Up to help a friend with funeral arrangements. I was comfortable, lots of plugs to charge all of my things- plenty of space to spread out (I loved the wipes by the remote!!!). Thanks!

Excellent staff. Beautiful location. Was disappointed breakfast not included. Your web site lists breakfast under amenities so it was surprising it was another $12 for a mediocre buffet—not hot or well cooked. Watery eggs, undercooked sausage, soggy bacon.

Liked that covered parking wa available. Staff was responsive to our needs (more coffee pods) except for the burning smell in the basement. An explanation would have been helpful so we didn't think the building would burn down since it appeared nothing was done about it.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our server in the restaurant was excellent. Room was lacking. One window was foggy, maybe a leak in the window. The corners of the sink and the drain hole were dirty in the bathroom. A q tip was left under the sink by a previous guest. The faucet in the shower was confusing?only one bar of soap.

The location is very convenient for jumping on I-5 to get anywhere. The staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially Steve at the front desk and Anne at the grill. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Unfortunately the refrigerator was lukewarm at best and was barely cold, even after being looked at. Our delicious leftovers had to be abandoned. It also would have been helpful to have instructions for the TV; the guide wouldn’t stop scrolling and we couldn’t select a channel with the remote. But then, we weren’t there to watch TV, so a minor inconvenience. As for the bar and restaurant, they are integrated into the lobby so it was a bit odd to be eating with guests strolling in and out.

Room was clean, oddly decorated with one of two art pieces about a 1/3 hidden by the tv and the shower curtain was pretty ratty. I’m always disappointed by having to pay for breakfast these days and we also had to pay for parking each night. The pool and hot tub were clean. We had comfortable pillows and bedding.
