The place is very outdated! Doesn’t look the same as the pictures on line! Curtains wouldn’t close! They were off the hooks! Could reach to put them up on the hooks! Lady at the front desk was great! Just not what we expected! Looked better on line Thank you HelenAnne

Upon Arrival the front desk clerk had a real attitude like I was bothering her for trying to check in. The hotel was tired and need a serious upgrade. The room still had wrappers on the floor from previous patrons. There was a mildew smell in the room and the door to the washroom wouldn't close Rm #172. Won't be back, stay clear at any price!

This could be a wonderful place if they put a little money into it. It is dated, there are stains on the floors and a stain on the bed. There are no blackout curtains in fact they don't even close. We canceled are second reservation and found a new place to stay.

The extra pillows were dirty and didnt smell right. The breakfast was below average, it actually gave me some stomach issues. The toilet was barely able to flush toilet paper which made things a little complicated. In hindsight i would have spent more for a better facility, as ive tried 6 different hotels in this location. I would not go back considering the other choices in the area.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. Our breakfast is set through Choice brand standards, and our toilets are low flow due to the amount of toilets in the hotel, so they can work efficiently for the entire building.

Check in was fine. Was a smell in the room that indicates the carpet or couch needs steam cleaning. More attention paid to removing mildew in the bathroom. Mentioned both concerns to staff at desk when checking out and he quickly apologized and thanked me for mentioning it. Hot breakfast was excellent.

Nice staff and welcoming but the place needs a lot of updates. Bed was like curved like banana and room had a scent to it. Very small tv and I couldn’t change the channel. We left and didn’t even stay.

Very easy access from Hwy79. Staff friendly and helpful. Small pub off the lobby was handy. Nearby Bravia Italian restaurant was excellent. Room was quiet and very comfortable.

Breakfast does begin at 6am. We apologize for the juice and coffee not being ready at 7 due to the water main break that happened the night before. We could not run either machine until the lines were cleared, which takes some time.

Save yourself the experience. This property is in serious disrepair. Bathroom ceiling was peeling, door to the room didn’t close properly, bathroom door was damaged, toilet wobbled when used, tub was dirty, sheets had black stains on them. Breakfast consisted of dry, scrambled eggs and sausages. I didn’t bother checking the remaining food. Even the hot water for tea was lukewarm. Definitely not recommended. Rating indicated it was 8.6/10. Far from it. Avoid this place.

The staff was sooo nice and helpful! The room was ok but the comforter under the blanket had a huge hole in it and the bathroom had hair on the tub and backsplash. Area was nice and convenient. I would give it another try because it may have just been a poor housekeeping cleaning for that room.

I was very happy with everything. For the price and location it is a great economical choice. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work and that translates to the customer. I will would stay there again.

I do not like that the someone from the staff isnt behind the desk at all times. They're huddled up in a closed off office and take forever to come out when someone is in need of assistance. Either that or they're always on a smoke break.

Good choice. We stayed two nights. Had to ask them to clean and refresh the rooms and they don't clean for stayovers. Less service and higher prices.

Great stay overall. Upon both arrival and check-out, we had to find a staff member to assist us as nobody was there. The room also had a weird smell and it was very humid. It got the job done. Wouldn't necessarily avoid staying here, but wouldn't go out of the way to come back.

Do they need to do a little maintenance? Yes, but it is clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back.
