My recent experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, I was blown away by the level of service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality that was extended to me during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable. They were not only efficient and professional but also genuinely friendly, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I stepped foot in the hotel. Another highlight was the hotel's dining options. The restaurant served up a delectable array of dishes; offering a complimentary breakfast buffet and an incredible and very reasonably priced dinner dining options. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. In the future if I am ever in the area - this will be my #1 choice.

We loved our time here. The staff & food was wonderful. The views were spectacular. Only thing we struggled with was some rooms have tubs with a hand held shower head, and others have showers with no curtains which as an American we aren’t used to that.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Right on the beach! Excellent breakfast in lovely setting. Nice big room with a balcony.

Very nice hotel with outstanding staff!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. we had a room overlooking the sea....very private balcony. The restaurant was superb and the staff very helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are spacious and the bathroom really nice. It is an easy drive to town or to the beaches but it has a nice quiet location with a large parking lot. King sized bed was comfy as well.

Outstanding Service
I stayed for 8 nights. The service from staff and the owner, Maria, was outstanding. I had an ocean front room, as in the picture, and it was very comfortable. The beach is stone, which is unfortunate, but I was aware of that at the time of booking. The ocean front location is stunning however. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Best stay possible cannot get any better than Kyma
The most amazing stay ever. Hospitality at it's best. Kids loved it and so did we. Staff goes out of the way to look after every fine detail. If I could give 7 stars I would. Actually felt like i was at home. Superb. Definitely going again. Thank you team Kymata

Decent stopover from/to...
Convenient as a stopover, very large room but dated. Mattresses were rock stiff. Breakfast was decent.

Great Greek hospitality on the beach.
Our family stayed one night at the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and I think it is a family run business. The hotel was newly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. Flat screen TVs. We pre-paid for our dinner and our family all agreed it was one of the best authentic Greek meals we had during our week's vacation in Greece. The rooms facing the sea are right on top of it, the hotel is so close to the beach. The one draw back was the beach. It is a small area and rocky, not a sandy beach.

Wish we would have had more time here...
One night booking on the way to climb Mt. Olympus. Mistake not booking at least 3 nights. Location and facilities are fantastic! Front desk staff very accommodating.

Kymata hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The hotel staff and manager were kind and nice to our young daughter, however there was a 'lost in translation' moment where it took us 3 separate conversations (in English and Greek) to have a baby crib brought to our room (even though we asked for one at the time of booking). That aside, the hotel is nice, but is currently undergoing construction updates (the parts that are done though are really nice). I'd assume they'll be completed by the end of the July or August 2014 at the latest. The hotel is literally feet from the beach, so you sleep listening to the gentle waves- obviously very relaxing and quiet area. We actually had dinner at the hotel, which was nice and the restaurant overlooks the Aegean sea. The included breakfast is brought to the table (not buffet-style) and was plentiful (it was too much for my wife and I to finish). The breakfast includes Mediterranean and international fare. Be aware though that the adjacent beach is a rock beach, and the hotel itself is not in downtown Platamonas, but can be reached by car (not easily walkable as it is on a narrow road with no sidewalk) in 5-10 minutes with a sand beach and wonderful dining options. My only regret is we only stayed 1 night; 2 nights would have been better, and once the construction is done the stay is definitely worth it.

Very nice stay
Everybody have different preferences, but for us this was perfect. We were traveling on a budget and came a bit off season but received such great service and value for the relatively low price we payed. I would for sure recommend Kymata to my friends.

Sea-side paradise
The location was sublime, right on the water. The food including breakfast was wonderful. Though there is construction going on it was not disruptive. We will be back next year!

The hotel is lovely. The owners and staff are so friendly and polite and they really make you feel at home. I loved the room and balcony, the restaurant and the whole atmosphere. Yes, the beach is with stones, but the water is so clean... My only "problem" was with the tiny bathroom and shower place and the inconvenient wardrobe - it's too small for 2 persons. But these are peanuts :) The place is fantastic. Also the village nearby! Surely will go back. Big hug and kiss to Mary, Yanis and everybody there!

“A memorable stay”
Very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel is located on the beach and all views are magnificent. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and flowers. There were 2 buildings, we stayed in the old one which is perfect especially for couples in love!!! The room had a romantic atmosphere and amazing sea view. Loved it!!! Relaxing & friendly people!! Excellent food and service.
