Dear Alain, Thank you for your comments. We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We hope that you and your family were able to enjoy the AMAZING view of Toucan House, which was the house you booked, and maybe a visit to our waterfalls or a walk on our rainforest trails. We are surprised with your comment because the house you mentioned in your comment is another of the vacation rentals available for rent in Portasol and not the owner’s house as you wrote. Expedia lets you see pictures of all the vacation rentals available, but at the time you book, you need to make sure you are booking the vacation rental you wanted it since we have a diversify arrange of houses. Each vacation rental has a detailed description and pictures, we also sent you a detailed welcome mail with descriptions and information of the property you booked before your arrival. Yes, you had a great car, but similar or even smaller cars have made it to the top of the house. We kindly offered you help unloading your luggage from the car and moving it to the house, but you refused any kind of help from us. We are very sad you did not give us the opportunity to help you and make your stay better. We really tried to do everything possible in our hands to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The House where you stayed is our Classic House, 2 Bedrooms, Ocean View, which is spacious, has magnificent Ocean View and fully-equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, Secondary room with queen bed and a double bed, additional full bathroom, Large terrace with a spectacular view to the sea and mountains, outside Jacuzzi, Full Laundry with Washer and Dryer. Additionally, we give free Wi-Fi. We appreciate your feedback.

We know that you knew the accommodations had shared bathroom facilities when you made your reservation, and at the same time we understand your displeasure completely with the conditions you found with our other guests.
