We stay here often when in the Philly area. A little disappointed with the housekeeping this time around. Checked in after 6pm and there was still trash in the hallways from previous guests. The commons areas were a little rough. In their defense, there was a bus load of high school athletes, they can be messy. The room itself was fine as usual, the staff was great and addressed the garbage problem overnight. Still.

Overall a good stay. Front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Some minor cosmetic deficencies in the room, but nothing of concern. Otherwise it was clean. My partner utilized the exercise room and the free breakfast wasn't bad, and had plenty of choices. Main complaint was I was on the 1st floor( but towards the back, & it wasn't noisy). Will most likely stay again.

Great stay!
We stayed at this hotel many times, but most of our stays were 5-10 years ago, before we had our dog. (After we got our dog, we started staying at hotels that allow dogs.) The decor when we first stayed was brand new. Now, it's starting to look a little ragged. One of the lampshades was broken in three places. When we first stayed, there were plenty of plugs. Now, we could use at least a usb plug by the bed. (There aren't any easy plugs on or next to the bedside table. Everything else was good. The breakfast is always great! We like how the hotel is organized. The people are very nice. Overall, a great stay.

I was very impressed with the accommodations. I would suggest having some sort of lighting near the sofa so one could read. I really liked the location. So close to two different family members we visited for Christmas.

Only two negatives…on 7th floor between elevator and Room 719 carpet is worn and frayed causing potential tripping hazard. Also on Sunday the 19th our room was not made up….we had enough towels but no coffee or creamer/sugar for early morning departure

My, I don’t know what to say. I rented two rooms, one for my in-laws, husband, and myself and one for my mom. Our room needed some attention. The AC unit looked like it was falling off the wall. The lever on the toilet was broken so my husband had to reach in the tank to retrieve the screw to reattach the lever so we could flush the toilet. He said it wouldn’t hold for long. The closet door was off the track, with no screw on top to reattach. The turning rail in the microwave was missing a wheel keeping it from turning. When we used it it would burn the paper cups. Our coffee maker was too small for the “all in one” coffee and filter. That was the good room. We came back from a long day and when mom went into her room, the ceiling was leaking…all over the bed. It was soaked. She had to pack up and change rooms at almost midnight…super fun! On our last morning we were heading for home. We had a 12 hour drive so we were down to breakfast when they opened at 6:00 am…only they weren’t ready until 6:35. No breakfast for us. We took dry cereal to eat in the car. Not our best hotel experience…actually it was our worst…ever!

I didn't like the fact that my room didn't get cleaned everyday and I had to ask everyday of my stay for my trash to get emptied alongside with new clean towels. One day before heading out, I notified front desk that I would like for my rooms trash to go out and replenish new towels and came back to it not being done. The breakfast was awful and I didn't know until check in that the pool was closed or else I would have stayed elsewhere. Front Desk ladies are very pleasant.

Stayed two nights. Quiet, clean, nice staff, good towels, comfy bed and pillows. Only thing is breakfast a bit lacking. Limited variety. Bagels were good though. Overall I recommend. Price was reasonable

The toilet seat was broken and the shower head. There was no ice machine on my floor I had to go down to the 5th floor. The pool was close . At breakfast I had asked one of the staff member’s if they can please bring out more pancakes he said there was no more left . But mind you it says breakfast until 10:00am and I asked him at 9;15

Excellant hotels
Very clean hotel. Room was spacious. Hotel was in an excellent location for our travel needs. Area was perfect for us because we were attending an event in philadelphia on temple campus and didnt want to stay in that area. Only minor complaint, although there were other outlets in other areas of the suite, there were not any outlets bedside for electronics. Will definitely stay here if ever in that area again

Sofa bed was so old and worn that we couldn't even sit on the couch comfortably. There were stains on the bed skirt. Tub didn't look clean.
