Wrong address listed here and they don’t care if u can’t find it. They expect you to call to get right address. Giving it a one star because it of that. One of the parties in my reservation ended up having to go home because she couldn’t locate it and they refused to give her money back. Good place to stay other than that just do not count on their breakfast!

Sheets had stains. Receptionist was rude. Shower was dirty. Would never stay here again.

Great location and price for skiing at Waterville, Loon or Cannon. Clean basic room that was close to Plymouth restaurants.

We stayed in a cottage. Screening was ripped, blinds inside were broken. The place REEKED of old cigarettes. Lamp shade cracked and broken, most bulbs not working, pictures on walls cracked or broken. Place in serious need of updating. Continental breakfast was a joke. 3 kinds of cereal, 3 bags of bagels, 1 tub fake butter and 1 tub cream cheese. Apple juice in fridge. On counter was 1 pack of oatmeal and a few jelly packs. No peanut butter. Also no creamers for coffee nor any options other than real sugar. There was no fresh fruit, no pastries, and no yogurt. Very disappointing. Woman who checked me in day before was same as one setting up coffee in morning. Very unfriendly didn’t even say good morning.

Small but clean and close enough to the family in Rumney. Comfortable beds. Bring your own power strip to have enough plugs.

Quick 1 night visit
Quick 1 night stay. Check in was pretty standard. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but it was really close to the radiator. The 2 remote tv system was annoying. The morning coffee didn’t go over well, I think the creamer was bad. I don’t know, but plenty of places in town to go get coffee. Great location when visiting Plymouth state. Excellent value.

The property states it is non smoking and the front desk confirmed this but the sheets smelled very strongly like smoke or the weird laundry detergent I have ever smelled. If you have allergies especially to smoke or as sensitive to strong smells then I would be weary of booking a room here.

Very clean. Some of the room was updated but mostly dated. Beds very firm but comfortable. Very noisy at night with fire pit and other guests in front of hotel.

The rug must have been from the 1970s, with so much cleaning fluid on it that my feet stuck to the floor. The room smelled terrible too - a non-smoking room that smelled like 20 year old smoke, among other things - just awful... In addition, the volume on the TV did not work. Management seems to make talking to friends on their phone the priority - apparently, the assume that the guest is just passing through and will not be seen again. While the former is false, the latter is TRUE.

Great little spot to stay! Everything was clean and the breakfast was refreshing in the morning. Bathroom was awkward for a disabled member of the family, but manageable. (Counter is super close to the toilet).

The room was very dated, there were 2 TV'S, one was broken. There was an awful odor being masked by a very bad air freshener.

It was at best ok. Had tonstay somewhere. Was clean and fresh when we arrived. Ripped screns, lock didnt work, storm door didnt close at all.

Not recommended
Cancelled upon arrival after walking into a cottage smelling of an ash tray. Also from walking in the door the bed had visible stains on the comforter. The area around the cottages was also a mess with various debris. When we went to check in we were greeted by a female wearing pajamas. Would not recommend

The rooms were clean, not spacious but adequate for two. Other than a very noisy 2:00 AM group chatting outside our door, the place was quiet and set back from traffic. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The offerings were basic, which isn't unusual these days - two sugared cereals, juice, bread, coffee. There were no knives or teabags, though, and butter was scooped out of a common container, which was definitely not sanitary. Also, there were two very small tables with two chairs each, in a tight space.

I was not expecting nor need much. I know prices are up for all lodging, but it was hard to see the value here. When you arrive at check in and there is a sign that says no refunds after 20 minutes in the room, you know you are in for a treat. Not even a hello on arrival. No ID check, here is your key. Room smell was bad - smoke and something else. Could not get any coffee (or anything else) in the morning despite advertising "breakfast". Wifi was weak but worked. I want to say something good for to place but am struggling to do so. Avoid if possible.

This places is not like the pictures display.The pictures are old ,the place run down . It was a 3 night stay , room not made ,had to ask for clean towels ..the key not working.. very disappointing..

Lots of stains on the furniture (desk chair and blanket cover). Car tree freshener found in the AC’s vents. Reeked of cigarette smoke. Disturbing cracks on the bottom of bathroom door.
