Beautiful property on edge of town. Very comfortable and delicious food in the restaurant. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing hiking and motor cross trails nearby. They arranged horseback riding for my daughter too. Highly recommend!

Complexe plein de charme dans la montagne. Les exterieurs sont très bien. La Chambre duplex est petite en bas. 2 petits lits ont été placés à côté du canapé ce qui empeche le passage de chaque côté. La chambre d en haut est spacieuse. Bonne literie. Par contre nous n'avons pas dormi. Les escaliers en bois des voisins sont bruyants, nous avons dû débrancher le chauffe eau (bouillenement dedans), arrêter la clim ( pompe qui ronronne chaque 3-4 min), arrêter l'eau des wc ( fuite et sifflement dans les tuyaux), mettre une serviette sur la double lumière rouge qui est une veilleuse pour la sortie de secours et nous n'avons rien pu faire pour le train qui passe en bordure de propriété. L'accueil a été cordial mais froid..... Pas du tout comme en Andalousie..... Vraiment dommage avec ce potentiel. Ha oui....Le cadeau de bienvenue est une bouteille d'eau minérale !!!! 160€ avec petit déjeuner pour une nuit c'est vraiment abusé. Le petit déjeuner est comme le reste....

Se stayed here fyring due to work in the nearby city. The stay was fantastic. Se Will definitly ude this hotel for All our visits in the area Service is super. And the restaurant is just amazing. The atmosphere is perfekt, glid fold, and excellent service

Likes- clean, sunbeds provided in quiet garden area by pool. Toiletries provided . Bottle of water provided in room. Staff friendly. Free car parking. Areas which could be better.- Felt a captive audience as no facilities near to walk to. Need a car. Expensive compared to other places we have stayed in the area as.very basic. Not a quality feel needs a special touch to make you feel somewhere special. Noisy in room due to noisy air on and boiler and poor soundproofing. Pool very small for number of rooms. No fridge/mini bar. It very much depends what you pay. There is nothing wrong with here apart from noisy room but we did not feel it was good value for money.

Très bon restaurant
Chambre atypique et charmante donnant sur une petite place mignonne de type hacienda. Le personnel est très sympathique. A recommander absolument : la paella servie au restaurant et la sangria! Le village, lui, ne vaut absolument pas le détour.

Excellent hospitality, great stay. Wifi Good.
I couldn't recommend the hospitality more. We booked late online, and arrived late. So they had not even received our booking. However we were quickly checked in, and even though it was late offered dinner which we gratefully accepted and then not just something quick and easy. But full run of the beautiful restaurant and 3 delicious courses all with wonderful smiles! Pool looked nice and Wifi was excellent. I note it worked everywhere including the room and restaurant, despite hotels.com seeming to have it listed as simply public areas.

relaxte start van vakantie
op 20 min rijden van het vliegveld Malaga ligt dit hotel. Op mijn tomtom niet te vinden, maar is gelegen aan de A 7054. erg vriendelijke ontvangst en gedurende hele verblijf zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn gelegen rondom pleintje, erg schoon, wat hard bed, dunne muren [was rustig met 8 van de 17 kamers bezet] en wij hadden zelfs een klamboe [niet nodig gehad want bewolkt eind mei]. Sanitair goed. Klein zwembad aanwezig, ligstoelen idem. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar lekker [verse broodjes, ham, kaas, eitje, jam etc], en diner erg lekker!! Goede uitvalsbasis om rondtocht door Andalusie te beginnen. Uitstekende Prijs Kwaliteit verhouding

Bonito con algún pero
El cortijo es precioso, el personal amable, la habitación bonita y limpia. Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos mejorables: la pared del baño no llega hasta el techo, por lo que, al encender la luz, se despierta a la otra persona, y se oye todo. Los precios de las bebidas del minibar son adecuados, aunque la nevera resulta muy ruidosa (tuvimos que desconectarla). También es ruidoso el calentador eléctrico. Restaurante adecuado, con precios comedidos. No desayunamos allí (el precio es excesivo para lo que ofrecen). Tiene piscina y zona verde. En resumen, un lugar hermoso donde puede resultar difícil descansar.

Agradecemos su comentario ya que siempre nos ayuda a mejorar. Sentimos que la nevera hiciera ruido, de haberlo indicado en su momento podíamos haber ido a revisar si había algún problema. La verdad que nadie se ha quejado nunca del ruido del termo, sentimos que también les haya molestado. El desayuno es tipo buffet, con varios tipos de pan, fruta, mermeladas, bollería recién horneada, huevos (fritos, revueltos, cocidos... recién hechos), zumos, café, cereales, embutidos, 4 clases de quesos, yogures... pero si prefirieron no tomarlo por 8€ no hay ningún problema, no lo vemos caro puesto que es variado y pueden comer todo lo que quieran pero respetamos su decisión. Esperamos volver a verlos en otra ocasión, sentimos no dirigirnos por su nombre pero ha olvidado indicarlo. Atentamente.

We loved it!
We had an amazing stay at Cortijo del Arte. I am on a gluten free diet. I had emailed them before our arrival asking about options at the on site restaurant. It was not a problem. There were several options for me. The to my surprise they also had gluten free bread for me every morning for breakfast!

Scorching hot room all night!
Beautiful area. Rooms look nice. Very hot!!! We both had rivulets of sweat pouring off of us for several hours, all the way till about 3 am. The a/c was awful! As soon as we arrived, we tried turning on the a/c-they ended up moving us to another room because it' a/c wouldn't turn on. The second room was not made up. Again, went over to the office and they gave us room#3 (the one that had a poor a/c). They gave us a glass of beer each for our troubles.

Sehr schön gelegen und absolut ruhig! Sehr schönes Ambiente eines ehemaligen Gutshofs. Die Zimmer sind allerdings klein und um einen Innenhof angeordnet. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant. Frühstück auf schattiger Terrasse im Freien. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich!

perfect way to end our vacation!
Long story short, we had a flight leaving from Malaga in the morning and Expedia.ca had screwed us on an overbooked hotel... This ranch is charming and has all of the services you'll need. Pool, courtyard, terrace, pool bar, bar, restaurant, wifi. The service was excellent and I was astonished at how good the food was... being a ranch they have a selection of local produce and they raise their own cattle. The Sirloin steak was amazing! For the 60 euros we paid to stay here which was about 50% cheaper than anything available in Malaga and only 25mins from the airport, there's no reason not to stay at Cortijo del Arte and enjoy what Pizzara and the Andalusia region have to offer. Also, stay far far away from Expedia!

Boede en enkelt nat på Cortijo del Arte. Det er en fint sted ca. 30 min uden for Malaga. Der er en hyggelig tapas restaurant og udmærket morgenmad. Dejligt roligt og afslappende. hyggeligt pool område.

nice hotel with nice owner
we were there in the winter, the owner brought us extra heaters to keep the room nice and warm. Also, they made us some nice food even though we arrived late! The rooms are nice, but not very special nor very big.

Servicio muy amable. Habitación limpia con buenos servicios. Ubicado en la zona que nosotros buscábamos puede estar demasiado solitario en invierno. Ideal para fin de semana tranquilo y primaveral. Relación calidad precio razonable.
