I can’t really say anything bad about this place. It’s cheap. Pretty clean and had the basics. Mattress was a little hard both other than that no complaints.

Short and Sweet
Was looking for a place to stay close to my fiance's parents. The price was great and the room was well kept. Would stay there again next time we are in town.

Was met with suspicion at the counter
To be fair, I never actually stayed, I entered the room with a couple of my dogs and was promptly kicked out, no compromise, no discussion, goodbye. When I arrived the woman behind the counter looked suspiciously at me, not believing I'd actually made a reservation, so I showed my confirmation number and she reluctantly gave me a key. The hotel is online as dog friendly, and no I did not specify that I had dogs when I checked in, but I'd stayed in hotels of this quality in the past with dogs and was never asked size, weight or number of dogs. Bad assumption on my part that this would be the same, so really this is half my fault, but I'm complaining because she was so rude initially, and continued to be throughout the process. It was as if she distrusted me from the very beginning and was glad to have found a reason to kick me out. I was never rude until perhaps the very end, I took my dogs and went next door to the American Inn and Suites, where the man kindly accepted me and the dogs, and the room smelled better. Thank you kind sir next door. Long story short, don't stay here if your dogs are larger than 15 lbs and if you care about customer service.

I did not like the way we were treated. I was told that if I had an extra person stay in my room, I would be charged double the rate for an extra person. I booked 2 nights and when I came back to my room on the second night our keys would not work. My wife had to go get them turned back on while standing outside in the cold with my three year old. The next morning we discovered one of our towels had brown stains on it. It was if it had not been washed. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was great for the price,. Plenty of places to eat. And there is a huddle House the street to eat breakfast. Everything worked in my room

Good value for the area
A very good place to stay as compared to many of the reviews of pine bluff motels. Breakfast was a bit thin. Donuts bagels and muffins but Burger King is across the street

Don’t stay here!!!
First, the front desk smelled extremely bad like onions, body odor, or something of the sort.I am not sure what happened, but apparently the desk clerk forgot about my reservation. She was extremely rude after I told her I already had a reservation and proceeded to show her my confirmation number. She got on the phone speaking a foreign language, which was rude as hell to me. Finally get my keys to the room after waiting near 15-20 minutes. Get to the room and immediately start spraying it down with Lysol, which so,happened to be a great idea because there were stains on different spots of the linen. Went to the bathroom and there was a wad of gum on the door. I took a picture and purposely said nothing to see if it would remain during our stay (it was STILL there on the day we checked out). If you don’t have to stay at this hotel, DON’T. I am very seriously considering filing a complaint with the Arkansas Deprtment of Health.

Bad breakfast.
Room is clean but breakfast was horrible. 1muffin, coffee, cereal, milk and orange juice. Feels like they don't want spand any money for service. I paid over $70dollars for one muffin and coffee. I expect better service.

Whenever I stayed at any other motel, they always replaced the towels. Whenever they removed the towels, wash cloths and hand towels, you could not get another clean set until these were washed. I wonder what they would so if the motel was full of occupants. I had left $5.00 for maid service, on the pillar. She placed it on the side table. I then left a note and place the $5.00 on it. The male worker saw us leave and thought we were not coming back. We returned to the room and the note and money was gone. No maid service had been there, yet. When returning the room key, asked at the desk who took the money, she tried to make an excuse. But, I know who took it and it was not the maid.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would rate the bed as one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a motel.

Air conditioner very loud, didn't cool well. Bad!
Not good. Air conditioner loud, didn't cool. Sweat city keeping me up all night. Put me in room with two beds instead of king bed. Loud outside traffic. Door key wouldn't work well at first. Should have given half my money back. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is a good value for the price.
I arrived for a funeral and asked for extended checkout the next day (checkout is 11, funeral was 2 pm). Initially was going to be charged for this and told I needed to give 24 hours notice (I made the reservation online earlier that day). After the staff learned of my situation they graciously extended my checkout to 1 PM at no charge - against usual policy. I will never stay at a different hotel in White Hall again - this may not be the priciest place in town, but when the staff supports their guests like this, it is SINCERELY appreciated. I am SO thankful to the staff for their understanding and supporting me through difficult times. Thank You! :-)

My best stay anywhere so far
Because of my job I spend three nights a week in motels. They are reasonable priced clean spacious and safe. Staff is super friendly helpful and appreciative. This will forever be my first pick whenever I'm in the pinebluff area
