The view is lovely. The breakfast is simple but acceptable. The fishing club 5mins walk has surprisingly excellent food.

I’ll start with the only good thing, the view. The view was phenomenal. The description was very deceiving of the room, we got the ocean view spa suite. Not clean, VERY outdated. The bedding had holes, the doors out to the balcony very difficult to open. We were up on the 3rd floor and they have no elevator so luggage had to be lugged up and down the stairs. Staff was very friendly, check in and out was very easy.

This property is listed as a stylish hotel, it is far from it. it is merely motel refurbed and not comfortable!! I feel completely ripped off and paid far more than what should have been charged I will never stay here again nor should i recommend this to family and friends

We didn’t like there was no balcony and you couldn’t really open the room windows so there was no fresh air. For what we paid the room was very disappointing.

We stayed in room 301 which was the beachfront room and it was gorgeous!!! Loved it. The hotel itself is right across the street from beautiful beaches and very easy 10 min walk into town.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to a 'spa room'. When we arrived at the room, it was clean but very, very basic and not like the images displayed. We then noticed the bathroom sink had an awful crack in it and there was no curtain on the shower and the water from the shower smelt like water from a swimming pool. We spoke with reception and asked to be moved to another room however we were told there was no other rooms available and offered $80 discount. We were not happy with this so left a message with the manager only for them to increase the discount to $100. We accepted this discount however couldn't wait to leave the hotel as soon as possible the next morning. We thought this hotel was not value for money at all, costing us $477 for one night. We paid less for a 2 night stay at the Hyatt in Sydney and the standard was 100 times better. Very disappointing.

Für eine Übernachtung ok, 4-Sterne komfort fehlt
Das Hotel ist eher klein, hat unter anderem keinen Lift. Das Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Raum angeboten, was sehr einfach daher kommt und nicht mit anderen 4-Sterne Hotels zu vergleichen ist. Die Suite ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist komfortabel. Insgrsamt für eine Übernachtung bei Roadtrips geeignet.

Good: Great location, short walking distance to the town beach. Big and comfy bed. There's free access to Netflix. Bad: Old and very worn out condition. Room felt dusty. The property and room look significantly different than the pictures in the booking site. As our room was on the ground floor, while it's convenient to have our car parked very near to our room, the room was also very noisy from the street noise as well from the hotel hallway. The "king" bed was 2 beds combined together.

Was a great location, not far from the beach. Dog friendliness was a bonus, however the extra $80 charge was disappointing. We brought all of our own dog beds, bowls etc as requested. As for cleaning, hard floors need the same treatment with or without a dog.

Good stay, not as modern as show, front not 24/7
Overall, the stay was fine. Unfortunately, there are limited hours that someone is on site and the front five closed prior to our arrival. Luckily, we thought to contact the hotel as this was not known prior to arrival. The hotel stated they did not have our contact information, so luckily we didn’t have to find out what would happen if we arrived after hours without a prior in place plan from the hotel. Also, the name of the hotel does not appear on the building and the pictures show a more modern hotel than it really is. Overall, the hotel is fine, though it lacks a lift if your room happens to be on the upper floors.

I love it but this time service wasnt great. they just made the bed and didnt change anything else, bins or changed towel nothing, when asked they said “that team is gone by now”. and when I informed about this to reception next day they just said sorry about that.

Loved our stay at Ibis Styles Port Macquarie. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was clean & bright. The bed very comfortable, the bathroom was perfect & the view from the balcony was amazing. My favorite place to sit & relax with a coffee in the afternoon each day. Will definitely be back
