The worst hotel in the Pittsburgh metro area
This was the absolute worst hotel in Pittsburgh. Nothing works, everything is janky and broken. No heat, no locks, no hot water in sink, no WiFi and tv system is garbage. Can’t control volume or power. No power access for usb devices or a cPap machine. The whole property is in abysmal shape. The front desk lady was nice enough though. I’ll never stay here again. Owner should be ashamed.

A low budget hotel. Be flexible and accept you get what you pay for. If you're okay with this, then you'll be fine

We found roaches behind the dresser. My sister also found a roach in her baby’s diaper bag!!! Not clean was very uncomfortable staying luckily it was just for one night

The room was not secure. It had no safely lock on the door. You could see out into the parking lot around the door frame. The latch just barely closed so that the door could have easily been pushed to open despite the for know being locked. The drapes' curtain rod was hanging off the wall so that the drapes could not be closed. There was only one outlet. The walls were patched but not painted. And the ceiling was peeling so that it was unsanitary to remain there.

I instantly regretted my choice when I pulled in. The building is not kept up, all the doors and door frames were peeling paint if not completely devoid of it. There were a couple rooms on the first floor with no handles or locks filled with trash that looked like they had been kicked in. The heat is a small space heater that you have to unplug either the microwave or mini fridge to use due to the lack of sockets and the socket in the bedside lamp assembly came out of the base of the fixture when I went to move my charging brick. The tub was stained with rust and?? to the point that it wasn't used in the two nights I was there and the bathroom vent grill had enough time to build a significant layer of dust plaque since it's last cleaning. Should I have cause to travel to Pittsburgh in the future, I will choose elsewhere to stay

There were a lot of loud people outside. Around 3am we could hear people talking and laughing super loud. A lot of people were lingering outside. It was a very uncomfortable place to stay at. Our sheets had TONS OF STAINS. The walls were very dirty and had DRIPPING stains. There were dead bugs in our room. The entire outside was extremely dirty and had a tons of trash. Overall would not recommend unless you absolutely needed a last minute cheap room.

The beds had cigarette holes in them along with their linens. The curtains didn’t close since the hooks were missing. The door did not lock. Had to put ironing board against the door. The tub had wiry hairs still in it. No coffee, no breakfast, drywall was patched in many places but never repainted.

Huge pot holes throughout the parking lot. I felt very unsafe the whole trip there. It's a stressful location if you're looking for a relaxing spot. Cheap stay, that's for you, but if looking for relaxing don't go here you'll be stressed out the whole time. When I have to come back to the Pittsburgh area I will not be staying here. First night has a guy knock on my door starting fanning out $20s saying my brother called him and wanted the heroin. Again, not safe. Staff was great, just the area is really seedy and made me feel unsafe even before the guy knocked on my door. The police were also very responsive.

The desk is open only from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Very noisy during the nights. The person at the front desk was very rude. Don't stay here if you can afford it.

Stay away
Everything was bad, doors don't close,mice in every room, no heat or thermostat and portable heater just blows fuse, hot water 50/50, TV remote doesn't work, light bulbs missing in most of the lights, bed sheets stained, no microwave or fridge, people fighting and yelling at all hrs of the night, no 24 hrs staff on site, people rapping at all hrs standing outside your door, and couple more things but you get the point.

Do not stay here
Shower ran the entire time, never stopped. The toilet wasn’t even secured to the floor. Sheets had blood stains, place had bed bugs, no deadbolt, horrible from start to finish.

There were over a dozen roaches spotted during my stay. I caught one to show the landlords, and killed several others. Filthy. TV remotes had punctured batteries in them. The TV only barely worked. The walls and shelving units were all awful. This room was in the worst condition I'd ever seen a room in. The best I can say about this was that I didn't find any bedbugs.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and nice. The room definitely needed some repairs. I wouldn't recommend staying for longer than one night.

Ac in our room did not work. Staff said the remote got lost AT THERE HOUSE and the kids could not find it. Did not let us switch rooms that night and had to sleep in a hot smelly room reaking of weed. Told us we could talk to the manager the next morning for a refund Moved us to a new room the next day. No refund. I feel I should atleast be refunded for that first night let alone the entire stay being terrible.

RUN! Don’t give this place the benefit of the doubt. These reviews do not lie. I gave it a chance and checked out within an hour and a half. Room smelled so bad like mold I had to keep door open for that entire hour and a half and knew I was not going to be able to sleep like that and was afraid I might not wake up! I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down

Bug was on bed when we arrived, carpet was soaked, TV did not work, Beds were comfortable, bathroom door was falling apart, ceiling looked like it might cave in, lights did not work near beds. Appeared bulbs were burnt out. Parking lot had many pot holes. Not good for the vehicles. Outside of building was falling apart. Very poor maintenance and upkeep of building.

The hotel was very dirty smelled like urine all around! Towels were dirty with someone else’s hair on it! Door had been kicked in and safety latch was broken! Was lied to and given a room with a single bed when I had reserved a double and the on duty clerk proceeded to lie to me about my accommodations! It baffles me that Expedia does advertisement for this facility!

Terrible smoking stench in a non-smoking room
I checked-in with a non-smoking room reservation along with my family.Though the room door says non-smoking room, the room was just terribly stenching as a heavily smoked room, leaking wet floor ner door. Since it was late at night I didn't think of options but to sleep in that room. The stench was so bad I felt like someone is blowing smoke into the room all night.Front desk lady said it's just an old building smell and said this is the cheapest hotel in town, in a way suggesting the stench is ok for this price.I felt bad for my kids, as they have to sleep in that room. This never happened to us.I myself felt the stench would effect my lungs and non-healthy even to stay for like 8 hours, such is the severity.Can the motel not enforce strict policy themselves and with local authorities? Can or will this motel really care about non-smoking customer's health? Unforgettable!

Stay here if you want to roast’
The first time I stayed at this hotel it was an ice burg in my room to where I slept in Aug in a hoodie ( doesn’t really bother me) I’m here again on the 6th of September. The water is barely hot / cold. The room is a furnace and we have had them come up twice to try and “ fix” it. The owner was an absolute sweet heart to us on her first visit however her daughter is something else. Copped an attitude with my husband asking if we can switch rooms 20min after checking in as my husband is a veteran and will pass out if he gets too warm. This is utter ridiculous and honestly bc of the female owner we thought we’d come again however her daughter completely ruined that for us!
