We did not spend much time there as we had a funeral. But everything was great. Especially enjoyed the large breakfast room.

Staff was friendly and the lawn area outside the property was nice, with several picnic tables and a gazebo. Everything was clean. Rooms had a fridge and a microwave. Unfortunately the rooms themselves smelled musty and windows do not open for fresh air.

It’s apparent when pulling in that the hotel is poorly kept. Huge potholes, dirty glass doors, exterior in need of updating. Inside there was a bad smell in hallways/room (likely from the old dirty carpeting) and the pool area was extremely musty smelling. Was a last resort as all other hotels were booked for the eclipse. Will never stay again.

Terrible experience. Upon check in we were told the pool was open till 9, we went around 6 to see there was a sign on the door saying pool out of service. Apperently the heater wasn't working but yet reception told us it was open..try explaining that to young kids..then our tv wasn't working, it was at max but we could barely hear it, yet alone when the heater was running. There were ants in the bathroom. We ended up changing rooms at 9pm... At check out we asked to see manager and like everyone else said..he wasn't there and were told he would call us within 48hrs. Still no phone call

Fair prices and decent rooms. Staff keeps the rooms clean and when there is a problem they fix it. Best place I've stayed for as cheap as it is.

The pool was closed, our bath had a problem and we couldn't take a shower. There was no toilet paper and the door didn't close. I'm very disappointed ☹️

Shayne and the housekeeping staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. The hotel itself is jenky and the weekday clientele seem itinerant. I was put in a handicapped room next to the ice machine, guest laundry facilities, and an exit. The walls are paper thin. When inquiring about a room switch, there was none available due to the hotel upgrading the cable. Possibly this is why none of the room phones worked.

I feel this property was unsafe. It was set far back off the road and there were some scary looking people hanging around. The outside doors did not have a lock on them. I actually didn’t even stay there for the night because I was alone. I booked a room at the Hampton Inn down the street. How do I go about getting a refund?

Motel entrance on main road but building is behind others and not visable from the road. Other motels surrounded this location and nearly every food chain was present within a half mile. Room was in great shape with new furniture and appliances. The pool was closed today and the cable TV was out temporarily, service called. The breakfast room had the usual things except a waffle maker. Warm eggs and sausage is a plus.

One of the better places to stay in the area for the rate. Just have to be careful driving back as the roads could use some repair but thats just being super picky. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and I like their breakfast arrangement.

We enjoyed our stay. We were little let down that the room where inside pool is not HEATED when I was told it was. The was main reason for reserving there. Vacuuming of our room didn't happen in my week there other than those issues, it was great!!!

I recommend this hotel because it is in a good location, it is close to everything, there are shops, a restaurant, it is clean, quiet, the rooms are nicely decorated, the only thing they should do is change or repair the showers because the pressure is low and it is difficult to set the water just as warm. The service is nice and the most important thing is that you can have a dog with them.Thank you 😊

We stay at Quality Inn every time we are in Plattsburgh. The rate is about 1/2 the big name chain motels. It's not fancy but the owners are very nice and the staff all are very friendly. The rooms are clean and the pool is really nice. All things considered, we would not stay anywhere else.
