We have a contracted Commercial service with ORKIN to take care of Bedbugs and other. Insects around the year. They came down and did not find any cockroaches in the bathroom or anywhere in the room. Sorry, we could help you. More than what we did.

Sorry for your experience, We are currently in shortage of staff to maintain the property. We were able to recruit few staff to meet the necessary upgrade requirements as well as Standards.
