Disappointed
We were disappointed in our stay. Although the lobby appeared quite clean, the room itself did not. The shower walls were dirty, the shower curtain was torn at the top where the curtain hung from the rod so the floor got super wet when showering. The bathroom floor was not clean and there was a huge "water" stain underneath the bathroom sink and the floor was sticky. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel was supposed to be newly remodeled. But the elevator was broken. Using the stairs 3 flights up only to discover your room key doesn't work was exhausting. The room key stopped working about 4 different times over the span of 4 days. And it was really expensive to stay for all the problems.

We are being coming at least twice a year , this hotel never been worse , the smell of cigarettes is terrible even if They claim is not smoking hotel The second night they didn’t not clean our room the floors are dirty

The only problem was that I did not get 2 queen beds. Had to settle for one king bed.

There was mud on the lobby floor at the front desk. They were out of most supplies in the little convenient store. My room was out of conditioner. These things could be corrected.

Well no one told me that the place was under renovation the elevators didn't work I am a handicapped person and I had to climb stairs then the first room we were in the TV are half of the plugs didn't work so they moved us to another room the young lady that work the next morning shift was very nice and very polite and said that we should have been offered to go to another one of their motels that they own where they could have accommodated my needs more but I was never offered that in the beginning at all

If I’d known that the hotel was doing renovations I would have never booked. No elevators so had to use stairs, no breakfast, room I booked unavailable, bed hard as a rock, bathtub in poor condition.

Under Construction.
The hotel was under construction. The whole 1st floor was covered in tools and dust and paper all over the floor. The front desk was a plastic folding table. Elevators were down due to construction and you could only enter from the front and walk thru all the construction or enter from one side. You couldn’t enter from the other side because it would deactivate your key card. I was not please or happy with this at all.

The hotel was under construction so the main floor was a mess. The elevators didn’t work and we had to stay on the second floor. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue but we were there for a baseball tournament and had to haul on the equipment upstairs. When we got to the room it looked clean but noticed it was very much neglected. We found trash in the floor and a pair of shoes. It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

They were remodeling but it wasn’t a problem. The pool could of been cleaner. The day we left we went for breakfast with family and maids entered our room while we were gone. And we were in the pool on our last day and came back to our room about 5-8 min before our checkout to change quickly and our room key wouldn’t work. I had to find a maid to unlock our room.

Liability waiting to happen
This hotel should be closed- it’s so bad right now I’m probably going to call the city hall and tell them to send inspectors out. Besides the pool being covered in nasty slime- the entire place is being renovated and my children and I have to walk through literal piles of Sheetrock dust and tile grout/sand to get anywhere. There’s razor blades and plugged in power tools sitting in the floor in hallways. It looks like workers just left everything as is and don’t clean up at the end of each day. We had to move an ice machine and soda machine to walk down a hallway. It’s 6:00am and I’m almost certain we won’t be able to eat breakfast because there’s no tables in the dining room - it too is a construction zone. Nothing is roped off, no caution tape/ my kids can just walk up and pick up a tool left behind from the construction crew. See photos to see this is not an exaggeration. I want my money back. This is a huge liability, it doesn’t even feel like America when we are here. I feel like I’m in a third world country. I’m going to clean the saw dust and drywall debris off my things now.

While the room was very large and clean, and the staff friendly the price was too high for a hotel that was under serious renovation. The entire first floor looks like a bomb has gone off, sheet rock, framing, no flooring. The pool was not useable, and the "free" breakfast was virtually non-existent. The staff was very nice, but honestly this hotel should be closed to guests. In addition, there is a serious problem with the elevator. There is a flooding problem underneath and the elevator is sitting in water. Every time you go to the 2nd floor, you hear the water splashing and pouring out as it rises. When you descend to the first floor, you can hear the elevator hitting the water. Very unsafe!

Everything was overall good clean and staff friendly!! However that night that we stayed we had a big thunderstorm and it’s rained it rained !!! So unfortunately our room had a leakage through the ceiling the paint and stucco started to fall apart !😢. So I let the front desk know in the morning about it! Hopefully they will fix it soon for other people.

Not happy traveler
Beds are too high for a short person, particularly a handicapped one, to get into easily. The chair was very uncomfortable and evidently the cheapest available. The bathroom was nice, the Kureg coffee maker was a good. The window curtains hang down over the air conditioner leaving a very poor choice, either block the air conditioner or have no privacy with the window uncovered .
