Great pool and friendly staff!
Stayed here for 1 week with my partner whilst on the island for a wedding. George the host was really friendly and helpful with information about the local area and help booking taxis etc. The rooms and pool area were always kept clean with fresh towels available. The room had everything you would need, including a strong shower, working air-con, a small kitchenette and comfortable beds. My only downside was 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double, but that’s very minor. It’s super close to the beach and local shop. Overall would recommend for anyone visiting Poros for any length of time.

A lovely property situated in a quiet location but close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The pool area at the resort was very beautiful and clean. There were nice trees and plants in small gardens around the property.

Good size rooms, Well presented. Only small niggle might be quite hard mattress. Friendly proprietor and staff. Very helpful. Room and Pool area kept very clean and tidy. Well positioned, just a couple of minutes from the sea, watersports, beds etc. Two supermarkets nearby. Bike/Quad hire. (Quad, was great fun, excellent way to get around the Island) Several good restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.

Clean and family friendly
Great hotel! Felt very clean and family friendly. Not far from the beach and nice pool. The only negative, strange thing is the pool operating hours that says the pool is closed between 15 and 17 pm. Not very convenient because this is the time I would have enjoyed to swim the most. Therefore not getting top grades from me on service. Otherwise this is a really good hotel and I would recommend it, and also come back myself another time.

Καθαρό και ωραίο κατάλλυμα κοντά στη θάλασσα
Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια και σχετικά ανακαινισμένα. Το δικό μας ήταν το family, πολύ ωραία και μεγάλη μεζονέτα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα που βρήκαμε ήταν ότι το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μικρό. Το ότι ήταν στον επάνω όροφο για άλλους είναι καλό εμάς μας δυσκόλεψε ιδιαίτερα τις βραδινές ώρες με τα παιδιά. Θα ξαναπήγαινα αλλά σε δωμάτιο με μεγαλύτερο μπάνιο. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ γνωστή με παραλία οργανωμένη και απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά από την θάλασσα. Η πισίνα πολύ καθαρή και ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ σχολαστικός. Είναι λίγο μικρότερη από ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες αλλά δεν μας απασχόλησε. Το κατάλυμα δεν έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ αλλά βρίσκαμε εύκολα στο δρόμο ακριβώς από έξω. Στα 100μ σούπερ μάρκετ με τα πάντα!

Spotlessly clean with a great swimming pool. Also in an excellent location immediately adjacent to 2 supermarkets, a bakery and quad-bike/scooter/bike hire. Short walk down hill to the beach and a variety of restaurants and only a 15 minute walk into the main town/port of Poros. Great, relaxing place to stay.

Excellent and lovely staying!
The owner, George, is lovely. Very friendly, helpful and hard worker. The resort is beautiful and clean, and the outdoor swimingpool is big enought to swim, clean, quiet and with beach loungers. The room was spacious, clean and looked like new. Good sized balcony, with comfortable chairs, table and dryer clothing rack and astonishing views. Confortable big bed and clean liners, big wardrobe with lots of clothes hangers. Dinning table, tv, wifi and furniture and everything you need, even some coffee, tea, sugar and kettle to don't worry of having breakfast if you don't want to do shopping when arrived. Kitchenette has all the basics to cook on your staying. Bathroom spotless clean with bathtube and all basic toiletries and towels, and excellent shower pressure on hot and cold water. I feel in love of the cute decoration!. Literally two food markets downstairs the apartment resort and less than 5 min away of the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended, we definitely enjoyed the island so much because our staying at Kostis Villas it was more than excellent! Thank you, George, come to visit us at London!

Πραγματικά, από τα λίγα καταλύματα που έχω συναντήσει....Άψογο και Ανιδιοτελές, στην κάθε λεπτομέρεια.....Οι παροχές του με λεπτομέρεια και άψογος ο Άνθρωπος στην Υποδοχή....Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα....Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα...Μακάρι όλες οι μονάδες ξενοδοχείων να ήταν σαν και αυτό...Πραγματικά παροχές για πολλά αστέρια.....

Quiet hotel to rest in Poros
The Kostis villa is an appart hotel very very quiet. It s the most important thing for Georges (the manager of the hotel) and it is really great. The villas are very nice all around the swimming pool . the pool is cleaned every night and many deck chairs comfortable with parasols are installed around the pool. It s a small and nice hotel (only 20 rooms). Location : perhaps a little far from the town center but close to all amenities.(supermarkets, beach, rent-a-bike or scooter, ...) The bathroom of the room n° 14 should be renovated. The shower cabin looks old and tired (black mildew and the doors don't close) The second thing, a little bit more annoying, is the noise of the plumbery when someone (in another room upstair for instance) uses water (i think in the small kitchen). What i would sugger to Georges is to try changing the taps in the kitchen (low quality that don't support a high flow of water and it causes that noise...maybe!!!) One thing is sure, in the morning this noise woke us almost systematically. Last step before perfection !

Had few great relaxed days at Kostis
What a great place!!! I got there very early and was able to check in early and lovely George let me check out later. The place is immaculate, staff is great and it's an incredible value for money. I would definitely be back again!

Уютный отельчик в городе Эгина
Уютный чистенький небольшой отель в разумной удаленности от центра города, центральной набережной, порта, автобусной станции и пляжа Колонна. Все доступно не более, чем за 10 минут. Хороший завтрак за небольшую доп. плату. Бесплатный Wi-fi. В соседнем здании минимаркет, где можно купить перекусить и выпить. Вежливый и радушный персонал. Из минусов: рядом расположена дорога - слышен шум проезжающих мотоциклов, шумновато работающие кондиционеры и в отдельные дни отсутствие горячей воды вечером.

Jättetrevlig ägare/personal- otroligt gästvänliga och välkomnande. Hade bokat enkelrum men fick dubbelrum med fantastisk utsikt. Rent och snyggt! Fräsch inredning och ett välutrustat pentry! Sköna sängar!! Stor balkong! Poolen och trädgården med solstolar etc var pricken över i-et!

great place to rest and relax
Giorgos was waiting for us when we arrived and immediately showed us to our room, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in, and we've been guests in many hotels and guesthouses (including 4 and 5 star ones). The view was amazing from our balcony! There were two supermarkets on either side of the villas, so it was easy for us to self-cater while we were there. The beach is also a short 10 minute walk away. It was still too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. Too bad we couldn't go for a dip! Giorgos was very helpful even before we arrived and provided information about how to get to Poros Island and what to do while we were there. A very satisfying and pleasant experience overall =)

Kurzurlaub (1 Woche) auf Poros
Für den Preis war es unschlagbar. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage und Zimmer mit Balkon mit Meerblick. Service war sehr freundlich, hat sich immer sehr gekümmert, falls man eine Frage oder Bitte hatte. Swimmingpool war auch sehr einladend und sauber, haben wir paarmal benutzt. Abends kann man in der Nähe viele Restaurants finden oder nach Poros-Stadt gehen, dauert knapp 20 Minuten.

Fautless Accommodation - Thanks Georgios
Enjoyed our stay at Kostis Villas, a group of modern simple rooms with pool set amongst other holiday accommodation away from the main road and conveniently close to two supermarkets should you need supplies. It is about a 5 min walk up a gentle incline from the main road and narrow beach and if you are on the first or second floors you get a partial view of the sea above the rooftops. The rooms, pool and property in general are kept spotless and Georgios the owner was extremely helpful when we had some travel issues to resolve and was very welcoming. We went in mid-June and even then the pool area was too hot to comfortably sit around during the day, but come 17:30 onwards it provided a change from the beach and an opportunity to enjoy the late sun and a cool dip. The area is quiet despite the two supermarkets nearby and having checked out some of the other accommodation in Askeli would be more than happy to return to Kostis Villas. We are fortunate to visit the Greek Islands twice a year and have been doing so for several years and if you have decided on Askeli then would certainly recommend this accommodation. Buses go from the main road to one of the other local (Monastiri) beaches and into Poros town (1.5 Euro). Taxis to town are 5 euro. Other beaches necessitate hiring your own transport or paying for taxi. Mountain bikes/motor bikes and quads (quad 25 Euro per day) can be hired locally.
