I didn’t like the holes in the wall, the rust on the bathroom lights and fixtures, and especially disliked the cockroaches.

First of all the staff (Lady at the front desk) is the nicest person you would ever want to meet! Stayed there multiple times and they are awesome! The rooms are clean as one could expect for not being updated in decades ,,,,but clean towels and sanitary. Down home comfortable place to stay if you dont expect room service type of stuff. Not fancy but very Comfortable Happy and Safe.

Good for two nights.
The upstairs room was clean with the refrigerator, micro and AC/heater reasonably comfortable. Because initially I had requested a downstairs room the check-in lady gave me the handicap room without alerting me first. That room was very cold especially in the handicap bathroom. There was no eating table and the microwave was operationally weird? I would pay more attention to the comforts of the handicap room. Pillows in both rooms need serious replacing. Luckily I travel with my favorite sleeping pillow, since it seems to be a problem with most small town overnight hotels. One more thing.. one of your longer-term guests had trash visibly in the car.

Cold Shower, no thanks.
This was a work trip, and trying to get checked into the hotel pretty quick as i was on limited time. First I was given the wrong room key, not a huge deal. Then when I got the second key, the hot water didnt work. I brought this to their attention, and they were not able to fix it, or move me to a room with working hot water. So as I was on limited time, I took a quick cold shower before going to work. Other wise the room was pretty ok. Was heated by one old plug in space heater.

National 9 is always our first pick when staying in the area, great rates, clean, and quiet. Receptionist was very kind and welcoming.

This was a safe place to stay overnight. The bathtubs and toilet and floors were clean but the wall and corners were dirty. The sink was clean the carpet and beds were clean the room needs to be dusted.

The sign says no for a reason
We knew what we were paying for. It was still worse. Our toilet was clogged upon arrival. When we called the front office, they delivered us a plunger. We finally got it working before check out. Bed and towels were clean, but walls and baseboards were disgusting. They do have secure doors now though

This is a typical no frills motel but the staff was both pleasant and pro-active. Check in and check out were quick and simple, the room and place was clean. When we returned to the hotel at night it appeared that all of the parking was occupied but the staff assured us we could also park on the other side of the fence from the property, which was also lit well enough. It was possible to hear some traffic noise through the door, but it was not loud at night.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. For a vintage Motel at a budget price, this one is particularly well cared for. The room was very clean and owners were pleasant. The solid construction of the place kept me from hearing the neighbors.
