. Night time lights up underneath the pool, looks lik milkway But don’t leave any food outside!!! My fault to leave an in finished corn on the night table n there were tons of ants on in morning!

With a few tweaks could be a 5 star
No doubt when this hotel was new it was phenomenal.The pool access room interiors are spectacular, although our room was starting to show signs of needing some TLC in places. The staff could be more friendly and a be a bit more attentive. Most of the time when we asked them questions, it felt like we were bothering them. The swim out of room pool was great, our daughter loved it, even if the water was a bit on the cool side. Unless you get to breakfast early, the dishes of food are often near empty, but in general the local dishes are tasty enough. The hotel seems to cater for mainly Chinese guests, or at least when we were there it did. Overall, it is a small piece of paradise nestled amidst the hustle and bustle of Kata, with lots of restaurants and spa massages nearby. The beach is a 10 minute walk and was decent enough. Word of warning, if you need to use the local taxis, once they know you are staying at Sawasdee, they hike the price of the fare up! All said and done, with some minor renovation and staff training, this hotel would deserve to be rated 5 star.

The Villa felt grand and spacious and the Village itself was huge with 3 pools adn lots of quiet and chilled spaces. About 15mins from Patong should you want to go into the Town area but away and close to the nice beaches.

Amazing
This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My expectations were high because of the beautiful photos, but it was so much better in person. There is a nice beach close by and lots of good restaurants. Honestly, we enjoyed the pool and hotel accommodations so much that we stayed at the pool a lot! The staff was friendly and the spa was one of the best!

This property is a little deceiving at first and easy to drive by without noticing it on a busy street due to its very small entrance. It all changes when you walk on in. the grounds and facilities are amazing and you could spend an entire day just walking through the gardens. Very well maintained and the pools are kept very clean. This property is right in the middle of all the action and a 10 second walk to multiple entertainment options.

The property is a utopia away from all the heat, stalls, hustling and people of this tourist mecca. The gardens of this resort are green,lush with lots of lighting and seating so that you can just sit and chill. The villas are luxurious splendor that you can relax in air conditioned comfort or head for a swim from your back deck or even from within your villa, up to the Villa's swim up bar. We loved it here so much that it was hard to drag yourself away to see the rest of Phuket.

酒店是泰式传统建筑，很有特点。酒店内部环境优美，绿植很多，各种装饰很养眼，置身于酒店中感到放松，很有度假的感觉。酒店的服务也非常棒，工作人员很耐心也很友好。前台有会讲中文的工作人员，这点对中国客人是很有帮助的。

This is an opulent Resort for people that enjoy intricate detail with attention to detail. You will feel like royalty staying here. The villa is large and set in a very beautiful village like resort. You will be wowed by the resort at night with the beautiful lights through the path ways and pool at the back of resort. The pool that runs of villa is beautiful with a water feature at one end and bar at other. We were fortunate to be at the water feature end which was next to our room. We woke to the sound of running water and looked down our mezzanine bedroom to the spa below which was in our living room. The dome bedroom ceiling was a magical feature to gaze before falling asleep in a massive King plus bed. Sleeps 3 comfortably. This resort is decadent.

We were greeted with a 2500 baht deposit we were not previously made aware of so that left a sour taste in our mouth upon arrival. We arrived early and were able to check in about an hour before we were supposed to which was nice. Room was incredible, but could have been cleaner. The couch had stains on them that looked like they were from naked time and small things like the back of the remote was missing, toilet upstairs too small for my husband, shower door wouldn’t stay shut, etc. Nothing to bother our stay, but for the price we paid our expectation was high. Breakfast was wonderful each day. Staff was very kind and always had a smile on their face. Very helpful with tips to get around and transport to islands. The pool was stunning and very well kept. We were in the villas. The main pool was enjoyable but not nearly as nice. Service was exceptional and our room was always made up. One incredible service point was in regards to when we were in Phi Phi. We left our brand new Nikon camera in our safe and were already on Phi Phi.. aka an hour taxi ride and an hour boat ride away. My husband spoke with the manager, Pe, at Baray Villas and she was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us get our camera back. She knew someone who worked at a boat company and was able to securely pack our camera and send it with him to Phi Phi so we didn’t have to waste a day of vacation going to get it. Thank you so much Pe!

Amazing night at Baray Village
This hotel was amazing! The attentive to detail from the moment you check in to when you leave the city, not the hotel! Everyone working greets you with a smile and wants to make sure you have everything you need to have a perfect stay. There were many pockets of the hotel that you can check out to have a different feel and view of the place as well. The spa and restaurant had food that exceeded my expectations.

Prachtig hotel, matige service
De architectuur is gewoon geweldig. Een prachtige setting en aankleding, de zwembaden zijn top. Maar de service is benedenmaats. Wij hadden 4 nachten in de Baray villa, geboekt tegen de volle prijs. Er was een mooie aanbieding met extra's maar toen we wilden boeken was het ineens niet meer mogelijk. We hebben toch besloten om te gaan maar op het moment van verblijf waren er bouwwerkzaamheden. Zonder enige vermelding of vooraankondiging. Na een klacht hierover kregen we de taxi op de laatste dag naar de luchthaven ter compensatie maar we moesten wel een brief tekenen dat we geen verdere klachten tegen hen zouden indienen. Daar krijg je toch een raar gevoel bij! Daarnaast werden de kamers niet echt goed schoongemaakt en was het beddengoed gewoon vies. Niet wat je zou verwachten bij de prijzen die ze vragen!

The villas at this hotel are large and very luxurious. The private pools are my favorite part. We loved it so much the first time, that we went back for a second trip, and we plan to go back again.

The only place I want to stay in Phuket
We stayed 9 nights in the Baray Villa. I wish we could have moved in. The 2 level villa was perfect, it was huge, 2 toilets, 2 showers, huge freestanding bath tub. Great location, quiet and made you forget about the hustle and bustle outside. The pools were amazing. The decor is a real treat. Absolute 5 Stars to us. Just make sure you bring mosquito repelent. 5-10 minute flat walk to the beach (no hills). Breakfast is a fantastic buffet is a great varying assortment too.

Exotic experience not to be missed
Fantastic stay at a fantastical hotel. It felt so over the top that it verged on Disneyland, but was authentic enough to be fun. Highly recommended.

立地、サービス、清潔感、食事、すべて◎です。 とにかく雰囲気が良く、外観、内装等はいい意味で東南アジア感が満載。 タイのなのにどこかバリっぽさも感じます。（バリの中でも特にウブドっぽい。） プール等の共用部も充実していて、今流行りのまさに「インスタ映え」といえるでしょう。 強いて悪い部分を言うなら、喫煙所が遠いです。入り口付近の一つしかありません。 それと部屋位置と時間帯によっては、植物や壁等に遮られ、プール際でも日が当たりません。 でもそれによって、隠れ家感というかヴィラっぽさがあったりもするので、一概にデメリットとは言えませんが。。。 ビーチが一望出来る開放感のあるホテルが好きな人は、もしかしたらジメジメ感じるかも。 個人的には、常夏のサンサンと降り注ぐ日差しの中で、緑ある日陰は最高でした。 とにかくご家族・カップルで静かにゆっくり過ごしたい、癒されたいという方にピッタリ。 僕はカタのこのヴィラを三泊、パトンのビーチ近くのホテルを二泊しました。 滞在期間に余裕のある方なら、このパターンはアリです。 ただ値段もそれなりなので、ホテルに重点を置く人にはお勧めします。

Truly memorable experience
We travelled from Bangkok to Phuket in Dec 2017 with 2 teens. We stayed in the Baray Villa's 2 story suite (over 1100 sf). When we arrived, we were immediately transported into a tranquil oasis. We LOVED this hotel for its decor, location, and serenity. Most hotels are clean and comfortable but easily forgettable. This hotel is UNFORGETTABLE. My husband and children were WOWED the moment they stepped into our suite. The pictures on the web are EXACTLY what you should expect. The beds were comfortable, wifi is fast, air conditioning is cool, bottled water was free. We enjoyed having the complimentary breakfast each morning. Kata Beach is an easy 10 minute walk away. Sometimes we walked and other times we took the shuttle to the beach which operates promptly on the hour. This beach is beautiful with crystal blue water, long stretch of sand, nearby facilities for food, drink, or restrooms. We loved the beach so much that we didn't even travel to Karon or Patong. The hotel is also conveniently located near MANY tour agencies, massage/spa facilities, restaurants, and the Kata night market. The location is safe. We were very comfortable walking around Kata at night (as most people do). The location is lively and fun. We would LOVE to return and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. If you are looking for a MEMORABLE hotel stay, check out this hotel.

メゾネットタイプの広い部屋
タイ建築を駆使したエキゾチックなホテル。周囲にコンビニ、マッサージ店、レストランがあり、ビーチも徒歩圏内。便利なロケーション。部屋は広く、ホテルでのんびり過ごすタイプにはぴったり。残念なのは、他の口コミにもあるようにジャグジーがあっても外のプールとつながっていて冷たいので1回も使用しなかった。最初の夜は蚊の攻撃に悩まされ、翌日コンビニで蚊取り線香を買いました。

Loved It!!
My husband and I had a great stay at Barry Villa. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The tour booking company across the street works with the hotel and was so easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back next year!! I highly recommend it!

Super Hotel für Pool-Liebhaber
Im Gross und Ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel, das den Mehrpreis durchaus wert ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und gepflegt und auch das Essen von hoher Qualität. Sehr schön ist auch der SPA-Bereich wo ich mehrere Anwendungen genoss. Beim Eindruck des Zimmers bin ich zweigespalten: Das Zimmer an sich, mit seinen zwei Stockwerken, der wunderschönen Einrichtung, dem superschönen Bad und dem direkten Pool-Anschluss hat mich regelrecht begeistert. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und absolut makellos. Gestört hat mich die mangelafte Reinigung. Der Boden wird nur gewischt. Hier wird weder gesaugt, noch feucht aufgenommen. Sehr gestört hat mich, dass der Aussenbereich nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt wurde. Auch der Aschenbecher wurde nie geleert. Einen fahlen Nachgeschmack hat bei mir der Zustand von Fassade und Nasszellen hinterlassen. Ich bin mir den tropischen Gegebenheiten und deren Einflüsse auf Gebäude bewusst. Und dennoch: Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich einfach mehr erwartet. Dass die Dusche (insbesondere die Aussendusche) gammlig ist, darf einfach nicht sein. Hier muss das Hotel dringend einen Effort leisten. Das Reinigungspersonal hat seinen Job ganz klar nicht gemacht. Zu den Preisen: Zimmer sind nicht günstig, aber der Preis geht in Ordnung. Die Preise für das Essen sind voll ok. Das SPA ist im Vergleich zu den örtlichen Preisen etwas zu teuer - wenn auch die Qualität absolut stimmt.
