그냥 그저 그런...
가격 대비 보통 입니다. 방은 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났으며 청결하게 느껴지지는 않았습니다. 케이블티비 채널이 많은 것은 좋았으며 내 스케줄 변경에 의한 취소 처리는 직원의 친절한 응대로 잘 해결 할 수 있었습니다.

The location was great,next to shopping and restaurants within walking distance, great customer service at check in and check out..t he only thing is the room wasn't very clean :/ you can tell that cleanliness isn't top of their list and the rooms decor can use an update aside from that we had a good night stay

Don’t stay here. We asked for a rollaway because we had 5 people in the room. The description said it accommodated 5 people. They told us no problem. They never brought it so 1 person in our party slept in the car. When we got in our room, after is was supposedly cleaned, there was still garbage on the floor. Overall experience Terrible!!

The pictures always going to show it better, but it was horrible. I paid for my two nights and left within an hour. The table tops were dirty where we wanted to sit down and eat, stains on the sheets. Microwave was dirty just the whole thing was dirty. I ended up spending more money because I had to leave with my son and pay for another hotel.

Unfortunately it wasn't the best. The beds were a bit on the firm part and were definitely not queen size. Husband and I hardly got any sleep we kept tossing and turning. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and we got only two toiletries for a family of 4. Towels was my biggest issue they looked stained and was a bit bothered by it. Luckily i brought my own. Staff on the other hand was professional and nice. Over all it wasn't the worst stay but most certainly not the best. It was a quiet environment and during this heat the room was cool and relaxing. Will definitely consider a bigger size bed next time.

When we get there they take us to two rooms to decide to grab one both were so dirty with hairs on the shower and trash on the carpet and furniture they dicede to move us to another two and choose one once I need to get back to the airport looking for some of my ithems found bed bugs and cockroaches around the bed

I don’t even know where to start it’s a horrible place it’s mess led by the picture very very recorded broken bathroom roaches in needs major remodel On top of that they charge you an extra $20 hotel fee which is not mentioned anywhere worse experience ever we couldn’t even complete it we had to leave it got Roaches everywhere

The most terrible experience ever hotels.com charge me already once I left so I got charged an extra 200 dollars not only that I got there they charges 60 dollar deposit for some reason never got that back... i had to call the cops and do a police report cuz they are doing fraud

está súper sucio el piso está lleno de cabellos, mucha basura ese baño se ve que solo le hechan aromatizante en los cajones encontramos mucha basura las toallas estas grises de lo sucias la cafetera llena de polvo por dentro y por fuera está simplemente asqueroso no se puede dormir allí y todavía te dicen que no te pueden regresar el dinero si llegas y está horrible así tienes que quedarte porque ya pagaste que horror ! nunca había llegado a un lugar tan sucio y la alberca dicen que no funciona! y el parking pagas 20 dólares extra de lo que ya te cobran muy mal lugar.

Property manager was very rude. There was tagging all over the room. There was a hole in the curtain and someone put a candy wrapper in it to cover the hole. The toilet was leaking water and the tub had some plastic stuff as a sealant.

Horrible customer service, called ahead of time for check in time as I had 2 rooms and wanted to assure rooms were together man stated first come first serve check in at 4:30, arrived at 4:00. When I got there rooms were opposite ends of property different floors and man said your late check in was at 2. Room was not clean hair all over bathroom floor and shower. Beds were not queen size they were full. I brought my own sheets and the did not fit. When I walked In my room man was there turning on tv as he said it doesn't always work there a trick to turning it on… HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place
