Property was near our venue. Hotel was quite beds we’re comfortable. Staff was ok, not talkative but that’s ok. Rooms were in good condition and relatively clean. I have a habit of looking high so I always find dust on lamps. Otherwise good room for the trip purpose.

Off the beaten path. Clean and appears to be recently renovated. There were no pastries for breakfast and also a hole in the bath towel.

Booked a room a month in advance for Christmas for my family and got a phone call day of check in that it was not available because person staying in that room extended their stay. They knew ten days before but decided to let me in know day of so I was forced to take a small room with one less bed. They didn’t discount the room or offer anything for the inconvenience. Instead of room with kitchenette I got a mini fridge and microwave and they both did not work even after trying different electrical outlets. They had to know that the appliances were not working. Will never stay there again.

Great stay.
Only minor ding I can give is there were no coffee cups, just clear plastic ones. I'm sure it was just a over site.

If they cleaned better.
The sink leaked, there was no stopper in the tub. Someone else's sock behind door. Two of the towels had lint from some other clothing on them. Friendly check in.

Nice stay
Clean, safe, and very comfortable stay. Comfy beds and plenty of pillows and towels. Highly recommend and will stay again. Only wish there had been coffee in the lobby before hitting the road

Pleasantly surprised
It was a very pleasant stay for the price I paid. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean. Only drawback was that the front office closed at 9 pm and reopened at 8 am. Not sure why. It wasn’t an inconvenience this time but I thought it was odd. Otherwise, a good stay.

The only complaint I have was the noise from outside work during evening hours. It was a little loud, but it wasn't loud enough to call or complain to the front desk.

I started going there in 2018. It was really good but the more we visit and stayed there, it started going down and service was good so we stopped going there. I haven’t been there since 2019. Surprisingly, we visited July 2021 and it was very clean, they started serving breakfast and it pretty good. Thumbs Up for the huge change and the change was for the best. I will Definitely visit this place again. Thanks for the great stay!!

Breakfast wherefore art thou?
Great rooms, large and comfortable. The evening desk staff was critical of the place and the day desk staff seemed more interested in talking with other employees than being aware of other guests. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had - coffee, cereal but no milk and that was about it! The manager called us later and was very apologetic and very cooperative. Kudos to her.

Our Reservation was giving away
We don't stay the desk gave our room to DPS we were told we had a reservation but that don't matter to your desk person but she was ready to give a more expensive room which I didn't take it was you all fault that we didn't get our room so I don't want to be charged I will not stay at this hotel or use hotel .com to make my reservation's I will look else where for rooms I hope I get a call from hotels .com so I can speak to a real person I sent out these type of info out yesterday with no reasponce

Great Value for the Price!!
Our stay was for a family funeral, it was very quiet, seemed to be tucked away from the hustle, breakfast was across the parking lot at Holiday Inn Express, but was very good. The bathroom floor was dirty, but other than that it was a great value for the price.

Run down hotel for cheap
Experience wasn’t the worst but definitely not the best. For $63/night I could have found somewhere nicer. Room didn’t feel clean. AC worked but not well so room was sticky. Definitely won’t be staying there again

Nice and clean rooms.
Clean, newly renovated rooms. Hotel staff was very friendly. Morning breakfast was hot and attended to, for the entire breakfast time.
