앤티크 한 분위기의 호텔이며, 레스토랑이 유명한거 같습니다. 로컬 맛집. 특히 다양한 와인이 구비되어 있어요. 호텔방도 넓직하고 좋습니다. 다만 엘리베이터는 없어서 짐이 무거우신분들은 올라실때 조금 힘드실 수 있어요.

Disappointing experience. Hotel looking very shabby. Lunch was awful, food served before we even had drinks delivered. Food was cold. Room was uninspiring. Back to back TV’s are a bad idea! Staff seemed distracted and everything felt as though it was a huge effort for them. I didn’t expect to feel unsafe walking around the Main Street at 7.30pm. All in all a lacklustre experience.

Shame the car park was so small. Had to park about 10 mins away and reception staff didn’t have info on the car park (ie when we needed to pay). Other than that, all good.

The Hotel is in a great location but felt the rooms need updating and also really hard to get to the room as very narrow corridors. My room was really cold as the room itself was lovely so it was a shame as spoilt the experience.

period hotel, nicely presented. Indivdual rooms. Great Bistro. 5 starts not awarded as food left in fridge from previous occupant. Our room beautifull but let down by bathroom fan not working and shower tray blocked drain. Small details I know, but shouldn't happen in a 4 star hotel

Our second visit to this hotel. Staff are always very nice and helpful. Parking isn[t easy onsite but the adjacent public car park is fine. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent on both stays.

Lovely hotel, would recommend.
Stayed here whilst visiting family. The hotel is situated in excellent location just by the harbour. The evening meal and breakfast were both delicious, served by friendly staff. We plan to stay here again, in the near future.

We stayed here for the 1st time and were looked after so well. We have a small dog so were a little nervous but we need not have worried. There was a lovely table set right next to the restaurant area for us so we didn’t feel isolated. The breakfast was fab and we used the restaurant again for our evening meal which was again fab. Will look to stay again when back in the area

Could be great- spoiled by lazy staff
Lovely building, quirky, really nice room. However, the bar and restaurant staff are very bad. They run the bar especially for themselves, not for their customers. Waited 15 mins for thec3 staff behind the bar to serve us at our table. Gave up, asked for help from reception, who got it sorted. All the customers in the bar had to go to the bar to get a drink! Such a shame as its a nice bar. To make matters worse had to send chicken fillets back as they were still pink and uncooked in the middle. Chef incinerated them in the microwave and had them delivered back to us. I would normally expect them to be cooked afresh. This place needs better management

Hap hazard check-in, wacky description of where the rooms were, choice of 1 bottled beer and 1 bottled cider at the bar, no staff serving anyone half the time we were there.

Great hotel in great location with lots of choice for restaurants nearby. Food at the hotel really good but if booking inclusive dinner quite a few of the choices had supplements to be paid. Breakfast excellent.. all hot food cooked to order. Lovely outside space for eating and drinking al fresco. Very small car park at the hotel but a big pay and display car park at the back of the hotel. Would recommend.

I liked the position of the hotel, didn’t like the fact I had to pay at least £10 to park a night or £12.70 for the main car park. The hotel was in a quiet street although the pub was very close by and there was a security light that kept constantly coming on outside our bedroom! Very annoying. Bar staff were not very attentive when we tried to get a drink, a quick “be with you soon would of been nice “ instead we was ignored. Rooms were large, but they charged £20 per night for the dog which we wasn’t aware of. Overall an average stay, which was made better for the position of the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel
This is an amazing hotel. It’s a beautiful building with a fantastic bar and restaurant area. We were upgraded to a huge room with roll top bath in the room. The selection of tea and coffee in the room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so quiet. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return.

Nice little town centre hotel
Very quick stop between wedding and a ferry. Pleasant room and staff. Great breakfast. Would stay again and try restaurant and bar areas

Great stay
Amazing hotel, friendly helpful and welcoming staff. Great location. Outstanding food. Clean comfortable rooms. Would definitely staff again. Only minor downside, no mirror/plugs together in our room (château beauduc) to assist ladies getting ready easily.

A most excellent stay
I spent several nights at the Hotel du Vin in Poole and I made the right choice. Located in the nicest neighborhood-- Old Town-- the service was superior in every way.
