While we do have SmartTVs in the rooms, the channel offering is different than that of traditional cable TV. We do our best to keep groups together, but constraints such as room types or not being aware of folks travelling together and arriving after many others have checked in can make this challenging. We conduct periodic rounds of the property to discourage loud behavior. Sometimes this does not align with when noise issues occur. If that is the case, we ask that guests call the number on the informational sheet in the rooms to inform us of the issue, which our on site staff member will address immediately. We agree - the parking situation is incredibly challenging. Earlier this summer, we attempted to enforce the numbers, but guests would find themselves waiting 30 minutes to an hour as it required moving several cars to correct errors made in the lot. We are likely removing the numbers to clear up any confusion in the future. Thank you for making note that we could better share information about the Smart TVs in the rooms. There is a free streaming service that is available on our SmartTVs called PlutoTV. We will include this information in a user guide for the TVs. Our WiFi upgrade is finishing this week, which should also improve everyone's experience. We hope you will come stay with us in the future where you can experience first hand the improvements we've made, thanks in part to your feedback.
