My room smelled bad and the air conditioning didn't work. I had to wait a long time for them to attend my request, at the end they moved me to another room which also had the detail that the sofa bed did not work, I will not stay here again. Breakfast also does not offer variety, coffee is very bad.

I like it’s on a good location, safe place. I didn’t like there was only one hand towel which wasn’t very clean or was old , no washcloths.

I Liked how safe the property felt and how clean, the only thing thay could be improved is the breakfast options but the hotel is clean and safe and cozy, staff is very welcoming and postive

Our air conditioning was not working, made loud noises. We asked to be changed to a new room; the security guard came into our room at 2 am and changed us to a different room that also had an AC unit that was not working. The price for one night was excessive for how outdated it is.

Esta propiedad esta en una ubicacion de facil acceso. Al ser adquirida por Marriot recientemente imagine que podria haber sido actualizada o mejorada la propiedad, por ejemplo en los hoteles Marriot al llegar usualmente el aire acondicionado esta encendido a una temperatura agradable, cuando llegamos a la habitacion el AC estaba apagado y la habitacion caliente, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, la pase mal para dormir, al dia siguiente lo reporte temprano, cuando regrese en la tarde seguia igual, pedi que me cambiaran la habitacion, lo cual hicieron y me dieron otra habitacion en el mismo piso y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Observe que la pluma de acceso esta abierta todo el tiempo, entiendo que la ciudad es tranquila, pero un poco extra de seguridad no es malo. El desayuno es incluido y es bueno, poca variedad pero sustancial. El personal es agradable. No me gusto que piden tu identificacion y quieren mantener una copia de ella, por seguridad de datos personales esto no deberia suceder. En general los precios de hoteles en esta ciudad se han elevado considerablemente, pero no todos han elevado el nivel de comfort y servicio, considero que este es un hotel bueno, y solia ser economico, pero su nivel de comfort aun tiene oportunidad de mejorar. Didn't get the room we payed for.... payed for a queen sofabed and when we checked in they didn't had no rooms available, so we end up getting a double bed..... Second, there was no water at night, could even take a shower nor use the toilet... bad bad

The check in was smooth and easy. The attendants spoke English and Spanish which I think is great. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was your typical breakfast, which is an honest let down; considering that the surrounding hotels provide a more authentic breakfast experience. Check out was smooth and easy, this is definitely a two day hotel not a long stay option.
