Hi KaranWe are sorry you have left our park feeling dissappointed in your visit. As you booked with a third party provider, we did not have the opportunity to understand your requirement of a sea view. We have a limited amount of cabins with views and these had all been booked in advance for the long weekend. Due to all our cabins being occupied we had no options to move you closer to the water, that said though all of our cabins are only a short walk to the beach. Our Wifi can be very frustrating at busy times and we acknowledge it was intermittent during your visit. We hope you can visit Henty Bay again one day and book one of our ocean view cabins.

Hello Lisa,thank you for your feedback, the photos on 3rd party websites are generic, most of those cabins are booked 12 months in advance, and you drop into which ever cabin is available, without the initial, phone or email contact, I cannot gauge what each guest requires. I personally checked the curtains and the front door one does require cleaning it is extremely difficult this close to beach in peak season to do so, but we should always aim to do better. I do sympathize with your unhappiness at your hospital visit, bugs can enter cabins on our clothing or any time you enter or leave a cabin.

Our Wi-Fi at the park should've been working as its only just been upgraded in September however I know that there were works on the cables in the area over that time you stayed.
