all the staffs are well organized and sincerely treating guests. It's an exceptional experience and makes me feel Pittsburgh's atmosphere. Evening foot is a surprise and great for gathering a group. Highly recommended

The property is centrally located and the staff is great. The rooms are large, modern, amd clean. There is a problem with the on property parking. We had no problem parking our forsr night. The nexr day we left and arrived back to the hotel around 8PM. Much to my surprise the driveway was blocked. I called the front desk and they said to come back larer or park somewhere else. I had already pre-paid $39/night for the valet. Nobody told me of this issue. I ended up parking a couple.of blocks away at the Greyhound station. Overnight parking there was $6. I must tmsay the Drury manager was great and removed both parking charges.

Clean updated rooms on 800 floor. Comfortable beds and nice hot showers. About 15 minute walk to PNC park.

Loved the downtown location. While we didn't get the chance to walk around much, it seemed like Point State Park is walkable and either stadium would be a longer walk or short commute. Staff and food were great, as always for Drury properties.

Liked the free food and drinks at 5:30 each day. The hotel was close to PPG Arena where we saw the NCAA Basketball Tournament. Clean and staff was very helpful and friendly

Loved the 8th floor patio to relax. The gym is extrmely small, and we are gym enthusiasts. It was disapointing considering the size and quality of the hotel itself. We werent able to work out during our 2 night stay because there was a handful of people in the gym already and it was too small. The valet parking attendant was not pleasant or patient. We were first timers to Pittsburgh and to the hotel and she made us feel as if we were wasting her time and we felt rushed to unload our vehicle so she could go park it. We were a family of 5 with a weeks worth of luggage, so this was quite stressful for us. The desk clerks were very curteous, patient and helpful

Perfect location for St Patrick’s Day in Pittsburgh. Excellent breakfast and evening cocktails. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Every encounter with a staff member, from booking over the phone to getting out van from the valet parking, was exceptionally pleasant. Every single employee was genuinely friendly and accommodating. The building itself is beautiful. The historical interest of it being a former savings and loan, complete with in tact vault doors in the basement, was such an interesting bonus. Our only complaint, which is by no means the fault of the hotel, was that it was pretty noisy due to St. Patrick's Day and post-hockey game partiers. That part made it not the best for families, but again, would have been the case at any nearby hotel. Our kids loved the pool, though it did get really busy weekend evenings.

We were greeted very warmly by Laura and she was able to find us a room prior to official check in time. The room was clean and quite large. Included in the price of our stay was a breakfast with several options as well as a Happy Hour with several choices for snacking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make you feel special. Travel Happy was definitely their motto. We plan on staying with them on our future trips to Pittsburgh.

I highly recommend this hotel, is clean, the shower is amazing and bed very comfortable. Has valley $40. Everyone is very friendly.

The room (we were in a two queen bed suite) was very spacious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the location of the property, very walkable to everything in downtown Pittsburgh.

Amenities- breakfast and dinner, pool were nice. First room they placed us in had hole in ceiling, water damage on ceiling and walls, had to ask for new room. Staff was kind and accommodating. Was somewhat noisy with other folks in hallway late into the evening, sounds of water (flushing toilets/ shower drain?) . Overall was ok, expected a bit better quality for the price.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great! It was nice to pull right up for valet (that is the only option) , but it was a little congested getting in and out. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.
