Staff not available and phone number posted for accessing someone doesn’t get anyone. Phone number posted in the hall not even in the room. No one at the front desk most of the time.

Very nice room. Pretty comfy bed. Pillows a bit bulky for my taste. Continental breakfast limited but typical. Coffee mediocre but not terrible. Only real complaint is noise from hallway & adjoining rooms was a bit annoying. Enjoyed natural foods store & used bookstore close by. Restaurant options a bit limited (in December).

We have family in the area and always try to stay at casco bay inn. It is charming and just lovely. Spacious rooms, an amazing staff and a lovely breakfast!

All around good choice
Clean and spacious. Sink both inside bathroom and just outside which was convenient. Have laundry facilities (well priced), bed was super comfy. Breakfast was simple but they had decent cereals (not just sugar coated) and hardboiled eggs in addition to toast/pastries. It was just a very comfortable stay.

Close to downtown Freeport, although not within walking distance. Very quint and cozy inn. Nicely decorated and welcoming. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Coffee and tea were available all day. Continental breakfast was included with the room charge and there were several items to choose from, including cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea and milk.

Great location. Close to Freeport and Portland. Many dining options just minutes away. Friendly staff. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back again.

We had an excellent stay! It was exceptionally clean and very homey feeling. The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer, but comfortable. It is impossible to meet everyone’s needs in that area. We would definitely stay there again!!

Warm, inviting, wonderful Inn
The best stay of the trip! The staff was friendly and helpful. The Inn was warm and inviting! Good sized room and comfortable beds! Good breakfast in the morning - staff was quick to sanitize tables in-between guests! I would definitely stay at the Inn again!

The experience was extremely relaxing and they even moved my mother and I to a downstairs as there were no elevator and my mother could not go upstairs.

Small, Quaint and Perfect
Loved the inn, was very comfortable and cozy. Centrally located for the things we did. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. We normally stay at chain hotels, but found the Casco Inn and the reviews did not disappoint. Definitely revommend

They took great care of us.
Staff was courteous. Facility was immaculate. Wifi signal was strong. Beds were comfortable. Towels were nice and thick. Limited TV channels. Although I requested cribs, I did not get a response warning me that they did not have any, which caused a mad scramble upon arrival. Our car alarm decided to go off, and the staff helped us deal with the problem.

Quick weekend away
Went for a weekend trip Friday to Sunday to see a show in Portland, arrived late evening and was welcomed pleasantly. Prior to our arrival date the inn contacted us to ask about our arrival time to ensure we knew the after hours access process if we arrived after 9:00pm. The location was very clean, from the parking lot to the room and every place in between.
