가성비, 위치 좋습니다. 다만 엘레베이터가 없어 무거운 짐 이 많을 경우 불편할 수 있습니다. 스탭이 직접 짐을 옮기는것도 도와주고 늦은시간 체크인에도 아주 친절했습니다. 룸 컨디션도 가격이나 기대치보다 훨씬 좋았습니다.

이 호텔은 일단 뷰는 끝내 주는데 4층.방이였는데 엘리베이터가 없는게 단점 이에요

This property is just far enough out from Bangla Road to be able to enjoy a bit of quiet. The staff are friendly, beds comfortable and the room clean.

The hotel room was nice, small and modern. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location was good - right on the beach but was down at the south end somewhat away from the noise and crowds. It was a little noisy still - could hear talking and doors banging all night long. Appreciate the fridge, the complimentary beach bag and beach mats to use. Only bad point - terrible balcony and ‘city view’ was just a wall. No view at all. Still a good choice of place to stay in patong.

Lovely apartment and staff very pleasant. Quite hard for for parking .Pool small and outside the building. Lifts worked great and understamd only there for apartments. Very security conscious place. Counted every teaspoon and glass daily.

Spacious, Clean and Cute
Due to language barrier check in had a couple miscommunications about the rooms, but there were 9 of us and only one check in computer. Lady at the desk was very patient and accommodating! We got the 2bedroom suite. It was spacious and very clean. Only stayed for 1 night but would definitely come back

Customer service was very bad! Got fined for two things and the reasons were ridiculous! Admin stuff were very rude when it came to trying to solve problems. Wifi connection was not very good. The room I stayed was very poorly lit. My toliet tap was faulty and shower couldn't maintain hot or cold water kept switching while bathing. Didn't have a good experience here after hearing how nice the hotels are in the patong area are

I had a very terrible experience!!! The staff there were not welcoming everyone was so freaking rude. The rooms were too dim the aircon were leaking! They had no lift we had to climb up and down the stairs for our entire 5 days stay. They even fined us for a missing cup 100 bhat - which was in the room but the cleaner didn’t check properly. Dirty towel due to lip stick 450 bhatt - used to clean my make up(Towels are meant to be dirty right?) lastly , smoking fine 30,000 convert to sg ($1400) - they didn’t caught us smoking or holding the cigg but assume we smoked in the room... after further explanation and with no evidence made us pay 3000 batt if not hold back our passport . they had make our vacation a terrible one!!!! I do not recommend this hotel!!

This customer made so much damages in the room and not want to take responsibility...Lipstick and make up everywhere... towels bedsheets etc. smoke in the room when they know is prohibited... very arrogant and unpolite... she made the review as anonymous because scared other hotels do not want her as a customer. Very rude and unpolite with staff.

Great location. Conveniently beside two 24 hours convinence store, ATM and money exchange. Not forgetting the superb Ayatana Massage next door. Komma Bar Thai foods was great. Will definitely book this hotel again.

İt isnt as good as seen on the pictures. swimming pool is just for a decoration, too small to swim. And the rooms smell humid.

As can see in the picture the pool is not n Olympic Pool and should be used to relax..also because if you need to swim, we have the ocean at 10 meters far.......Regarding Humidity is just seasonal, we are at raining season now...

Great view and amazing price. Quiet area away from the centre. The room was on 5 floor and no complaints with going up these steps everyday for the amazing view from our room. The only downside which was smell (every time we flushed the loo but soon went away) from the toilets which was down to the plumbing rather than cleanliness of the bathroom.

Let me start with the good Great location, make sure to take sea view room People are nice but they don’t speak English You have to leave 1,000 per person as a deposit (NO Elevator) so get ready to lose some weight Room is okay, the bed is not that comfortable Good luck

The deal was paid for the front view but then they leave for us on the back of apartment. Not even on the hotel. When we asked why and they asked for more money. The apartment was smelling really bad from sowers. I informed the hotel but never been fixed. Do not recommend any one staying on thi hotel.

It was on the beach front, say no more. Though while I'm here this needs to be said about the ocean view rooms I went to Patong Beach 8yrs ago. We stayed at the other on the beach form the Front hotel & apartments. It was quit nice & about 100 metres from the beach. We looked at so many places on line for a week to do 10 nights, some in the back roads that looked good only 1 block back. It's not that nice back there & goes forever. Why not go for great accom with the best view & a great small pool shaded right on the foot path . Im talking the ocean view room, we had a balcony on the 5th floor. Ok no lift, though there are more floors to suit most. Quite at night, great staff, Beach just 10 meters across the road. 2 or three local food carts across the road every night with a couple of local taxi guys to go anywhere. Ask the guy with the cowboy hat & cart out front, also he sorts your washing & folding perfect. Its locals 24/7,like security also, so safe for sure. I'm an Aussie from Queensland, I want what's close to us, lol, We like the Ocean View room with the balcony, the price was great. I say book early.

Excellent stay
Excellent stay at the hotel, I lived in apartment 4B with seaview for 6 days. The receptionist were very polite and helpful. About the room, an apartment with fantastic view to the beach and city life. It had a kitchen, coach area and separate bedroom with its own coach. The service were greate and wifi was acceptable. I can't complain about anything, the room, location, facilities and service is excellent.

The place is quite, receptionist friendly but issuing bill before we check out is something unacceptable. Our coke can was outside and the house keeping issue bill and places it on table full of out things. We saw the bill when we were packing n refuse to pay bill. Since it issue we must pay and we already put back the coke. After arguing the receptionist said he will pay since housekeeping keep saying the same. What is the management doing? A traveler n never come across for hotel to bill us before we check out. They need to check and charge us upon check out. I won’t stay and won’t recommend this place to any of my frnds. So many better hotels surrounding.

Nice room in front of the beach...
Excellent location at the end of Patong Beach. Very nice room but hotel is two doors down from where you check in. There is no elevator so I had to go up four levels up using the stairs. I have a bad back and this would not have been good if I had been sore. Great service too.

I've read the reviews before my trip so I was prepared from expecting the front desk to be rude and all the negatives that I saw..But from the moment I checked in the front desk(Jennifer) was very helpful in letting us check in early..The apartment we had was 3B(11th Oct till 15th Oct) was perfect from the view to housekeeping..Evryone was friendly..So I guess it really depends on how you treat others..And guys if you want the lifts to your rooms book the apartment ya...Lastly to all the staff at The Front Hotel and Apartments thank you for making my trip memorable.I will be back.

Not very good hotel
1.the swimming pool is outside hotel am beside the road, some more very small. 2.daily room cleaning is ok but they touch our personal stuffs,I believe that we didn’t lost anything but it makes me and my friends feel not good. 3.hotel front desk staff service very bad and not professional,keep asking me already paid for the hotel or not , breakfast voucher until I ask then they issued to me , ask for help to contact our driver , she using her phone to call and charge me one minute/ 10 THB,the most disappointing thing is their unprofessional service.

1. I think 90% of the swimming pools are outside...very small, yes is not big, but if you were concerning the pool then you should choose other Hotel... But you chose us for the price..... 2.Room maid has to move your stuff as if need to clean .... and your stuff was everywhere..... 3. Reception just did them checking Job... otherwise why they are there?? Tel. call is by Hotel Mobile not her private... you not know... and we charge only 10 bt... other places charge 1000 Bt. you should be happy... By the way thanks to coming. Regards

Bed mattress was as hard as sleeping on the floor, pool isn’t really a swimming pool. More like a spa pool right on the footpath. No lifts either do constantly walking up stairs to and from the room.

Andra gången jag stannade på detta hotell och den största anledningen till det är så klart utsikten! Älskar balkongen och kunde vakna upp till havet utanför. Dock fick jag denna gång rum på första våningen istället för tredje som sist, vilket inte var lika kul eftersom alla på gatan och utanför ser rakt in. Så ska man ha balkong och havsutsikt se till att inte få på första våningen. Wifi funkar bra. Rummen i sig är helt okej, dock läkte det vatten från något(?) i taket i mitt badrum från och till. Skönt lite avsides men ändå helt okej gångavstånd till allt. I helhet ett ok/bra hotell.

sea　viewのスーペリアルームを予約。別棟５階の部屋で、毎日景色を楽しめた。 バングラからは少し離れているが、歩いても行ける距離なので、苦にはならない。 コンビニは２件、すぐそば。バイクレンタルやランドリ―サービスも、すぐ隣のshopで手配可能。フロントの女性陣も愛想悪くなく、問題ない。check-out後のシャワーサービス（バスタオル付）も申し出てくれて親切だった。 ここに宿泊するなら、ocean　viewでないと意味がない。

不會再選擇的酒店
冷氣不足，比較焗促，在泰國未能接受。 房間整潔度尚可，可是洗手間的洗手盆邊位發黑感覺不潔，抽風系統差洗澡後濕氣久久未散令房間更熱。 床墊比較硬，雙人床當坐床的在左邊，右邊的床墊會彈起，如晚上大家也會轉身便整晚未能熟睡，入住雙人房建議分床瞓。 地點不方便，唯一好處傍邊有便利店。 景觀不錯，對海感覺舒適，可是我們剛好住地下，因此對出便是酒店小泳池，因此沒有出露台。 隔音設施良好，雖然對出為馬路，可是聽不到噪音。 好在我們只入住兩晚後轉酒店，如整個旅程也入住此酒店相信會影響整個旅程的舒適度。 本人已多次前往布吉入住不同酒店，雖然此酒店價格不貴，可是相同價格在芭東市不難找到更好的酒店。

Wouldn’t book again
The room I booked was a queen and twin bunk beds but got a room with two queens. The shower was terrible and splashed water everywhere. It looked like it was installed backwards and there was no shower curtain. The outlets sparked and the lights flickered.

L’hotel est bien situé mais il ne faut pas être clostro car pour commencer, il n’y a pas d’ascenceur, la cage d’escalier est minus, personne pour porter vos bagages jusqu’au 4ème étage ( j’ai dû insister pour qu’ont me ramène quelqu’un) et puis là chambre... une cage à poule... La clim fonctionne à peine, la literie n’en parlons pas... Bref déçue.

Ecco perché questo hotel non mi è piaciuto, mi spiace dirlo non ho niente contro l’albergatore ma secondo me ci sono molti margini di miglioramento per renderlo ottimale : 1) Dovendo stare 9 giorni, avevo chiesto con largo anticipo di avere una stanza ad un piano alto con ascensore. E cosa trovo all’arrivo? Stanza al primo piano con scarsa vista. Ottimo iniziamo bene. La stanza mi viene poi data il giorno dopo (con relativa seccatura di “trasloco”). 2) Poca o nulla reattività da parte del gestore e della reception. Al primo, assente in struttura, dopo un giorno ho inviato una email facendo presente molti punti ed ho ricevuto una risposta il giorno dopo nella quale in pratica mi si diceva che la situazione era quella e dovevo arrangiarmi; alla seconda ho chiesto 3 volte la sostituzione di una lampada dello specchio in bagno in quanto non funzionante e dopo 7 giorni ancora nessuno è venuto minimamente a sostituirla. Niente. Completamente dimenticato, eppure sono i clienti che portano il denaro all’hotel che è la vita stessa per esso. E ho sollecitato 3 volte. 3) Hotel rumorosissimo sia dentro (insonorizzazione della porta inesistente) sia fuori (di giorno e di notte schiamazzi vari, rumori di macchine e di motoscafi che sembrano essere dentro la stanza, galline ubriache che fanno simpatica tappa al muretto di fronte dove c’è l’acqua del mare), insomma per riposare è un’impresa, troppo vicino alla strada! Questo accade sia al primo piano dove mi hanno dato erroneamente la stanza

Disappointing Stay
The stay at this hotel was rather disappointing as basic things are not provided. The rooms didn't have hair dryer, water kettle and a chair. Room was really small and we had to climb 5 storeys up each time we go back to our room. It was tiring having to carry the luggage and things up and down. Although it was walking distance from patong beach, it was very much to the end of the stretch. I will not return to this hotel again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.
