I was aware of the confusion of your check in as I was the one who came and sorted it out for you. As Coles closes at 9pm and the Night Owl at 11pm and most Restaurants serve till 9pm I was surprised that you could get no food as I saw you at 730. The issue of dirty cutlery I apologize for but I have an excellent Head housekeeper who would have come out on Wednesday and fixed any problem if it had been pointed out at the time. The dryer problem too was only pointed out when your partner rang up to see if you could get a late check out. This 2 hour extension was granted again with a sincere apology for the wrong room number being emailed to you. We pride ourselves with our service but sometimes we get it wrong. The half hour delay on your arrival was unfortunate but I feel was compensated by a 2 hour late check out. Your other issues could and would have been sorted out had you given us the opportunity to address them.

Had you contacted the office during your stay we would have been more than happy to address any issues you had during your stay including organising extra reading lights/ hair dryer etc and would have arranged house keeping to come out, we are only ever a call away, and would have been able to address this at the time.
