My wife and I have been on a European tour for a week now and stayed in various hotels, from Austria to Rome, always leaving stellar reviews. This one is BAD. The reception desk was cordial. This hotel is on a service area so we knew about traffic, that's not a problem. We go to our room and the A/C is not working. I'm asking the front desk, applies the process to turn it on, hear so noise from the unit. Ok, it may take a while.
Coming back from Pisa to sleep, the air is not up to par yet, so we open the window for a bit to help. Close everything for the night and try to sleep. Wake up after 6 hours in sweat, air over 24 celcius (75 Farenheit).
Talk to the person at the front desk about this this morning and get a cocky attitude: "You're the first person to tell me that, it worked all night I'm sure, it shut down once the temperature outside is down to 20 celcius (which would be ok if the rooms were not insulated I guess)"
Bottom line: Dismissing my comment entirely.
This was our fifth hotel on our trip. They have a sign to leave a review on Google. Here it is.
