Thank you for your stay and feedback. Resort is on the beach. Same as other beaches on the east of Phuket, it is tidal. The beach is peaceful and scenic but very shallow even during high tide. However, we provide free shuttle bus service to nearby beaches.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay at our resort. Each of our 92 villas has unique view due to its wide spread location. Plus during the creation of the resort, every effort was made to keep as many of the existing mature trees as possible. Seaview villas scattered around the resort. Some are on the gently sloping hill further from main pool and restaurant and some are on ground floor nearer to the kids club etc. Therefore if you find you do not have a 180 degree sea view from your villa, be aware that you are helping the world by enjoying the natural view of the azure blue sea mixed with the untainted vivid greens that form part of the ‘native’ Phuket (much of which is being lost on a daily basis as Phuket develops).We do our best of our ability to honor guests' request. it's unfortunate that we were unable to fulfill your request upon arrival date due to the last minute enquiry and the high demand in this season.Your concerns about the noise during the Christmas Eve party have been noted. We understand the significance of a peaceful environment, and we apologize for any disturbance caused. The party ended around 22:00Hrs. following resort's quiet hour policy (23:00Hrs -09:00Hrs).We're glad to hear that you found the breakfast to be decent, and we appreciate your positive comments about the friendly staff and the serene atmosphere around the resort.We value your feedback, as it directs us in making necessary enhancements.
