Needs seriously to be refreshed. Half of the staff should learn how to treat customers. They should provide much better internet and stop the system of vouchers. We are in 2024! Very nice pool and view.

Cette appartement est fantastique. Le calme fût un vrais bonheur. Juste dommage que nous ne pouvions pas faire plus de temps dans cette hotel. Nous conseillons vivement de réserver cet appartement 2 chambres avec piscine privée et nage à contre courant ainsi que vue sur le terrain de golf et l'étang. Il faut juste que le personnel de l'accueil soit plus professionnel.

The property was quiet, the staff was very kind. Dislikes: There was no in room microwave, the shiw would not stay warm. It was go from hot to cold without changing the setting. The toilet leaked water on the floor for several days, and sll they did was turn the water off in the back and not fix it.

The Tinidee Resort is pretty much smack bang on the middle of the island surrounded by a couple of golf courses. As such it’s not the usual beach partying experience that many would be after. However it is relatively quiet and there are bars and restaurants within reasonable walking distance. The staff are very helpful in the resort and at the golf club. You can easily get around by taxi or by hiring your own transport. The Loch Palm Golf Course was great to play, with a good layout for all standards and caddies who knew their stuff. As a Sandbox location for a week you could do a lot worse.

Very nice view of the golf court. The room is clean and tidy without insect though there are many lizards outside. One drawback is that there is sour smell in the pool water.

Good place for golf
We stayed 2 bed room suite golf view for a night. Arrived late night, but welcomed by hotel staff. The room was big and clean, and very comfortable. The purpose of stay was to play golf at Red Mountain. There was discount for play fee to hotel guests. It was a good stay for golf.

Quiet...the lake in back was relaxing, the staff service very good, and the price reasonable for a on the golf course location.

Golf trip
For true bred golfing this location with Red Mountain and Loch Palm Golf courses is super for its proximity. But property is very dated despite it being part of the MBK Group. It may be cheaper at about S$50.00 per night. Also confusing is the name Tinidee Golf Resort when it actually is part of the Loch Palm Golf Resort. Taxi drivers are blur. Google Map is equally blur as the it points to the back gate which is closed. Unnecessary travel time and difficult for Grab or Taxi drivers. Rooms are large but dated. There was a black out. Water heater does not work. Breakfast was bad. If you need to dine in, restaurant last order is 7.30pm? But the front desk ladies made up for the frustration. There is this one lady, Pattaponam [sorry may have got the spelling wrong]. She is the only wonderful assistance to mellow our stay. For those who are attracted by the low price, please be aware that it is indeed a secluded location. No doubt there is a small pool and a decently equipped gym. But golf is okay and expensive may I add. If you need to commute to Patong Beach or to the Central Mall, on average return taxi fare is about Baht1,000.00 per day. I thought Management should chat with Google Map and put things right firstly about direction to this property. For me, very unlikely that I will do a return trip. I shall stay off course if I want to play at Loch Palm or Red Mountain Golf Resorts. My honest feedback MBK.

One Time Experience
The hotel itself was amazing but the staff at front desk and other areas were not so helpful. The room was lovely on the first night when we got there, after that they never made us feel as if we were on our honeymoon at all. Pool was good and other visitors there were friendly.

Beautiful surroundings
A good hotel with a nice room overlooking a lake. Pleasant to sit on the balcony. The pool was in a nice setting too overlooking the golf course, but we didn’t have time to use it. The breakfast was Asian but fried eggs available, but at 9am they were cold. On the second day we complained and the chef made fresh ones for us. Good value for money

Quiet paradise
I really love this place that's why I keep on coming back here. Still my favorite resting place in Phuket during my day offs and breaks. The view and the quietness of the location is really amazing. Just a few points to better improve your customer service. I appreciate the upgrade but the balcony door is broken and cannot be locked which is a security concern. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Staff at the reception, the restaurant for breakfast and the guard at night has done an excellent job, but staff at the Centric should be more alert and polite. At lunch they never offered me the menu or even talked with me even I was sitting there for a while already, I had to stand up and get the menu by myself, at dinner around 6:30 they told me to just go to the other restaurant because they are not serving anymore, but when I went to the other restaurant the staff told me I can eat at Centric and just order food there. Seems like they are getting lazy since they are closing soon. The next morning when I want to use the pool I had to asked for towel for 3 times. I don't know if he didn't understand me or he just doesn't really want to lend me one because when he hand me the towel he firmly told me to leave it back there when I'm finish. Ofcourse I will and I know, it's not my first time there I've been there like 3-4 times already. I don't blame them but please reinforce training since this place is like paradise to me and I hope to have a good experience whenever I visit.

This hotel is very nice to just relax. Great view, very very freindly staff. I have stayed there two weeks last Nov and 4 nights last Jan. I will return this Nov again to relax there.

Stayed here for a golf holiday, 2 courses to play from both are very good. Breakfast in morning was disappointing, food always cold and same selection each day. The area is remote and unless you have transportation it is difficult to get around after golf is finished. Hotel will take you where you want to go but you have to provide for yourself on returning.

Beautiful place to relax.
It was a bit hidden away and hard to find. It was located on a enclosed wall area with homes and other named places to stay. Once we found the place it was probably one of the nicest places I stayed, right next to the golf course and a beautiful pool. All the staff were kind and would go out of their way to help. However it would be best to have Google translation to help you maneuver through talking to the staff.

Super godt hotel. Rengøring helt i top og komforten det samme. Virkelig et godt hotel for pengene. Stille og perfekt sted, hvis man vil have lidt ro. Desværre ligger det langt fra både Patong og Phuket by og det koster cirka 100 kroner hver vej i en taxa.
