Generally satisfactory. Good location and clean room. However no room cleaning for 2 days out of 6 days of stay. I will re-stay though.

저렴하지만 생각보다 안락한 방
방 내부가 허름하고, 침대 시트도 청결하지는 않았어요. 하지만 며칠 지내기에는 불편이 없었고, 무선인터넷도 양호하였어요. 아침 식사를 제공하지만 먹을 게 없고, 자리도 비좁아 식사는 하는 둥 마는 둥. 물론 친절하였어요.

We were staying in Portland for the guy basketball weekend. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The food truck lot across the street was very convenient. The train station was one block away that took us right to Moda Center. I would definitely stay again.

This location was great. I got in late but gentleman in lobby was waiting on me. Very nice guy and his wife was too. The room was quiet and clean. The parking lot was well lit and i felt fine safety wise when i walked down for a coke. 1 block away are some really delicious and authentic food trucks open till midnight. Its a door open to outside, but id definitely stay here again.

Apparently a pipe burst upstairs and water came flooding out of a vent in the bathroom ceiling. Water started to come into the main room. We had to move all of our things to another room so the manager could deal with it.

This is a traditional motel in downtown Portland which is well maintained and run by very efficient and helpful management.

Good for the price in the city center, but just don't have your hopes up. There was dusty smell in room, street outside doesn't feel safe. But it was surprisingly (relatively) quiet at night, just regular city noises. Breakfast is a joke, be ready to eat somewhere else. Pets are not allowed and they are serious about that. Easy to get to the major attractions of Portland.

Hotel is very well located and walkable. The TV in our room did not work and I spilled some water on the floor and used a hand towel to wipe it up, and the result was a black hand towel… that’s how dirty the floor in my room was. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and the price was right.

Umgebung nicht so schön, ich habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Downtown doch eine ganze Ecke entfernt und eine Strecke die man nicht im Dunkeln laufen möchte. Durch einen Systemfehler fand eine Doppelreservierung statt, Inhaber vom Motel wurde direkt unfreundlich und hat Betrag nicht erstattet. Nie wieder!!!!!

The hotel was easy to find since we are not that familiar with the Portland area. It was a nice, simple hotel located right across the street from a line of food trucks, which made our dining options much easier. The hotel does have a parking lot, but it's very small and can't handle any really large vehicles..... we have a mini-van and it fit perfectly. Clean rooms and just right for an overnight stay.

Overall the property seemed good, my room was a good size and looked clean. However, after getting out of the shower in the morning, I found a live cockroach on the bedside table. I took pictures, collected my belongings and went to check out. The front desk attendant simply told me thanks for letting them know about cockroach, and that was it.... Check your alarm clocks if you stay, the cockroach ran into a switchopening on the alarm clock... If you find a live roach while it is light, the infestation has to be pretty bad...

Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I apologize for not meeting your expectations. I have been part of this property since 2005, I assure you that we have never had a Cockroach issue. I apologize for our front desk agent as I think he must've been as taken back as I was hearing this. We have taken steps and would like to assure you that this has been taken cared of. Close to my venue, but that was really the only good thing. After paying for parking andvaditional taxes and fees its comparable in price to a reasonably nice hotel.

The property itself is a basic motel but it’s not bad in any way. It’s modern, cute, and nice enough to use as a quick stay. The only thing I didn’t like was this random odor that would appear if the air was off too long, but that was a quick fix.

Super clean. Front desk is available 24/7. Had to leave a day early and front desk was really helpful getting a refund due the day. Great budget hotel.

I liked having access to A hot shower, and a bed to sleep in, however the smell was horrible! I got a non-smoking room, yet there was a fragrance or air freshener smell throughout the air like a strong perfume that gave me a headache all night long.

You get what you pay for. Great location, quiet and easy to find. Nice food trucks across the street. Very inexpensive in a city where accommodation seems pricey. It says it includes a continental breakfast but that consisted of a half eaten package of donuts and an empty coffee pot. This hotel is one of those that kind of makes you go “Yikes” when you first see it. Pretty run down.

Attended Portland Timbers Soccer Game
I was looking for an inexpensive hotel for the night while attending a Timbers soccer game. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the stadium so my 9 year old grandson and I walked to and from the stadium with no issues.The hotel room was clean and comfortable. There are numerous food carts next door that offered plenty of good food choices. I would stay here again if I go to another soccer game.

Econo Stay
I got there early and the room was not ready yet. I had a very large bag and the man at the desk aloud me to place it in the room while it was still being cleaned. This was awesome because it allowed me to walk to the nearby street food stand to get lunch. There also is a CVS across the street and a good coffee shop around the corner.
