위치좋고 깨끗한 호텔 :)
우리는 코보데이 사라체니 호텔 위치가 아닌 구시가지 바로 앞쪽인 비앙카? 방에 배정되서 2박 머물렀는데, 위치며 객실상태며 너무너무 좋았음!!!! 바로 아래에 있는 피자전문 레스토랑도 너무 맛있었고, 테라스에서 보이는 뷰도 좋았음 :) 약간 추워서 메일로 요청했더니 진짜 바로 침구류도 가져다주시고 좋았음!

이 지역에서 이정도의 뷰를 가진 호텔은 아마 없을겁니다. 객실에 딸려있는 발코니와 식당 테라스에서 폴리냐노가 자랑하는 파노라마가 바로 펼쳐집니다. 객실 상태도 매우 좋았고요, 스탭들이 정말 친절했습니다. 위치도 구 시가지 입구 바로 옆이라 관광하기 무척 편리했습니다.

Ho prenotato 2 camere e ho chiesto di cambiare la mia perché c’era un rumore di acqua che scorreva (forse il riscaldamento?) : mi è stata cambiata e tutto è stato ok ma i miei ospiti nell’altra stanza non hanno chiuso occhio tutta la notte per li stesso problema.

Tip: Ask for hotel navigation & bring own iron!
Hotel location is fantastic - views are superb, but it is a busy tourist town so advance info on how to get to hotel (to avoid roads closed by police due to tourist foot traffic) would have been much appreciated. Also - they have no irons or ironing boards available for the rooms. Crazy! The poor front office guy (who was very nice) had to borrow one from a staff member so we could go out to dinner looking well dressed not wrinkled up. Seems like one of the most obvious things.... and easy to fix.

The property was lovely and right next to the sea. We stayed in the annex which was easy to access and comfortable/clean. The breakfast was night and the views are incredible.

Room 309 was a beautiful room modern spacious well decorated with the most stunning balcony with an amazing view. I high recommend this particular room. I did spend another night in another room and it was just okay.

Everything and more!
The hotel is absolutely under-rated, it was excellent. The room we had on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooked the ocean (classic room balcony). Room was clean and comfortable. We booked parking which was FREE at a secure lot about 350m away. However the hotel has good access by car so you can stop right in front to drop off or load luggage. From the hotel we could walk to the beach (take stairs on the far side of the bridge not the rocky ramp closest to the Hotel for easier walking) . The old town was a short stroll away from there, Panorama from the bridge and the balcony of the hotel restaurant are postcard level wonderful. Breakfast in the Hotel was great in grotto style function area with magnificent views. No extra charge for fried or scrambled eggs and coffee, plus the beautiful waitress "Mela" was so sweet and accommodating. Thanks to her and all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. We would DEFINATELY recommend the hotel and will surely stay there again if the chance comes. Perfect location, facilities and warmth.

Top notch service on the water
This is a top notch hotel with great, personal service. Everyone was attentive, made phone calls for us to find a tailor, arrange restaurant reservations, etc. The hotel is right on the water, if you like hearing the gentle waves breaking against the grotta, if you like to take a coffee on your terrace, and if you don;t mind the less than five minute walk to the center of town, then you will love this place.

Great location. Restaurant and breakfast room have magnificent views of Polignano a Mare and the Adriatic Sea. Rooms are traditional Old European Style but very comfortable and quiet. Staff very pleasant and accommodating throughout. Breakfast very good. Excellent value and would come again if in the area.

Great stay!
Great location, wonderful service, lovely breakfast, free offsite parking (about a 5 minute walk)! Standard rooms are a bit small, but we spent most of our time exploring the area.
