새벽비행이라 쉴곳으로잡은호텔 5시간남짓있었지만 스위트룸으로배정해줌 직원친절하나 현관문카드인식불가로3번왔다갔다함 깨긋하고 독특한실내디자인 칫솔없고 어두움 욕조물안빠짐ㅡㅡ 객실들어선순간 댐배냄새ㅠㅠ 그냥 잠시 짐풀고 뱅기시간기다릴때사용하기에 적합

Nice hotel, good location.
Tiger Inn was a very nice stay. The room was really nice, bed was comfortable, good wifi for work, and easily walkable from the beach and Bangla street. I'd stay here again.

Things are no longer the same
I’ve been staying at this hotel for almost 8 years. Over that time the hotels exterior and downstairs has gone through extensive renovation however what needs to be considered his loyalty of your customers returning. The theme the customer is always right is not the theme here. I had problems with staff over trying to get additional towels for my room which they tried to charge me for when I requested them , in the past I’ve never had a problem getting towels. It’s not like I was going to steal them. And if they turn up missing and then charge me for them it’s very simple. I’m not a thief I’m a customer. they refuse to give me additional towels that I requested and told me if I really wanted them they would charge me for them“. Now when have you ever heard of that?” They got me boiled to the point where I had to literally tell the staff are you the customer or am I ? I will no longer return to this hotel after eight years of loyalty never again

Great budget stay
A great budget stay. Very spacious rooms with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Very close to everything. The staff were a little lazy but overall pretty good. Bathtub shower was the only negative in the room.

騒音がきにならなければいいと思う。
スタッフ親切だった。部屋はスイートにしたのでとても広く快適だった。しかしエアコンの調整が効かず温度を上げても寒かった。バスタブがあったが水が茶色かった。夜、騒音がきになる人は泊まるのを考えた方が良い。部屋の壁が薄いせいか隣の部屋の声が響く。周辺は、なんでもあって大きなショッピングモールも徒歩で行けるので便利。

during checkin , the person insisted on leaving the passport with him st reception. which we denied. BF time is till 10.30. we were there by 10.20. noone attended to take the order. finally when ordered, they pushed to pay for same as time is 10.32 which is well past the complementry breakfast time.

Room was dirty and had a nasty smell of smoke
Room smelled like chemicals and cover up for the fact that it smelled like cigarette smoke. Horrible hotel we left after they tried to change our room 3 times but the problem was the same in each room.

Extra costs Incurred
I have traveled to this resort many times over the last few years, I pay as a single traveler which generally gives me a double room at booking. This trip I was informed the day after arrival and my first nights sleep that Extra costs are required which need to be paid in cash. I was unable to charge the cost to my room and pay at the end of my stay, I asked why got no real answer.The extra cost was as much as the room rate, I did ask why these costs are not clearly stated at the time of booking so you can make up your mind then. A little about the hotel its self getting to be a little dated, it requires a good overall the bathroom plumbing and sanitary ware are on the last legs. The rooms are spacious the beds have seen better days and the linen is thread bare again very well used

お手頃価格、親切なスタッフ、観光に便利な立地
お手頃価格で泊まれる良いホテルです。 スタッフも親切です。 アメニティはシャンプー、ボディソープ、石鹸、シャワーキャップ、綿棒ありました。 ケトル、冷蔵庫、お茶セット、ペットボトルの水があります。 テレビはブラウン管ですがnhkワールド見れました。 観光にも便利な立地でコンビニ、飲食店は沢山周りにあります。 ちょっと騒々しい立地にあるのです寝るときは耳栓が役立ちました。

Schönes Hotel aber nichts für Ruhesuchenden
Sehr nettes Personal. Die Suite war sehr groß und mit Klima. Großes Bett mit festen Matratzen und alles sauber. Das Hotel liegt super zentral: ob essen gehen oder einkaufen oder der Strand - ist alles zum Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Uns hat das nicht wirklich gestört, weil wir spät im Bett waren aber sonst hört man viel von der Straßen "Party". Für die Steckdosen brauchten wir kein Adapter. Das Hotel Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen und die Cocktails sind 1. Klasse.

Good hotel close to the action..
Good hotel. Clean room,spacious,big and confy bed, shower was good, big fridge , make up room every day. Nice looking and tasty food at the restaurant. 5 min away from Bangla Road, Mall and beach.

Pleasant stay
Stay was good and comfortable . Breakfast was ok . Receptionist are very kind and friendly .The room light abit dim and not bright enough . Bathroom very small . Overall everything is ok .

Asking for tooo much personal information
Interesting place, but front desk not all that nice. Didn't like the idea of the hotel staff asking for government immigration documents, that they had no business saying they needed too. Was not asked at any other hotel we stayed at. Will no ever use this hotel again, based on that just alone.

トラいっぱいの面白い外観ホテルです。
ホテルの一階がレストラン&生演奏のあるバーなので、高層階をリクエスト。 1番上の5階に泊まったので、騒音は一切聞こえず、無料で着いてた朝食も素晴らしく、フロントの対応もよくて立地も抜群。 この価格のホテルでバスタブまであるとは、。 次もリピートします。

OK, for the price, mould on the shower wall
Location great. Our bathroom had mould, you don't notice it because it blends in with the wall tiles. We had a window, but we never opened up due to pollution. We had breakfast once, it was a hot breakfast, and acceptable. Overall, the a Tiger Inn was an experience for a short stay.

Decent budget hotel
There was an initial problem with check-in, but this was quickly rectified. Overall we had a large room that contained free safe and a large fridge. The bed was huge! Breakfast was basic continental style, but there was real bacon which was a hit with my DH.

I stayed from 25/1/17 till 6/2/17 Don't recommend because bathroom water cut every 2nd day with excuse all patong no water , but it's there pump . Toilet water dirty & stinks. Internet kip cutting. , there is restaurant ground floor no lobby to seat & relax , in room no tooth brush or sleepers or rob like they advertise . Heart my leg when I put soap on my body & water been cut , when I tried to come out of the bath to ring the reception I slept & hit the bath , & no apology from the management. Averall only good for couple days .

If you are expecting to get any sleep. Forget about it. It was extremely noisy outside the hotel. You could also hear the band playing downstairs. The wifi doesn't work in the room either.

Bien dans l'ensemble
Agreable sejour dans l'ensemble au Tiger Inn.Les chambres sont spacieuse et nettoyées chaques jours.Seuls bémols, le bruit des bars le soir ce qui rend le sommeil difficile et le petit dejeuner qui ne propose pas grand chose.

Bra rom og fantastisk stilig restaurant.Maten er fantastisk.Samme med frokost,hvor man velger frokost etter meny hver morgen.Aldri hatt nedre frokostopplevelse på et hotell i Asia.Personalet er utrolig imøtekommende,og personlig engasjert.Litt mye gatestøy om natten,men personalet vill gjerne at man byttet rom for å bedre på det.Renhold av rom fantastisk.Beste hotell i Thailand,så langt.
