First Hampton unlike Hilton would not or could not enter my Hilton Honors number for my stay. Second upon entering our room 228, was a strong lemon smell which we went nose blind to after a while. There was this lingering Oder like a musty place with dead bugs that permeated the room especially when the room ac was running. Would not recommend

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Florida. The staff and accomodations were great. The breakfast was very nice. The only comment would be to get sturdier plastic silverware? Location etc. was great. We will look again thank you.

I felt that the breakfast was not up to the usual standards for a Hampton Inn. The food was fine, it was just that the selection was meager.

Would just like a bigger bar of soap for shower! Toilet was sluggish but I reported that. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. This is our 3rd time here and we will come back.

Repeat customer created
Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, hotel was clean as well as the dining area. I liked the bathroom and shower-no sample soaps and lotions but full-size bottles. The only negatives- toilet is way too low and though the beds were queen they certainly didn’t feel like it. The Continental breakfast was good, the buffet clean and kept replenished and the availability of coffee 24/7 is a great touch as well.

Elevator not working
Hotel was clean but elevator was not working and no rooms on first floor. Stayed on 2 nd floor for 3 nights. No competition and was told if we didn’t like it we could have gone to another hotel.

Disappointed
When we got the they said the elevator is out of service. I asked for a 1st room because my son couldn’t do stairs. She said there was no rooms available on 1st floor. So we had climbed stairs with all our stuff. We should have been told about this before we got there. Also the light fixture in the bathroom had exposed wires no cover. The room had a bad smell and the refrigerator made noise all night

Our experience was soso, the elevators are not working. Two days up and down stairs from the third level. Hotel room door, does not shut correctly. Who offers, Shampoo, lotion and shower gel. There was no conditioner. Mini refrigerator was not secured, you open the door and it can pulled out. This stay was soso.
