There were no hangers in the closets. We had a reservation for 1 queen-sized bed. It was a double.

It is what it is.
Even thought I was on the 1st floor I still had steps to go up. My TV didn’t work, the wifi barely worked. Only a little more than 2 miles to Wawa and a few fast food places near the turnpike exit. Room and bathroom seemed very clean.

They were going to keep my deposit because I started my period and got a little blood on the sheets. She told me they don’t use bleach when cleaning. Which makes since cause the towels are stained! So I turned my car around washed the damn sheets in the sink by hand I have a pic of the sheet that THEY sent me. I didn’t know it was on it. And the sheets are not 50.00 sheets.

I had a hard time finding it. Previous motel internet was slow and kept quitting. I was lucky to get the message my booking was complete but there was no address. I think the address should be shown before booking, especially if not in my original request. That way I can see if it is before or after my route of travel. I don't like to backtrack. Can't fault this motel for that. It's nice here but bathroom sing is in a closet size section. No hand towels but I used a bath towel. They were very helpful when I got here (2 hours after my GPS said I would) Lucky for me when I got gas for the car that the clerk knew where I needed to go.

Econolodge...never again!!!
I checked in and went to the room which smelled of air freshner so bad it made my eyes water The next room had a guy with s charcoal grill cooking and drinking only a couple feet away.i went back to the front desk and told the gentleman whose accent was so strong i couldn't understand him,and told him i couldnt stay because of those conditions. When i asked him to refund my moneybhe told me to take it up with the booking company and he couldnt help me....I left!!!

The motel delivered on a one night stay while on a fishing trip. the room was clean but dated as was the property. Therefore the price was right for what we received. The TV and remote was a challenge.

Nice room. Clean. NO DESK. The exterior of the motel is shabby but the interior room was nice. The office was locked and you have to pick up a phone on the porch of the office and call for the inn keeper to check in.

It didn't provide any service. We stayed for two nights. They didn't even come to change the towels. The towels were old and dirty looking. No ticial paper, no hair dryer. A tiny cloth closet was against the bed that you couldn't reach. A certainly outdated rundown place. Some long term residents lived in the rooms next to us. You could tell they left garbage and Amazon delivery box out of the doors. We felt unsafe there.

the bed was like sleeping on a bed of nails covered with cotton and shook lke it would fall apart. at the head of it on the side facing the wall was an electrical outlook with a lamp and electrical plug in unit with several outlets. The wall outlet was pressing against the cotton material of the mattress. That outlet had no covering face-plate annd was dangling. When I tried to exit the door would not open. I tried to open the 1 window and found it jammed shut. I went back to the door and after several minutes of "jimmying" it opened. I only stayed 1 night and when I asked for a credit of the second I was told they could not because I booked through you..

If towels and bedding are washed every time with soap, they will not be gray. It seemed that the bed was not fresh. There is no breakfast here. I don't know why they write a room with breakfast. One bag of coffee for 3 people for 2 days in the room.

The heater blew really hot air so I had to switch it off. Bedbugs. The outside condition of the buildings was atrocious. Cracks and crevices everywhere. Shambles. Very bad. Will not recommend. They charged an additional hidden fee of $100 for incidentals which was not mentioned in the reservation.

Your review does not represent our property, we have preventive pest control to prove you claims is false.when you made reservation it clearly indicate 100 deposit please read carefully before making the reservation so it is another false claim that it was not indicated when you made the reservation.you should mention the problem when you checked out which you did not.we would appreciate if you contact us directly so we can better understand the issue you had.

Duvet covers had stains of all kinds, hair on the pillows, the floor was sticky, bathroom smelled of urine and hair from the previous guests.

No elevator power wheelchair cannot go inside the room because they have step. Mattress no clean got bloody & spot. Asked staff to change give us hard time & said if we not satisfied can leave.

Check-in/out was quick and efficient. The Manager on Duty was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. Room was clean but with a little bit of a musty odor. We opened our unit door and sliding door to let some fresh air in. Musty odor was gone in no time. There was no ice available and the vending machines were almost empty. Place is definitely old and in need of some updating but for the price, I'd definitely stay there again.

This was the worst stay ever they have a creepy man who doesn’t work there that has access to everyone’s room. The man kept stalking me and my family trying to get inside of our rooms we reported to staff and they said he simply lives in the hotel it was scary and everything was very dirty I had paid for two nights and had to endure them because it was too late to cancel.

Close to Poconos & Elements Music Festival. Good.
Customer service at check in and also at check out was superb. Very appreciative of the friendliness from the staff here. It is a non smoking property. They are currently under staffed and with its location; much consideration from customers are much needed of minimizing the trouble and hassle for staff. I would stay here again said I am in the area again for any given reason. Thanks.
